  • Inflation as a macroeconomic problem in modern Russia

    Abstract:
    The article examines the change in the inflation rate in Russia and its impact on the change in the main indicators of the standard of living of the population for 2019-2023. In the course of the conducted research, the causes of the deployment of inflationary processes in the Russian economy have been identified, as well as ways to eliminate them. The authors conclude that in order to reduce the inflation rate in the Russian Federation, it is necessary to introduce effective anti-inflationary measures, including price control for certain goods and services, tightening monetary policy and the development of domestic production.

  • The role of entrepreneurship in the economic development of Russia and ways to support it in modern conditions

    Abstract:
    The article defines the role of entrepreneurship in the socio-economic life of the country, examines the main problems of the development of Russian small and medium-sized enterprises, and suggests ways to develop them under the conditions of economic sanctions of Western states and macroeconomic instability of the national economy. It is concluded that in order to increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in Russia's GDP, it is necessary to involve them in all spheres of activity and strengthen their qualitative component. And in order to increase the effectiveness of measures taken by the state in relation to SMEs, it is necessary to improve the legislative framework and review ongoing national projects taking into account changing conditions.

    Abstract:
    The chapter provides a comparative description of the concepts of economic growth and economic justice, and proposes indicators that characterize them. A forecast of the dynamics of economic development indicators was constructed using the extrapolation method until 2027, which gave a steady downward trend in growth. To prevent negative trends in economic development, measures of government influence on the economy are proposed, which should be carried out in three stages: determining the goals of economic development; analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of socio-economic relations within the country, as well as threats and opportunities from foreign counterparties; implementation of existing advantages into active moves and the formation of new ones. It is concluded that the successful socio-economic development of Russia should lead it to the establishment of social justice. An analysis of various approaches to the definition of the concept of «social justice» is made.

    Intensive economic growth makes it possible to ensure a steady increase in the level of well-being of the country's citizens, which, in turn, is a necessary condition for the growth of their quality of life. In addition, the competitiveness of the national economy on the world stage is also determined by its ability to produce technical and technological, organizational and managerial, social, environmental innovations, which are the main driving force of the transformation of all aspects of public life. In view of these circumstances, the study of the qualitative component of economic growth is of particular relevance. The chapter is devoted to the study of the quality of economic growth as a factor of national economic security in Russia. The authors consider economic growth and socio-economic relations that arise when the quantitative and qualitative parameters of the dynamics of the national economy change.

    The work is devoted to the study of the impact of sanctions on the development of modern Russian IT technologies. The purpose of the work is a theoretical analysis and discussion of the hypothesis about the possible positive impact of sanctions on the development of modern Russian IT technologies. In connection with the departure of reputable participants in the IT sector from the Russian market and in the absence of competition, Russian technologies have been given the opportunity to freely introduce new developments in Russian business. Russia can show itself as a strong country, which in the shortest possible time was able to give a worthy response to sanctions and realize its potential in IT technologies. When writing the article, the author used general scientific methods, as well as methods of statistical analysis. Indicators and approaches to the study and assessment of quality and living standards based on an integral indicator are considered. Analysis of this article allows us to conclude that the standard of living of the population is very closely related to the development of the state.
