Some organizational and legal aspects of improving the military-patriotic education of Russian youth in modern conditions

- The article discusses some problematic issues related to the improvement of the system of military-patriotic education of Russian youth at the current stage. It analyzes the goals, objectives, and methods of military-patriotic education implemented by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, in particular, in cooperation with government agencies and public organizations. Special attention is given to a critical analysis of the regulatory legal framework, organizational forms, and practical results of activities in this area. Based on the results of a comparative legal analysis, certain proposals are formulated for using the experience of military-patriotic education in China, involving veterans of wars and armed conflicts. - This article identifies a deficit in the axiological foundation of legal procedural policy, stemming from the absence of a normative hierarchy of absolute and relative values. It argues that justice, human dignity, and the supremacy of the Constitution should take precedence over instrumental principles. A three-tiered model of the axiological organization of procedural law is proposed, aimed at restoring its humanistic dimension and ensuring the sustainability of law enforcement in the face of digital transformation and regulatory instability.

- This article examines the problem of bullying in educational institutions as a risk factor for the psycho-emotional health of adolescents. Currently, educational institutions are gradually expanding beyond purely educational activities, which has fueled interest in reviving the idea of education with an emphasis on traditional values and moral and ethical norms. This study attempts to systematically analyze the complex problems that children face in modern family and school settings. Particular attention is paid to the psychological and social aspects of bullying, its consequences for adolescents, and the factors that contribute to the emergence of aggressive behavior among students. The article presents the results of empirical studies demonstrating the prevalence of bullying in educational institutions and its impact on the psycho-emotional state of adolescents.

- The article considers the problem of forming patriotic values among students of secondary specialized and higher educational institutions of legal specialties through the use of gaming technologies, in particular, quests. With the need to preserve national identity, the relevance of patriotic education is increasing. Analyzing the socialization of first-year students in secondary specialized and higher educational institutions, it was concluded that in the context of the development of a post-industrial, information society, the traditional approach to teaching history has become obsolete, and the new reality requires a new approach to teaching. The article proposes interactive teaching methods for History education. As part of the study, the authors presented the features of using quests as imitation teaching methods. These approaches increase the engagement, motivation and efficiency of material assimilation, contributing to the strengthening of spiritual and moral values. The "In the Footsteps of History" quest, focusing on the 1949 Khabarovsk trial of Japanese Kwantung Army members, was tested with first-year law students at the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian State University for the Humanities in Khabarovsk. The quest is adaptable for teaching the Second World War and other subjects, including non-humanities, with customized tasks aligning with curricular and professional competencies.

- The article aims to build a relevant mechanism for strengthening and developing the system of spiritual and moral values among Russian schoolchildren. The article examines the essence, types of spiritual and moral values, analyzes the significance and possibilities of solving the problem of instilling spiritual and moral values in the process of educational activities. The comprehended meanings of all-Russian values are formed into the value orientations of the individual, manifested in a civic position, civic competencies and attitude towards destructive ideologies. Therefore, education in the spirit of traditional spiritual values is a priority pedagogical task at all levels of education and a significant tool in the field of educational, upbringing, cultural, youth policy and national security policy in general. Spiritual and moral education from primary school age is represented by the foundation of prosperous personal socialization, the development of early intergenerational and civil, patriotic ties of a growing person. The authors justify the filling of the mechanism for the formation of value orientations of Russian schoolchildren with specific educational measures, taking into account the structure of value orientations and the criteria for their effective education in the school environment.

- The preservation and strengthening of traditional values is the main vector of Russia's future development as a civilizational state. This paper examines the specifics of teaching the course, and reveals the experience of implementing the academic discipline «Fundamentals of Russian Statehood» in 2023–2025 academic years. The author focuses on the evolution of the interpretation of the term «values» and its understanding in modern social sciences and humanities. - The article presents the results of a longitudinal study comparing the dynamics of life values development in adolescents with mental retardation and normotypic peers. The study of the dominant values of normal adolescents and adolescents with mental retardation was carried out at the municipal autonomous educational institution secondary comprehensive school No. 157, Yekaterinburg, in the period from 2021 to 2023. The life values of adolescents were diagnosed using two methods: "Methodology for the Study of Value Orientations" (M. Rokeach), "Hierarchy of Life Values" (G.V. Rezapkina). The study showed that adolescents with mental retardation and normotypic peers have similar life values, but with some noticeable differences. These differences emphasize the importance of providing individual support to adolescents with mental retardation, which will contribute to their personal growth. The obtained data will also be of interest to teachers, parents and specialists who organize and implement correctional and developmental work, ensuring the well-being of adolescents with mental retardation. The study of the dynamics of the development of values of adolescents of the norm and mental retardation allowed us to conduct a comparative analysis and determine the trends in the formation of values in these categories of adolescents.

- Upbringing is the basis of educational environment. During the modern information age upbringing as a social phenomenon stands as one of the essential sides of geopolitics, it forms the core of cultural and spiritual tradition and practice of education. Upbringing is as a rule the foundation for the creative attitude to the systems of life-affirmative values, yet it can become a tool for the reframing these systems into something else, sometimes absolutely alien to the spirit and nature of a human, his social and biological essence. Upbringing is much more than adaptive socialization; it is the social and cultural tool for keeping or rebuilding society and social relations. They feed up heroes, defenders, creators but the others feed up cowards, destroyers and parasites. Our world has entered the times of irreversible global changes with non-defined historical perspectives. Author of this book connects the problem schedule of modern education within the context of deep, truly revolution changes in human attitudes to the possibilities and spheres of adaptation of high technology to the high humanitarian strategies and ideas about human anthropology. He also connects these ideas and strategies with the geopolitical crisis of the modern world, global problems and global order where Russia has to not only self-define in the foremost 20-40 years, but also adopt leadership functions to elaborate a new spiritual vision of the moral world order.
