Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью расширения практической подготовки будущих специалистов в сфере обслуживания автомобилей. Основное внимание уделяется методам и формам наставничества, которые включают практическое обучение, контролируемую практику и обмен опытом с профессионалами, описываются основные этапы реализации программы, включая отбор наставников, определение целей и задач, а также итоговые оценки результатов.

- More than 20 years the two-level system of higher education within the framework of Bologna system has been developing in the Russian Federation. However, it proved to be untenable for the Russian Federation, as it significantly reduced the quality of training of university students as professionals demanded by domestic organisations. Under the conditions of economic sanctions against Russia by the USA and a number of countries, it became necessary to implement the import substitution strategy. But its implementation required the development of industry, opening of new enterprises and production facilities, which, in turn, required professionals capable of doing this. As a consequence, it was necessary to change the system of training the necessary specialists in domestic universities. The study of the identified problems was carried out taking into account the practical experience of the author, using the method of included observation and discussion of the identified problems at various conferences, as well as the study of various studies on this issue.

- The article deals with the issues of the quality requirements of the content of scientific articles of students of economic universities, represented for participation in scientific conferences, subject to a high percentage of the uniqueness of the text. The idea of this article is to get an answer to the most important question: what can a student write today, only mastering the basics of the profession, studying various courses provided by the curriculum, forming their professional competence, on any chosen topic of research, observing the established standard of uniqueness. On the example of articles on the problems of taxation, accounting, auditing, the impossibility of ensuring the semantic content of the text without the use of a large number of legal sources, and, therefore, the inadmissibility of the installation by universities of any percent of uniqueness, acting as a criterion for the quality of the article. The main task of higher education, according to the author, is to teach the student to determine the topic of interest, highlight unresolved problems in the context of this topic, find and group available in the economic literature approaches to its solution, to analyze existing proposals and recommendations for compliance with current tax, accounting and audit legislation, taking into account the specifics of the object of study.

Features of education quality evaluation of technical universities graduates

- Abstract:
- The main tools and conditions for the effective implementation of evaluation tools for assessing the education quality of technical universities (faculties) graduates are defined in this paper. The author reveals the main approaches to the notion of the quality of education and its evaluation, defines the concepts of "quality of preparation" and "quality of education" of graduates of universities. Analytical expressions are proposed for calculating the coefficient of student`s preparation level based on the semester results and the quality of education during the training period, including the indicator of the quality of training, assessment of practices and final qualification papers, and the scores of the labor potential.

On the state and improvement of the educational system in Russia

- Disadvantageous features of the education system reform implementation in Russia, worsening the quality of education of university graduates are identified in this article. The author suggests measures to modernize (improve) the education system. On the basis of research`s results made by domestic and foreign scientists, the difference between the concepts of "quality of preparation" and "quality of education" is revealed in the framework of the competence approach widely applied in the system of higher education. The researcher concluded that the result of quality education of students is their ability to work independently, to work in a competitive environment, the success and relevance on the labor market, as well as adaptability to rapidly changing social and economic conditions, effectively using the education received.

- В работе отмечено, что в настоящее время российские вузы готовят выпускников как бакалавров и магистров в соответствии с Болонской системой. Однако у педагогического состава российских вузов возникает все больше и больше недоверия к действенности и эффективности от внедрения такой системы. А работодатели до сегодняшнего дня не понимают: зачем вместо специалиста по конкретной специальности вузы выпускают «непонятных» им бакалавров и магистров. Анализ ситуации позволяет сегодня сделать ряд выводов от внедрения в российских вузах Болонской системы, чтобы не допустить ситуации, когда отечественные организации будут отказываться от выпускников вузов как подготовленных профессионалах.
