    Abstract:
    This paper investigates the possibility for using the proposed auxiliary equipment for processing the waste in sewing as well as knitting production and implementation of technology of reused yarn recycling, including using back winding of defective semi-finished products, spooling the thread with its simultaneous steaming and processing with emulsion to improve the properties of reused yarn. The main purpose of this article is to study the physical and mechanical properties of reused yarn in order to obtain high-quality products. The issue of ensuring the operational reliability of the developed auxiliary equipment for processing the waste in sewing and knitting production is considered.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются особенности личностно-развивающей парадигмы образования. Авторы отмечают, что индивидуальную траекторию развития личности, глубину ее включенности в образовательный процесс определяет в значительной мере субъектный опыт. В качестве критериев оценки эффективности тех или иных форм и методов обучения в статье выделяются показатели сформированности знаний, умений и навыков, интеллектуальных качеств личности, познавательной активности обучающихся, а также показатели личностного развития в целом. Авторы делают акцент, что использование цифровых технологий на уроках математики активизирует познавательную деятельность обучающихся с нарушением слуха и повышает их мотивацию к обучению математике.

Описаны цель, инструментарий, порядок проведения практического занятия. Представлены результаты и сделан вывод о том, что такие занятия способствуют как раскрытию творческого потенциала личности, ее свойств, так и развитию коммуникативных навыков, умению работать в команде.

    Abstract:
    В зоне северной лесостепи Тюменской области в 2016–2018 гг. была проведена оценка исходного материала по основным технологическим показателям зерна (натура, масса 1000 семян, пленчатость). В статье выделены перспективные образцы для использования в селекционных программах на повышение качества зерна. Высокоурожайные, крупнозерные, с высокой натурой и низкой пленчатостью: Фома, Отрада, ТМ 08–179–9 (Тоболяк), К-14292 и другие. Урожайные, крупнозерные, формирующие достаточно высокую натуру зерна: К-14584 (Германия), К-14755 (ЮАР), К-14923 (Китай), К-15317 (Ленинградская область), К-14771 (США) и другие. Низкопленчатые: ТМ 07–18–6, ТМ 09–68–3 (Тюменская область), К-14892 (Чили), К-14801 (США) К-14329 (Китай) и другие.

    Abstract:
    В статье оценено содержание питательных веществ в зерне и вегетативной массе озимой тритикале в условиях Среднего Урала, которое показало, что зерно можно использовать на корм домашним животным и птице. Вегетативная масса тритикале до колошения является ценным зеленым кормом с повышенным содержанием сырого протеина, жиров и каротина. Урожайность зеленой массы и сухого вещества кормовых сортов тритикале на 20–40% выше, чем у зерновых сортов. Содержание питательных веществ в вегетативной массе снижается с ростом и развитием растений, а в фазу цветения растений, в третьей декаде июня, становится минимальным.

    Abstract:
    The work covers theoretical and practical aspects of comparative studies in education systems. Aiming at acquainting the readers of the journal with the fundamentals of comparative studies in higher education systems, the author describes basic levels, principles, methods, aims and tasks, as well as the streamlines of comparative studies in the sphere. The author analyzes comparative studies of different levels conducted by foreign researchers for the last 15 years identifying research streamlines (including comparative researches of higher school administrations, distant education, ECTS and other credit systems), their key characteristics, their advantages and prospects. The researcher also determines the aggregate subject of comparative studies in higher education systems at the initial level; formulateы tasks, set before the Russian comparative researchers of higher education systems and highlights possible ways to solve them.

  • The practice-analytical approach in the process of study of organic chemistry

    Abstract:
    The article presents the experience of using the practice-analytical approach in the process of study of organic chemistry at the University. The conceptual base for the restructuring of the course was the extended interpretation of A. M. Butlerov's postulates. The practical-analytical approach consists in changing the order of studying organic compounds: from properties – to structure, in contrast to the traditional approach: from structure – to properties. The purpose of the restructuring of the course is the formation of the necessary competencies for a limited number of hours in the discipline and in the presence of a huge volume of information. The role of organic compounds in the world around us is emphasized.
