- Глава 4
- Abstract:
- Today, it is impossible to imagine the full development of Russian industry and the defense complex without the ferrous metallurgy industry. Therefore, the ferrous metallurgy directly determines the level of economic security of the state. In the current environment, the industry faces unprecedented challenges that require a revision of its development strategy. This study examines the development of the ferrous metallurgy industry in Russia from 2021 to 2024. The results show a decline over three years in pig iron smelting, ferrosilicon production, steel, steel wire, finished rolled product output, steel exports, and Russia's share of global ferrous metal exports. Stimulating domestic demand, developing and implementing proprietary solutions for high-tech alloys, and implementing AI solutions for production and logistics management could significantly improve the situation.

The main attention is paid to the documents adopted by the UN General Assembly and the Council of Europe, which are aimed at combating the criminal use of information technologies and forming a culture of cybersecurity. It is noted that the international community recognizes the importance of information security, but there is a problem of a common understanding of key issues, which complicates the global regulation of this area. Development of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects- Authors:
- Sergei N. Salishev, Didar S. Seiubergenova, Taalaibek K. Ismanov
- Work direction:
- Глава 3
- Abstract:
- The chapter considers the issue of criminal-legal protection of information security at the international level. The main attention is paid to the national legislation of the USA, Great Britain, France and Germany in this area. The main regulatory legal acts aimed at ensuring cybersecurity, as well as liability mechanisms for violations in the field of information security are analyzed. Various aspects of information resource protection are considered, including the protection of state secrets, privacy and critical information infrastructure facilities. An analysis of international experience in countering crimes in the field of information security revealed key problems: difficulties in identifying intruders, difficulties in investigating and solving crimes. It is proposed to create an international convention on information security under the auspices of the UN. It is concluded that the regionalization of acts can lead to an increase in attacks from countries that have not signed the agreement. It is important to regulate liability for recording non-public conversations, dissemination of criminally obtained data and fraudulent access to protected information.
