    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается одна из ключевых задач современной социальной работы – обеспечение эффективной социальной реабилитации людей с инвалидностью с использованием информационных технологий. Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью преодоления социальной изоляции и барьеров участия в общественной жизни, особенно актуальной при ограниченной мобильности. Проведён обзор современных научных подходов, проанализированы существующие цифровые сервисы и практики, выявлены их недостатки – цифровой разрыв и фрагментарность поддержки. Полученные данные подтверждают высокую значимость ИТ-инструментов для восстановления и поддержания социальной активности людей с инвалидностью.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена исследованию актуальных проблем и тенденций использования информационных технологий в социальной реабилитации людей с инвалидностью. Рассматриваются основные препятствия, такие как отсутствие унифицированной системы мониторинга доступности цифровой среды, неопределенность полномочий государственных органов, недостаточная регламентация и слабое представительство сообщества инвалидов в процессе принятия решений. Анализируются перспективные направления, включая виртуальные и дополненные реальности, системы «умный дом», телемедицинские платформы и мобильные приложения. Подчеркивается необходимость комплексного решения правовых, технических и кадровых вопросов для повышения эффективности реабилитационных процессов и интеграции людей с инвалидностью в общество.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the disclosure of the issue of social aspects and mechanisms of psychological and pedagogical and clinical and psychological support for the professional development of individuals with disabilities. Psychological and pedagogical and clinical and psychological support for the professional development of individuals with disabilities are considered as an integral system, the functioning of which is possible with a comprehensive solution of all tasks and the interaction of all participants in the support process. The mechanisms for the support of individuals with disabilities are determined by certain stages (pre-professional stage, training stage, employment stage). The purpose and content of each stage are differentiated taking into account the social aspect of professionalization and are selected given the characteristics of the nosology group of an individual with disabilities.

    Abstract:
    The chapter of the monograph is devoted to the consideration of the prospects for building educational ecosystems for people with disabilities. New requirements for the system of education of persons with disabilities in modern conditions have been determined, directions for the development of digitalization in education have been identified. The author analyzes new reserves in the training of people with disabilities to understand this historical time, systemic activity in the context of increased interaction, inclusion, new competencies, professional behavior and responsibility in the learning process. The chapter considers the integration processes in the education of persons with disabilities, the implementation of inclusive educational programs, including remotely, the opportunities and prospects for them to receive higher statuses, and a general improvement in their quality of life.
