Каждому родителю важно разобраться в том, как определить наличие признаков одаренности у своего ребенка. В этом ему может помочь квалифицированный психолог, который на индивидуальной консультации поможет из массы разрозненных сведений о ребенке и наблюдений родителей за ним отобрать те, которые явно указывают на имеющиеся таланты малыша.

Представлены результаты диагностики готовности студентов к обеспечению основных компонентов психолого-педагогического сопровождения одаренных дошкольников. Раскрыта специфика и дана краткая характеристика содержания подготовки будущих педагогов к психолого-педагогическому сопровождению одаренных детей в дошкольном образовательном учреждении. Основным результатом исследования является обоснование необходимости подготовки студентов к работе с одаренными детьми и определение ее содержания в рамках специальной дисциплины.

- A modern children's music school provides training for children in two educational programs with different learning objectives. The most effective for the development of a child's musical abilities is considered to be training in pre-professional programs in the field of musical art. These programs involve preparing the most gifted children to continue their musical education. The chapter identifies and analyzes the features of the interaction of participants in the educational process that influence the formation of a psychologically favorable educational environment necessary for the development of musically gifted children: styles of parenting are considered, and practical experience in teaching theoretical disciplines in a children's music school is presented.

- The practice of psychological and pedagogical support for children (including gifted ones) is used in comprehensive schools and has positive results. In music schools where pre-professional training of gifted children is carried out, this form of work, which contributes to the creation of the most favorable соnditions for the development and education of musically gifted children is absent. A program of psychological and pedagogical support for musically gifted children aged 10–11 has been created and tested in the Children's Music School No. 1 of the Podolsk City District. In developing and evaluating the effectiveness of the program, the following were used: analysis of scientific and methodological literature on this topic; questioning, testing; monitoring the educational process and its results; conducting classes under the program of psychological and pedagogical support; mathematical processing of the received data. The program of psychological and pedagogical support for gifted children showed a positive result.
