    Abstract:
    В статье приведены статистические результаты диагностики карьерных ориентаций, профессионального типа, личностных особенностей и причин обращения 566 респондентов, обращавшихся за консультацией по профессионально-личностному развитию. Показано, что возрастные пики наибольшего количества обращений соответствуют характерным стадиям профессионального развития. Клиенты центра ориентированы на интеграцию стилей жизни, служение, автономию. Выявленные особенности подчеркивают важность выбора инструментов воздействия в зависимости от профессионально-личностных характеристик. Указаны отдельные коучинговые инструменты, применяемые в работе.

Такой симбиоз подходов позволяет сочетать ориентацию как на процесс, так и на результат этих изменений. При интегративном подходе получается уделять внимание психоэмоциональному состоянию клиента и его телесному проживанию ситуаций, что позволяет более точно и качественно работать с его мотивами и целями.

    Abstract:
    This article presents a critical analysis of marketing strategies and ethical aspects of neurological coaching (neurocoaching) promotion within the Russian-speaking information space. Based on an examination of training organizations' materials, the study identifies key issues in marketing communications, including the use of pseudoscientific terminology, exploitation of the "seductive allure" of neuroscience, and unsubstantiated promises of results. The research reveals significant gaps between neuroscientific evidence and claims made in neurocoaching promotional materials. Recommendations are proposed for the ethical promotion of neuroscience-informed coaching practices that adhere to scientific accuracy and transparency standards. The findings contribute to the ongoing discourse on evidence-based approaches in coaching and highlight the need for greater scientific rigor in the application of neuroscientific concepts to coaching practices.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the methodological foundations and effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral coaching. Particular attention is paid to the problem of protocols in cognitive-behavioral coaching. It is concluded that the model can serve as a prototype of the protocol. The result of the analysis of coaching models is presented. It is the integrative structural model of coaching, which was the basis for the "Coaching model Navigator" developing. The "Coaching model Navigator is a tool for constructing the structure of a coaching session for a specific request. It is concluded that there is a certain sequence of arrangement of structural elements of the coach's activity, and the differentiating structural elements for cognitive-behavioral coaching are the elements "Perception", "Presentation of an alternative view", "analysis of consequences", "full analysis of the target solution". A plan for the development of protocols in cognitive-behavioral coaching is proposed.

  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of the Russian-language version of the PRACTICE cognitive-behavioural coaching model

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the cognitive-behavioral coaching model PRACTICE. To evaluate the effectiveness, a repeated measures design was used. Data processing was performed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov criterion and the Wilcoxon criterion. Results: coaching sessions conducted according to the PRACTICE model lead to a positive shift in the level of personal effectiveness (z = 137.5, p = 0.023) and the level of self-organization of the coachee (z = 88, p = 0.025). The study is the first evaluation of the effectiveness of the PRACTICE cognitive-behavioral coaching model and creates a basis for further comparative studies in the field of coaching psychology.

    This article presents a generalized competency model for cognitive-behavioral coaches (GCM CBC) developed through the synthesis of existing coaching competency models, including international (ICF, EMCC, IAC, AC) and Russian-language frameworks (ARC, NFPMC), as well as the Beck Institute's Cognitive Therapy Rating Scale (CTRS), while accounting for the specific characteristics of the cognitive-behavioral approach in coaching. The development methodology employed semantic analysis and clustering of behavioral indicators, resulting in the identification of four key competency clusters manifested within coaching sessions: goal orientation, interpersonal interaction, interventions, and process, as well as two clusters manifested outside sessions. The developed model may serve as a foundation for standardizing professional training of cognitive-behavioral coaches, developing certification programs, and ensuring quality assurance in practice.

    This article explores the impact of unconscious processes and psychological defenses on leaders’ strategic decision-making. Using examples from psychoanalytic coaching practice, the author demonstrates that strategy is shaped not only by analyzing the external environment, but also by internal scripts, anxieties, and mental frameworks. Special attention is given to the role of anxiety—not as an enemy, but as a valuable signal. Psychoanalytic coaching is presented as a tool that helps leaders make mature decisions and act with greater awareness.

    Статья посвящена теме феномена сопротивления в коучинге с акцентом на психодинамическое понимание этого процесса. Авторы рассматривают сопротивление не как препятствие, а как важный маркер зоны трансформации, возникающий на пересечении индивидуальных психологических механизмов, организационного давления и коучингового взаимодействия. Особое внимание уделяется бессознательным защитным стратегиям, описанным в работах З. Фрейда, А. Фрейд, Г. Вейланта и Ф. Бромберга. В статье выделяются основные формы сопротивления – пассивное, активное и утвердительное – и проводится их сопоставление с психодинамическими защитами. Подчёркивается, что в корпоративной среде сопротивление может быть как индивидуальным, так и системным, а у руководителей – принимать завуалированные формы. Работа с сопротивлением требует от коуча зрелости, эмпатии и способности распознавать скрытые процессы клиента и системы. Статья предлагает интегрированный подход, где сопротивление рассматривается как ресурс для глубинной трансформации и личностного роста, а не как помеха коучинговому процессу.

    Текучесть кадров представляет собой значительную проблему для IT-компаний, влияя на их стабильность и эффективность. В статье исследуется применение психоаналитического коучинга как инструмента для уменьшения текучести персонала. В исследовании, проведенном в крупной IT-компании в 2023–2024 годах, приняли участие 12 сотрудников, находившихся на грани увольнения. После прохождения цикла из 15 коучинговых сессий только двое сотрудников из них покинули компанию, что свидетельствует о высокой эффективности данного подхода.

Учащиеся получают индивидуальные образовательные маршруты, созданные с учетом их знаний, предпочтений и потребностей, через применение искусственного интеллекта, дополненной и виртуальной реальности, адаптивных платформ и анализа больших данных. Помимо повышения академической успеваемости, современные технологии в образовании способствуют формированию у учеников навыков самостоятельности и саморегуляции. Интеллектуальные системы в сфере образовательного цифрового коучинга обеспечивают эффективный мониторинг успеваемости и создание индивидуальных программ обучения на основе предиктивной аналитики. Внедрение цифровых технологий в образование создает не только новые возможности, но и ставит перед нами методологические и этические проблемы.     In recent years, we have seen the pace of development of artificial intelligence (AI) increase. AI-based tools are increasingly embedded in professional activities, and people need to adapt to these changes. We've been talking about information overload for decades, and now the environment is even more stressful. Difficulties in maintaining concentration for long periods of time, conscious action, self-organisation and self-regulation are already being experienced in adolescents. The text analyses how AI affects the pace of life, and the problems this causes. Tools for coping are offered, with a focus on coaching as a solution to current challenges. Limitations and opportunities are critically examined through cognitive psychology and research on other approaches. Alternative solutions that take into account the limitations of the tool and its impact on resilience are also mentioned. The article is aimed at a wide audience interested in the impact of AI on human adaptive capacity.

Рассматриваются ключевые направления развития ИИ в данной сфере: обработка естественного языка (Natural Language Processing, NLP), эмоциональный ИИ, поведенческая аналитика, моделирование коучинговых диалогов и гибридные формы взаимодействия. Подчёркиваются преимущества использования ИИ в коучинге – повышение доступности, персонализация, масштабируемость и поддержка клиента между сессиями.     Целью данного систематического обзора является синтез современных академических исследований (2020–2025 гг.), посвященных интеграции искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) в коучинг. Методология включает критический анализ 17 работ, охватывающих эмпирические исследования, концептуальные модели и практические кейсы в контекстах лидерства, медицины, продаж и психического здоровья. Результаты демонстрируют, что ИИ эффективен в структурированных задачах, таких как постановка целей (увеличение уверенности пользователей на 34%, Khandelwal & Upadhyay, 2021) и анализ данных (выявление 63% запросов, связанных с карьерным ростом, Movsumova et al., 2020), но уступает человеку в сферах, требующих эмпатии и работы с неоднозначными сценариями (снижение эффективности на 39% в задачах двойной петли обучения, Arakawa & Yakura).     The study focuses on adapting successful metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of corporate coaching used in the United States to the countries of the CIS, taking into account cultural differences (Golvy, 2019; Whitmore, 2020). The novelty lies in identifying and adapting metrics that consider the specifics of cultural codes and social identity in CIS countries (Hofstede, Hofstede, Minkov, 2019; Trompenaars, Hampden-Turner, 2020). Metrics are viewed as tools for assessment and methods to deepen client work, enhance awareness of the process, improve its measurability, and foster professional growth for coaches (Tajfel, 1979; Burns, 1978). The study examines international experience in measuring coaching effectiveness, with a particular emphasis on adapting American approaches to the corporate environment using online platforms, as well as analyzing results (Bass, 1985; Seligman, 2011).
