    Abstract:
    Актуальность выбранной темы определена возрастающим числом юридических лиц, принявших решение о ликвидации. В статье рассматриваются мероприятия налогового контроля (сокращенно МНК), в том числе и проведение камеральной и выездной налоговых проверок при ликвидации компании. Выявлены предпосылки проведения выездной налоговой проверки, на которые необходимо обратить внимание собственникам бизнеса перед принятием решения о ликвидации организации. Гражданское законодательство устанавливает основы создания юридического лица, а также основания и порядок его прекращения, основным из которых является ликвидация (ст. 61 Гражданского кодекса РФ; далее – ГК РФ). С ликвидацией организации-налогоплательщика после проведения всех расчетов с бюджетной системой Российской Федерации прекращается обязанность по уплате налога и (или) сбора (п. 4 ч. 3 ст. 44 Налогового кодекса РФ; далее – НК РФ).

    The material of the presented chapter reveals issues related to the creation of conditions for successful work with gifted children, including the basis of modeling, highlights methods for enhancing creativity, modern approaches to the elaboration of special development programs for teaching gifted children, and also describes pedagogical technologies for working with gifted children, among which is the innovative SRH-technology developed at the Department of Pedagogy and Modern Educational Technologies of the Moscow Region State University. The data presented by the authors can influence the optimization of education for gifted children.

  • Experience in the Formation of Interethnic Relations among Students

    In the article, the authors present a positive experience of working with students, aimed at creating a culture of interethnic relations among young people. The materials and methods of the study were examples of the organization of students' activities aimed at fostering values traditional for the Russian multinational culture, interethnic friendship. The student sphere, in which various attitudes of students develop in the context of interethnic and interethnic interaction. The results of the study and their discussion: activities are identified, the focus of which is shifted to the support and preservation of the Russian language. Organization of literary evenings dedicated to the life and work of Russian poets and writers. In the article, the authors gave an example of the organization of a volunteer detachment. Students actively participate in charitable events in the city of Kostroma (manufacturing of souvenirs, providing hairdressing services to vulnerable segments of the population, concert activities). Based on the study, the following conclusions can be drawn: the educational organization implements projects and activities aimed at forming a respectful attitude of young people towards the older generation, towards representatives of other nationalities and religions, the formation of an active life position, assistance, successful socialization.

Пословицы, поговорки, фразеологизмы, крылатые выражения являются единицами памяти, а не мышления и передаются из поколения в поколение, постепенно утрачивая первоначальное значение и связь с источником. Тем не менее, на основе старинных фраз формируются современные. Этот процесс непрерывный вне зависимости от принципов социальности, доминирующих в обществе в конкретный исторический период.

    The formation of a digital education space is an important moment for the development of the education system in the modern world. The article analyzes the problems of ensuring the security of information technologies in the management of the educational process of organizations, the risks and threats of open Internet resources in the context of integration and inclusion. It is proposed to identify the process of forming digital mentors in a pandemic Covid time as a safe expert space that can reduce risks and threats. Materials and Methods. Using the method of descriptive analysis of datasets voluntarily made publicly available on the Internet by educational organisations allowed the authors to investigate examples of large-scale projects of virtual schools in the formats of exchange models for information subscribers and system integrators. The issues of ensuring the safety of underage users, legal shortcomings of access and protection of Internet consumers of open educational resources were discussed. Results. The study has shown that the evidence from innovative processes of developing and producing open educational resources is complex, context-specific and difficult to generalise. Such initiatives require significant organisational change, including external partners of educational organisations and stakeholders with different cultures and educational practices. The authors highlight the use of benchmarking technology as a tool for the quality of intellectual integrations and the effectiveness of educational activities as a whole as an important condition for the success of the processes taking place. In the context of the research, the authors raise the issue of computer addiction among pupils and students and their safe interaction with multifaceted information online, drawing attention to the need for legal and educational measures for online safety, which should be planned and implemented in the educational organisation on a regular basis. Open educational resource OER initiatives are related to institutional change and require appropriate pedagogical and psychological approaches and legal support to help all actors in the educational space adapt to changes in the IT culture. The materials of this article will be useful to specialists and educational managers, including inclusive education, in developing prospective strategies for digital education and models for the development, production and maintenance of open educational resources.

Большое внимание авторы статьи уделяют обоснованию положения, согласно которому преподаватель РКИ должен иметь не только хорошую языковую подготовку, но и являться переводчиком в сфере профессиональной коммуникации, используя в своей работе как теоретические, так и практические знания.     В статье рассмотрено значение федерального тестирования в вузе как формы контроля за качеством образования в настоящее время. Отмечено, что из-за стрессовой нагрузки и непривычных для студентов формулировок вопросов результаты тестирования могут быть необъективными. Проанализирована методика подготовки студентов к проверке остаточных знаний, способствующая снижению такой нагрузки. Найдены формы и направления совершенствования и развития процесса тестирования. С целью повышения качества образования и контроля, предложено проведение компьютерного онлайн тестирования не только по общеобразовательным, но и по связанным с ними специальным дисциплинам.

    The purpose of the study is to provide a methodological basis for the development and application of an innovative general pedagogical technology (called by the authors SRH-technology) of organizing the pedagogical process at a university, aimed at increasing the effectiveness of teaching bachelors through the use of innovative forms – research studies, networking with the work of students in reading groups, hackathon and foresight sessions aimed at developing hard-skills and soft-skills among undergraduate students. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of an innovative general pedagogical technology for teaching undergraduate students (called by the authors SRH-technology), based on a combination of personality-oriented, activity-based and systemic approaches. As a result, the effectiveness of the use of SRH technology in the educational process has been proved, and the main recommendations for the effective organization of work with students in the framework of the listed forms of classes are given.

  • Tatar Gastronomic Culture Through the Prism of Proverbs and Sayings

    A significant layer in the culture of an ethnic group is folklore, which includes a variety of folk art. It expresses the knowledge and experience of the people. Proverbs and sayings, where the centuries-old wisdom of the ethnic group is conveyed in a concise form, concerning different spheres of life, are of interest for learning. Thanks to proverbs and sayings, it is possible to reconstruct the national picture of the world and its components, but often this aspect remains out of the field of attention of scientists. In this regard, the aim of the study was the proverbs and sayings of the Tatar people concerning food. The hypothesis is put forward that the proverbs and sayings of the Tatar people are able to identify the characteristic features of the gastronomic culture of the Tatars, which includes culinary culture, the culture of eating and gastronomic reflection. The key research methods are analytical and hermeneutical. On their basis, the Tatar proverbs and sayings collected in the 6th volume of the publication «Tatar Folk Art» of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan edited by H.Sh. Makhmutov are studied. As a result of the analysis, the respectful attitude of the ethnic group to food, the production and preparation of which is associated with hard work, was highlighted. The Tatars reflected their love for certain products and dishes, formulated tips for housewives on farming, paid attention to moderation in food and etiquette in proverbs and sayings. The study confirmed the hypothesis. It is concluded that the acquired knowledge allows us to reconstruct the national picture of the Tatars of the Middle Volga region and the Urals from a new perspective through the prism of proverbs and sayings, to interpret their national culture and many of its components, including everyday life and everyday life.

    Introduction. At the present stage of comparative linguistics, the study of the linguocultural specificity of phraseological units attracts the attention of modern linguists. In this regard, a large number of works devoted to linguocultural issues have appeared in science recently. Scientists of various directions in the last two decades have especially intensively investigated the problems of translating cultural meanings, namely, in phraseological units. But phraseological units with the meaning of time in a comparative terms, namely, in the Russian and Kyrgyz languages, have not yet been considered. Research methods. The article discusses the linguistic and cultural features of phraseological units, denoting the evening time of the day in Russian and Kyrgyz languages, in a comparative terms. So, with the help of phraseological units, an image of the evening time of the day is presented in Russian and Kyrgyz linguocultures. A comparative analysis was carried out in order to identify the features, similarities and distinctive features of the two studied languages. As an example, Kyrgyz and Russian phraseological units were selected from dictionaries and phraseological units were analyzed, such as «каш карайганда», «иңир талаш», «көз байлаган кез», «вечер жизни», «еще не вечер». Research results. In the Kyrgyz language, there are a lot of phraseological units denoting the evening time of the day, since since ancient times the Kyrgyz people led a nomadic lifestyle, being in the mountains, having neither a clock nor a calendar, perfectly navigated by the sun and used the solar calendar. Thus, the analysis of the presented phraseological units leads to the idea that the Russian language is inclined to more generalized designations, while the Kyrgyz language prefers more fragmented periods of time. And all this was influenced by the way of life.

    В статье рассматриваются особенности применения инновационных форм очного обучения студентов бакалавриата через SRH-технологию при переходе к e-learning. Автор, подробно раскрывая все элементы модульной структуры инновационной SRH-технологии обучения в offline-формате, описывает опыт использования AR-метода, нетворкинга и хакатона как структурных элементов инновационной общепедагогической авторской технологии при работе в online-формате. В работе приведено сравнение эффективности каждого модуля инновационной педагогической технологии в условиях электронного обучения с экспериментальными данными о применении SRH-технологии при очном обучении и с данными об использовании традиционных форм обучения при переходе к e-learning.
