    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the processes of digitalization of language education of the indigenous peoples of the North in the context of preserving the linguistic diversity of Russia. The article considers the theoretical, regulatory, legal and methodological foundations for the introduction of digital technologies in the field of teaching native languages to the indigenous peoples of the North. Based on the analysis of the existing infrastructure (electronic dictionaries, mobile applications, educational platforms, systems using artificial intelligence), key factors for the success of digital projects are identified, critical problems and barriers to development are identified.

    Abstract:
    This article addresses the problem of activating the cognitive activity of high school students in the process of preparing for the OGE, or the Basic State Exam in Mathematics, through the use of digital tools. A review of scientific works dedicated to both the activation of students' cognitive activity and the use of digital tools for this purpose has been conducted. The authors examine three aspects that encourage high school students to use digital tools in their exam preparation: 1) motivational; 2) the opportunity to independently identify problems, formulate hypotheses, and control their actions; 3) the achievement of new educational results that are difficult or impossible to obtain in traditional forms. As a result, a classification of digital tools and platforms such as Uchi.ru, Reshu OGE, Online Test Pad, FIPI, "YaKlass," and "Foxford" is presented, along with their advantages and disadvantages. This will further assist students in more accurately selecting suitable platforms

    Abstract:
    The chapter considers the issue of criminal-legal protection of information security at the international level. The main attention is paid to the national legislation of the USA, Great Britain, France and Germany in this area. The main regulatory legal acts aimed at ensuring cybersecurity, as well as liability mechanisms for violations in the field of information security are analyzed. Various aspects of information resource protection are considered, including the protection of state secrets, privacy and critical information infrastructure facilities. An analysis of international experience in countering crimes in the field of information security revealed key problems: difficulties in identifying intruders, difficulties in investigating and solving crimes. It is proposed to create an international convention on information security under the auspices of the UN. It is concluded that the regionalization of acts can lead to an increase in attacks from countries that have not signed the agreement. It is important to regulate liability for recording non-public conversations, dissemination of criminally obtained data and fraudulent access to protected information.

    The chapter shows that the main points in the concept of ownership by V.N. Afanasyev are its functioning as a form of combining production factors (individual labor, organizational and legal forms of economic activity, international forms of economic cooperation and the correspondence of the form of ownership to the form of the product (for collective labor – this is a directly social product, for individual labor – a commodity. The author argues the position that both a strictly centralized economy and a chaotic accumulation of forms of ownership are harmful to the economy, which in both cases causes instability of economic development.

    The article examines the features and challenges of developing digital educational content (DEC) in the modern educational process. A definition of DEC is provided, and its advantages—such as flexibility, personalization, and accessibility of learning—are highlighted. The article analyzes the main difficulties arising in the creation and implementation of digital content, including technological, methodological, and psychological issues. Special attention is paid to the age-related and pedagogical aspects of applying DEC at different levels of education. The study is based on an analysis of scientific publications and the author’s personal experience. In conclusion, the article offers proposals for improving the quality and effectiveness of digital educational content in Russia.

    The agro-industrial complex is one of the key sectors of the economy, which has significant potential for saturating the domestic market and ensuring food security. In recent years, the republic's agro-industrial complex has demonstrated positive dynamics. For such types of products as bread, potatoes, vegetables and melons, domestic production has almost completely satisfied the population's consumption. However, there remains a dependence on imported poultry meat, vegetable oil, sugar, fruits and berries. Among the main problems that need to be addressed in the republic's agro-industrial complex are dependence on imported plant seeds and breeding material, infrastructure development, increasing the effectiveness of scientific research, timely identification and prevention of internal and external risks based on the use of a system of effective organizational and economic measures.

    The article addresses the quality of student training amid a shortage of personnel in the information technology sector. It highlights issues related to the preparation of specialized professionals and proposes creating a center for collaboration between universities and industry. This center aims to integrate the educational process with real projects, enabling students to gain practical skills and knowledge essential for successful careers in IT. A phased training process is outlined, where foundational education occurs at the university level, while updated training takes place within companies and project activities. The effectiveness of this integration is analyzed through financial indicators and assessments of educational quality. The findings indicate that implementing this solution improves companies' financial performance by enhancing employee qualifications and reducing training costs for new specialists. Additionally, there is a noted positive trend in the evaluation of educational quality, reflecting an increase in graduates' preparedness. Future development prospects include expanding partnerships with other companies and universities, introducing new educational programs and technologies, and conducting regular research to analyze integration effectiveness.

    Abstract:
    Formation of human resources potential is an important task at the current stage of economic development of Russia. Digitalization of the economy gives rise to problems, including the risk of reduced employment stability (due to the fact that artificial intelligence replaces human resources and reduces the number of jobs) and the need to retrain specialists both within the region and their migration to areas with a shortage of labor resources. The difference between supply and demand in the labor market is explained by many factors. This may be a national problem – an excess of graduates in humanities and social sciences, which leads to a situation where candidates are forced to look for work unrelated to their education. Or these may be regional reasons. This problem can be reduced by the sphere of additional education, which allows retraining and developing the necessary competencies for applicants. Identification of the complex effect of the influence of various factors on the successful employment of citizens; is a time-consuming, complexly structured scientific task, for which it is proposed to use cognitive modeling. Based on the constructed model, scenarios for the development of labor resources are determined, taking into account regional peculiarities; assessment of the needs of the region in training and retraining of personnel. Their analysis and selection of the most promising scenarios from the standpoint of minimizing the costs of retraining citizens, as well as the constructed functional models of the procedure for selecting candidates among unemployed citizens for additional training (a model reflecting the current state of the research object and models reflecting possible scenarios for the development of the research object) can become the basis for developing a methodology for selecting candidates for additional training for a program that meets the needs of the citizen and the existing offers in the region.

The article discusses the main digital educational resources used in teaching geometry, since the role of geometry in the life of society is difficult to overestimate.     The empirical component of economic processes does not tolerate statics, which can only, perhaps, serve as a separate theoretical justification of some aspects in certain spheres of life. For reliable results, due to the fact that practice is the ultimate criterion of veracity of any new tool (model), it is necessary to proceed from the phenomena of dynamic order. It is the situational analysis with a minimum share of inaccuracy that allows to see the true advantages and disadvantages of the studied object, its risks and opportunities depending on the also changing realities of the environment. As the results of leading research institutes show, today the speed of updating information series (including the field of economics) is growing literally in geometric progression. If in the last century it took decades for the basic knowledge to become obsolete, now it becomes obsolete within a year. Without a doubt, this is due to the factors of informatisation, growth of human resources and artificial intelligence, computerisation and many other factors inherent in modern society. As the model of socio-public relations changes, and so does the very model of the relations of the economic order. And this phenomenon is especially grotesque in foreign economic activity. It is in its context that the author considers different periods of the automotive clusters' activity in the Kaluga region. A retrospective analysis is made. Appropriate assessments of each stage of development are given. The peculiarities of this sphere of life lie in the presence of many foreign investors, who played a favourable part in the establishment of a self-sufficient budget of the region. But any foreign investor, being oriented first of all on its own profit, at the same time is very much dependent on political aspects of the country of its original origin. And what was good for everyone yesterday, today turns into an "economic collapse" due to the replacement of economic priorities with political ambitions. The author proves that the political and economic model created by Western countries is a pseudo-model and has no long-term mutually beneficial prospects in foreign economic cooperation.

The organization of the flow contributed to the increase in labor productivity, the creation of conditions for the transition of many factories from lagging to advanced ones.
