    Abstract:
    The chapter discusses the use of interactive methods in teaching English to develop students' creative and communicative skills in the context of digitalization. In the context of global digitalization and the growing importance of intercultural communication skills, interactive approaches are becoming especially relevant in the educational process. The study aims to identify the impact of digital technologies and interactive methods, such as role-playing games, project assignments and virtual discussions, on the development of communicative and creative competencies. The paper presents the results of an experiment involving students, analyzes the effectiveness of using digital platforms, and discusses the advantages and limitations of such methods. The authors emphasizes the importance of integrating interactive approaches into the educational process to improve the quality of language education and prepare students for professional activities in an international environment.

  • Choosing a programming language for high school students

    Abstract:
    Currently, special attention is paid to the content of the training of schoolchildren in computer science. Interest in software development and code writing methods is growing every year. This is due to the change in methods and means of training in the field of writing program code associated with the emergence and development of new paradigms and programming languages. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the choice of a programming language for the preparation of high school students in the field of programming and solving the tasks of the Unified State Exam in computer science. Materials and methods of research: in the course of the research, a theoretical approach was used: the study, systematization and analysis of theoretical materials, scientific and methodological resources for teaching programming to schoolchildren, demos, test tasks, manuals, educational websites for preparing for the Unified State Exam in computer science, as well as many years of experience in teaching schoolchildren and students the basics of programming. Research results and their discussion: Programming languages PascalABC.NET and Python are currently the most popular in school education. The article analyzes the possibilities of these programming systems and the prospects of their application in teaching high school students the basics of programming. Examples of solving typical problems from the Unified State Exam in computer science in both languages are given to compare the speed and efficiency of the code. Conclusions. Language PascalABC.NET it has a number of advantages and can be recommended as a language for teaching programming. The language is high-performance, well structured, has strict typing and is adapted to the tasks of the Unified State Exam in computer science. When teaching future programmers, the basics of writing code, it is advisable to combine languages PascalABC.NET and Python.

    Managing the process of employment of graduates of educational organizations in the process of digitalization acquires significantly new opportunities. Research methods: systematization, classification, analysis of legal documentation. The study confirms the relevance of the topic, clarified the concept of "graduate of an educational organization", formed a classification of graduates of educational organizations, systematized the material on digital platforms for the employment of graduates in the Russian economic space, proposed the direction of "supervision as mentoring" for the development of the process of employment of graduates in the Russian educational process.

    Abstract:
    In the chapter the necessity and possibility of application of digital tools in the higher school for the organization of the educational process directed on formation of professional kinds of activity, connected with designing and carrying out of a modern physics lesson, is proved. Methodological basis of the study was the psychological and pedagogical theory of activity, the basic laws which are formulated by the well-known domestic psychologist P.Ya. Galperin. A system of digital educational resources aimed at the formation of abilities to design and conduct lessons in which students create concepts about a physical phenomenon, a physical object, a physical quantity, establish scientific facts and discover physical laws, as well as apply the acquired knowledge in specific situations was developed. The structure and the contents of electronic educational resources realized in electronic educational environment of higher educational institution in the course "Methods of teaching physics" are presented. They include information block, block of formed kinds of activity, block of educational-methodical materials, forum and control. The advantages of the educational process organization with the use of electronic educational resources are proved and the results of long-term pedagogical experiment in the implementation of the developed model of e-learning are presented.

    Abstract:
    In recent decades the system of secondary vocational education in Russia has been going through a difficult path. Socio-economic development forecast for the period till 2030 defines priority directions in SPO transformation as the main production driver. Professional organizations of SPE system are undergoing reforming, which has touched such spheres of detail as the content and organization of the educational process; integration of SPE educational organizations; changes in the requirements of educational standards, etc. Significant challenges of our time are the need to update the content of SPE educational programs, the introduction of practice-oriented learning models in cooperation with core enterprises and organizations, updating the list (register) of professions and specialties based on the staffing needs of the regions, digitalization and transformation of different types of work. This publication is dedicated to the analysis of training activity in implementation of educational programs in SPE, including application of e-learning in the conditions of reforming the system of SPE in Russia. Materials and methods. General theoretical methods are used to achieve the goal of the study: analysis of theoretical sources, generalization and systematization of the data obtained; empirical methods: observation. The research materials are historical facts, scientific articles, dissertation studies, data of practitioners and experts, opinions of the leaders of education development in Russia and other authors.

    The chapter of the monograph highlights effective models of innovative activity in the system of higher education for training personnel in the context of the digitalization of society, identified on the basis of an analysis of the best practices of federal innovation platforms.     When studying the theoretical foundations of the transformation of the management system of an educational organization, the management system is understood as scientifically based actions on the part of the administration and the teaching staff of the organization, which are aimed at the rational use of available forces, time and material resources, in order to implement an effective pedagogical process within a specific educational organization. As practice shows, most educational organizations are characterized by a linear-functional organizational structure, as a result of which the management system is not mobile, it does not allow taking into account the peculiarities of the human capital of the teaching staff, weakly forms the interest of each member of the team in the final result. The article considers one of the most effective management tools in conditions when an educational organization faces the task of increasing its efficiency and effectiveness with limited resources – project management. Its implementation in the conditions of digitalization will allow educational organizations to carry out more effective strategic interaction, due to the formation of a network contact. The aim of the study is to improve the management system in a secondary school. To solve the tasks set in the work, the following research methods are used: theoretical methods – analysis and generalization of pedagogical, managerial, methodological and scientific-theoretical literature; normative documents regulating the management of an educational organization; teaching aids on the following aspects: management system, digital transformation of education, management of an educational organization, project management. In the course of our work, we came to the conclusion that the process of managing an educational organization in modern times is prone to a trend that manifests itself in a widespread, global transformation of the management system of an educational organization. One of the features of the management of the educational system is the departure from traditional forms of organizational structure, the restructuring of structures in accordance with the requirements of high efficiency in solving issues, the creation of conditions for participation in decision-making by all members of the workforce. Thus, project management is one of the most effective management tools in conditions when an educational organization faces the task of increasing its efficiency and effectiveness with limited resources.

  • The Future of Distance Education: Challenges and Opportunities

    The article discusses the problems encountered during the transition to the distance learning format due to the introduction of quarantine measures for Covid-19. At the same time, it was the mass transition to a remote learning format that allowed us to determine the advantages and feel all the disadvantages of distance learning. Research methods. In this paper, we conducted sociological research in the form of a survey among parents of school leavers in Moscow. Students and teachers of the university of Ryazan on their satisfaction with the organization of distance learning, on the change in the level of academic load and on the possible consequences for the quality of education due to the transition to a remote learning format. According to the results of the study, problems of distance learning of a technical and organizational nature were identified, among which are: interruptions in the operation of online platforms due to overload; the lack of proper software for students, as well as the lack of direct face-to-face contact between students and the teacher; the requirement of strict self-discipline, motivation. The study made it possible to draw the conclusion that the distance form of education in its current implementation leads to a decrease in the quality of training of students of higher educational institutions and school students. To improve the effectiveness of distance education, it is necessary to intensify work on the development of new educational standards, on the application of new methods and tools of teaching.
