The Sambo training process is based on traditional national values that contribute to the physical development of the students ' personality, the formation of a culture of healthy lifestyle and readiness to defend the Fatherland. It is noted that active work on Patriotic education should be carried out during training, at competitions and in their free time from Sambo classes.

    Abstract:
    Abstract: this paper presents the results of pedagogical testing of first-year students knowledge, which allows evaluating the theoretical preparation of the developed tests. The purpose of the study is to identify the level of knowledge of first-year students of the chosen elective discipline in physical culture and sports "volleyball". The questionnaire includes 4 blocks of questions: history of development; technique of the game; rules of the game in volleyball; gestures of the judges. As a result of the research, data was obtained: 55.5 % of respondents answered the questions correctly, 33.3 % - incorrectly, 11.2 % - found it difficult to answer. Conclusions. Pay special attention to the theoretical knowledge of students in the selected form of elective disciplines "volleyball". Conduct competitions and involve students in judging to consolidate the basics of knowledge in the judging of volleyball competitions.

    Abstract:
    The authors of the article outline that in modern linguistics, the role of human character in language and speech is studied, new concepts such as the conceptual picture of the world, language portrait, speech portrait, the ratio of language and speech, etc. are defined. The relevance of the article is presented in the linguistic description of the speeches by politicians of the Republican party in connection with the increased international interest in political life. The language features of speeches by American politicians are reviewed. The goal-directed factor of the research is to determine the lexical features of political speeches that characterize representatives of the Republican party as well-known political figures. Methods. Accordingly, the description of the lexicon of politicians, which acts as a lexical analysis in this work, is the main method of research, which is inextricably linked with semantic analysis. The language base for the research is English-language publications, such as The Guardian, the Washington Post, and the New York Times. The results of the study are associated with the identification of words used in political speeches that show the attitude of Republicans to the needs and values of American society, special abbreviations, expressions related to political, military, and social spheres of activity. It is concluded that the lexical and semantic characteristics influence the formation of ideas about the communicative and personal qualities of politicians.

    The article describes the technical means used in the inspection of the scene of a traffic accident. The advantages and disadvantages of the technical tools used are presented, as well as the prospects for further development. In the opinion of the authors, the use of 3-D scanning in combination with quality photography at survey of a place dorozhno-transport incident very wisely and effectively that will further enhance the quality and accuracy of plans of the place of committing an administrative offence (volume 3-D diagrams), which subsequently will lead to faster reconstruction of events of the accident and the conviction of the perpetrators.

Воспитание волевых качеств самбистов подросткового возраста напрямую зависит от качества тренировочного процесса, установившихся традиций и моральных норм, а также от постоянной работы спортсмена над собой.

    Abstract:
    The problem of e-learning and distance learning technologies application in a transport university, in particular on the basis of a modular object-oriented dynamic learning environment (Moodle) is examined in the article. The importance of modernizing the educational space at the higher educational institution through the introduction of modern information technologies is justified. Experience of solving this problem at the Orenburg Transport Institute – a branch of Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Samara State Transport University” is presented. The advantages and possibilities of using the electronic educational environment in the educational process organization in the technical university when studying special disciplines are disclosed. The following forms of classes are defined: lectures, practical session, laboratory works, through the use of an electronic educational environment. The structure of filling the electronic educational environment on discipline is described. In this work the managerial context of the self-concept consideration is revealed. Learning is understood by authors as a management process. The authors of the article point out that in this regard, the teacher faces two tasks: managing his own self and transferring to students the means of managing his own self. The authors come to the conclusion that formation of the scientific and information space of a modern university is impossible without the creation of a single electronic educational environment, the system of which implies the inclusion of subjects of scientific and educational activities.

    В статье с точки зрения актуализации человеческого фактора и роли личности в истории военных лет, рассматриваются условия и особенности некоторых результатов в изменении трудовой деятельности провинциальной молодежи. Показаны основные источники пополнения железнодорожных кадров: роль молодежи, подростков-выпускников ФЗО. Раскрывается проблема на примере молодежи как наиболее активной возрастной и социальной группы советского общества. В работе акцентируется внимание на сложных условиях, приводятся подробные сведения о ходе планируемых и выполненных работ. Скорректированные сведения помогают проанализировать деятельность молодого поколения вне сложившихся в советской историографии стереотипов, избежать политизированного подхода при оценке событий и явлений. Делается вывод, что благодаря трудовым комсомольским командам, удалось в установленные сроки выполнить большую часть намеченных работ, имея при этом ограниченные ресурсы и жесткие сроки выполнения. Доказано, что реализация этих задач была сопряжена с большими трудностями, связанными с процессами эвакуации, дефицитом профессиональной рабочей силы, в целом ограниченностью трудовых ресурсов.

И.Я. Яковлева, он оказался талантливым спортсменом и действующим тренером, одним из зачинателей марафонского движения в Чувашии, а также известным педагогом высшей школы. Его воспитанники прославили чувашский спорт, особенно легкую атлетику. Он оказался в числе первых известных спортсменов, посвятивших дальнейшую жизнь науке и подготовке педагогических кадров.

    Сравнительный анализ показателей тканевого гомеостаза у рыб и амфибий на первом году постэмбриогенеза выявил, что в большей мере число PCNA-позитивных гепатоцитов наблюдалось в перивенулярной зоне, на фоне того, что гепатоциты данной метаболической зоны погибают по пути аутофагии. Данный путь гибели рассматривается в качестве как альтернативного источника питания, так и реализации программируемой клеточной гибели в условиях, когда механизм апоптоза невозможен. Ведущая программа реализации программированной клеточной гибели – апоптоз – представлена только у рыб в перипортальной зоне, а в области центральных вен и центролобулярной зоне ведущим типом гибели гепатоцитов является аутофагия. У амфибий выявлены более сложные программы переключения путей клеточной гибели – в перипортальной зоне соотношение апоптоза и аутофагии составляет 68–32% соответственно, в центролобулярной 50–50% и в области центральных вен – 100% аутофагия. В группе амфибий в центролобулярной и перивенулярной зонах печеночного ацинуса выявлено бóльшее число десмин-позитивных клеток Ито и клеток Купфера. Результаты проведенных исследований свидетельствуют, что морфогенез печени изучаемых групп животных сопровождается как деструктивными, так и пластическими изменениями, направленными на обеспечение поддержания тканевого гомеостаза. Выявленные функциональные параметры компенсаторного ответа позволяют судить о динамике начальных стадий тканевых реакций – скорости и путях ПКГ и соответствующих уровню гибели гепатоцитов компенсации в виде пролиферативных процессов.
