    Abstract:
    Modern demographic changes significantly affect the formation of the tourist market. The increase in the proportion of the elderly population associated with the ongoing aging process of society requires the adaptation of existing tourism services and the creation of new products that take into account the age characteristics of consumers. An active lifestyle is becoming not only a form of leisure for the older generation, but also an important element of maintaining physical and emotional health.

    Abstract:
    На примере Нижегородской области анализируется разрыв между официальными механизмами вовлечения граждан в сохранение объектов культурного наследия и реальными практиками низового волонтерского движения. Эмпирическую базу составляет сравнительный анализ двух глубинных интервью: с руководителем Управления государственной охраны объектов культурного наследия Нижегородской области Г.В. Меламедом и с волонтером – участницей проектов по сохранению деревянного зодчества. Выявлены три ключевых разрыва: различное понимание самой сути вовлечения; разное восприятие главной проблемы; разная скорость действия. В выводах обосновывается, что эффективное вовлечение строится не на экономических стимулах, а на признании волонтерского труда, видимом результате и чувстве сопричастности.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена исследованию влияния психологического климата в семье на эмоциональное выгорание студентов-волонтеров. В исследовании анализируется взаимосвязь между атмосферой поддержки и уровнями стресса семейного окружения с показателями эмоционального выгорания у данной категории студентов. Автор предполагает, что неблагоприятный психологический климат в семье может способствовать развитию эмоционального выгорания, снижая ресурсный потенциал студента для эффективного выполнения волонтерской деятельности. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы для разработки рекомендаций по профилактике эмоционального выгорания у студентов-волонтеров, учитывающих особенности семейного окружения и созданию более благоприятных условий для волонтерской деятельности.
