    Abstract:
    The formation of cadets' legal competencies during their studies at a maritime university is determined by pedagogical conditions, which are developed by teachers in stages, depending on the content of legal disciplines. During the period of study at the university, cadets first get acquainted with the discipline "Jurisprudence" in the first year. The objective of the course is to develop universal and general professional competencies in the field of legal regulation among cadets, which determine the content of the norms of Russian and international law, taking into account conditions, resources and restrictions. The degree of quality of maritime specialist training depends on the level of professional competence development, which includes legal competencies in the field of Russian and international law. However, the course of the discipline "Jurisprudence" includes general rules of law and does not determine the specifics of the training of cadets in maritime law. Thus, the author proposes in the study the pedagogical conditions for the formation of legal competencies in the study of the discipline "Jurisprudence" and an assessment of their effectiveness. The purpose of the study is to develop criteria and indicators for assessing the levels of formation of legal competencies of cadets in the first year. The object of research is the process of developing diagnostics of pedagogical conditions for the formation of legal competencies. The subject of the study is the assessment of the levels of formation of legal competencies of cadets. The author proposes a system for diagnosing legal competencies, which collectively form a part of the professional competence of a maritime university graduate.

    The chapter discusses the competence-based approach to the implementation of training during the practice period. The author presents in the form of a table the main types of tasks aimed at developing the professional competencies of future teachers. The conditions of pedagogical practice for students and their impact on the development of professional competencies were also studied. The author is of the opinion that practice-oriented training and individualization are the main conditions for the organization and development of the internship program by heads of educational institutions and methodologists of higher education. The author also considers the basic requirements for the organizers of the practice and analyses the current state of the problem of organizing the practice of students based on documents in the field of education and regulatory documents of a particular educational institution.

    В статье раскрываются проблемы реализации требований ФГОС в современной школе, принципа метапредметности в преподавании, рассматриваются методологические вопросы формирования метапредметных компетенций обучающихся и достижения метапредметных результатов школьного образования. Автор рассматривает ключевые понятия организации метапредметной деятельности, такие как метапредметный подход, метапредметные результаты и метапредметная деятельность.     The article is devoted to the preparation of young teachers to work with gifted children in the system of continuing education. The author outlines that activity of a young teacher with gifted children is a very responsible job that constantly requires the teacher to master professional skills, develop personal qualities, flexibility, emotional stability, and the ability to create individual and personalized programs designed for all types of pupils, including gifted children. The author comes to the conclusion that preparation of young teachers to work with smart and gifted children should be focused on improve their theoretical knowledge on the specifics of a gifted child’s psychology , as well as on the formation of professionally important qualities necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the educational process, which contributes to the improvement of skills, increase the general and psychological and pedagogical culture of a young teacher for the development of professional competence and ownership of the professional component in the system of continuing education.

    The ways and means of implementing the contents of an additional professional educational advanced training program consisting of classroom and extracurricular activities aimed at incorporating the mastered experience into the practice of trainees (listeners) to solve specific problems of professional activity are considered. Based on the analysis of legal documents and scientific and methodical literature, the purpose, objectives and content of the formation of professional competences of teachers of the native (Tatar) language within the additional advanced training program implementation and post-course period have been determined. The purpose of the study is to reveal the possibilities of additional professional educational advanced training program aimed at improving the multicultural competence of the teacher of native (Tatar) language “Formation of multicultural competences of the teacher of teacher of native (Tatar) language”. The author outlines that the aim of the additional professional educational program is to improve the professional competence of teachers of the native (Tatar) language, oriented and ready to work in a multicultural educational environment at the entry stage of Russian school in international competition. Methods. During the implementation of the program the following methods were applied: reflexive analysis, modeling, case-study, project method, etc. It is concluded that professional competences formed during the implementation of the additional professional educational advanced training program are designed to implement the tasks of multicultural education in practical activities of teachers of the native (Tatar) language.
