    Abstract:
    The chapter examines theoretical and applied aspects of the development of information and educational needs of students in the context of digital transformation of higher education. Based on the analysis of strategic documents and a review of Russian and foreign studies, key areas of digitalization are identified: creation of a digital educational environment, formation of “digital maturity”, distance learning, integration of online platforms (RESH, YaKlass, ReshuEGE). Contradictions are revealed between student interests and platform technical capabilities, between personal data protection and its security level, between innovative and traditional forms of education. External and internal drivers of digital transformation are identified, as well as technical, organizational, staffing and socio-cultural barriers. The development of students' educational needs should be based on systematic integrated projects, digital portfolios and methodological recommendations for mastering digital skills. Information culture is seen as an indicator of professional competence and successful socialization. It is concluded that digital transformation requires the restructuring of all university structures, the reorientation of the teacher to a moderator and mentor, as well as the formation of students' motives for continuous self-education.

    Abstract:
    The chapter reveals the concepts of “behavioral safety” and the related concept of danger, provides classifications of dangers, and outlines the goals of teaching students about safe behavior. The authors analyze the Federal Working Program for the subject “World Around Us” and argue that the most effective approach is an integrative one, where knowledge and skills of safe behavior are not taught as a separate course, but are systematically integrated into various components of educational and upbringing activities. The main content of the study focuses on the methodological framework for developing these skills through classroom activities. In the lessons on the world around us (in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard for Primary General Education), students study topics directly related to road safety, fire safety, and safety when interacting with strangers, among other things. The authors explore the use of visual aids, game technologies, and problem-solving exercises in the lessons on the world around us in primary school.

    This article is devoted to the development of a prototype automated pronunciation assessment system based on speech recognition technologies. The algorithmic foundations of phonetic analysis, the prototype architecture, methods of integration into the educational process, and the pedagogical effectiveness of the approach are examined.     The chapter discusses the current problem of digital transformation of the higher physical education system. The author substantiates the need to review approaches to the training of future physical education teachers who, in their professional activities, face a generation of students who grew up in a digital environment. There is a contradiction between the need of educational organizations for teachers who possess modern information and communication technologies, and the lack of development of methods for the formation of such competencies in universities. The chapter analyzes in detail the pedagogical conditions necessary for the successful integration of digital skills into the educational process: the introduction of a digital component in specialized disciplines, the creation of a modern material and technical base, improving the digital skills of teaching staff, as well as strengthening the practical orientation of learning through pedagogical practice and the use of gamification methods. Special attention is paid to the ethical and legal aspects of working with students' personal data and the formation of future teachers' attitudes towards continuous self-education in conditions of rapid technology obsolescence. In conclusion, it is concluded that the formation of digital competencies is a complex, multifaceted task that requires an integrated approach. The implementation of the described conditions will make it possible to train in-demand specialists who are able to effectively interact with students of the "digital generation" and use modern technologies to increase motivation, motor density of lessons and general health promotion of the younger generation.

    Abstract. The article discusses the practical aspects of introducing computer technology and information and communication technologies into the process of rehabilitation of children with disabilities. Based on many years of experience in implementing the author's program "From a Cube to a Computer", the author analyzes the age and psychophysical characteristics of pupils, which determine the choice of work format — from the simplest logic games on the plane to mastering a personal computer, office programs, PowerPoint animation and initial career guidance in adolescence. Special attention is paid to the accessibility of equipment: the use of a telescopic stylus for children with cerebral palsy, a specialized keyboard with enlarged keys and a plastic overlay, as well as a button that replaces the mouse. The principles of health conservation and the role of a specialist who receives a powerful tool for the development of higher mental functions and social adaptation of a special child.

    The article substantiates the relevance of the targeted formation of information competence in visually impaired primary school students as a key condition for their successful learning and socialization.     Abstract:
    Currently, the social, economic, and moral problems of the "consumer society" are increasingly being explored. The article discusses the postulate that the economic behavior of modern society is greatly facilitated by the mass media, which were originally created to form an idea of "correct behavior", about fashion, about cultural preferences, and for some time now the media have begun to guide the "economic behavior" of an individual. By analyzing the content of the leading media, the paper proves that the development of industrial production required the dissemination of information about goods; corporate communication projects appeared in mass media, and in the last half century all publications have been advertising goods and services; it was the media that made the process of purchasing goods as convenient as possible, which proves the close connection between mass communication and the emergence of a "consumer society".

  • Pedagogical Values of Technical College Instructors: Content and Structure

    In the context of the transformation of the modern sociocultural landscape and the reorientation of education from mere knowledge transmission toward the spiritual and moral development of the younger generation, the axiological approach acquires particular significance. This article examines the specific structure of pedagogical values among faculty members at technical colleges. Considering the requirements of the professional standard and the distinctive nature of the professional activities of technical college instructors, the author identifies three interrelated groups of pedagogical values that form the internal structure of the professional value system: values-as-knowledge (integrating technical and psychological-pedagogical components), values-as-means (educational technologies), and values-as-relationships (pedagogical ethics as a regulator of professional conduct). It is argued that for technical college instructors, internalizing these values necessitates a transformation of professional consciousness, as their prior experience – often rooted in industry – was oriented toward objects, algorithms, and immediate results, whereas pedagogical activity demands subjectivity, reflection, a long-term temporal perspective, and ethical reflexivity. The author concludes that the system of pedagogical values of a technical college instructor cannot be reduced to a set of declared norms; rather, it constitutes a dynamic construct formed at the intersection of technical and pedagogical professionalism. Its development requires specific conditions, including systematic methodological support and the creation of an institutional environment conducive to professional reflection.

  • The Use of Digital Technologies in Teaching Mathematics: From "Black Box" Systems to Intelligent Pedagogical Environments

    Abstract:
    This article is dedicated to analyzing the impact of digital technologies on the process of learning mathematics. Based on the author's proposed four-component typology of digital tools – Black Box systems, Digital Workbooks, Intelligent Tutoring Systems (ITS), and AI-based Systems – their pedagogical effects and associated cognitive risks are examined. It is shown that digital tools effectively develop procedural and algorithmic skills, provide rapid feedback, and support individualized learning. However, their uncontrolled application can lead to the displacement of analytical and creative components of mathematical thinking, the formation of superficial, instrumental motivation, and dependence on automated solutions. Particular attention is paid to the risks associated with AI systems, which, while possessing the potential for dialogic support and analysis of reasoning, can simultaneously foster the passive assimilation of ready-made solutions and diminish student autonomy. The article emphasizes the necessity of thoughtful didactic integration of digital technologies into the educational process, where they serve not as a replacement but as a means of enhancing intellectual activity, thereby ensuring the development of full-fledged mathematical thinking, encompassing the capacity for analysis, reasoning, and creative inquiry.

    The paper presents the findings on the effectiveness of digital technologies for consumer behavior analysis as a foundation for managerial decision-making in marketing and PR. Using the case of DUNAMIS LLC (brand "Aminosil"), the author analyzes the current state of analytical tools and identifies systemic issues: data fragmentation, absence of a dedicated marketing unit, and low level of automation. A digital transformation program is proposed, including the implementation of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), end-to-end analytics systems, and organizational structure optimization. The study proves that transitioning from intuitive management to predictive models allows for a significant increase in ROMI by 25–30% and a reduction in customer acquisition cost (CAC) by 15–20%.
