    The article deals with the issues of restructuring the work of light industry enterprises during the Great Patriotic War. Changes in equipment and production technology, technical improvement of production processes provided a mode of economy in the consumption of essential materials and created additional opportunities to increase the output of military products. The organization of the flow contributed to the increase in labor productivity, the creation of conditions for the transition of many factories from lagging to advanced ones.

Website promotion is an effective way to attract customers, but it is challenging and requires significant time and experience. The system under development is designed to reduce the time and financial costs of collecting and analyzing information necessary for search engine promotion. An increase in efficiency is achieved through more complete data analysis, and cost reduction – by saving on the commission of automated promotion systems. Website promotion through search engines is a very effective method to attract attention to a service or a product. This is a marketing ploy, thanks to which the Internet project becomes profitable and its traffic increases significantly.

    The chapter examines the importance of critical thinking in the modern world and its development among schoolchildren, especially in the context of reading literacy in literature lessons. The author presents the technology of critical thinking as an effective method for analyzing, evaluating and synthesizing information, and provides examples of its use in teaching literature. In today's world, where information surrounds us from all sides, the ability to think critically is becoming a key skill for a successful life and professional activity. It is especially important to develop this skill among schoolchildren, since their ability to learn and adapt in an ever-changing world depends on it. The chapter discusses the application of the Cinquain method in the educational process, its usefulness for the development of creative thinking, critical analysis and communication skills. The advantages of using this method in literature lessons are considered and examples of its implementation in the educational process are offered. The author also presents the practical experience of a teacher in literature lessons at the middle level: a lesson summary, examples of cinquaines compiled by students in the classroom.

    The creation of added value in early industrialized countries is currently defined by the transition to the fourth stage of industrialization, known as Industry 4.0. This development follows the third industrial revolution, which began in the early 1970s and relied on electronics and information technologies to achieve a high level of production automation. If information was the main element in the production function of post-industrial economies, then data is the key element in Industry 4.0. Industry 4.0 is characterized by the use of digital technologies, 'smart' concepts, ensuring continuous connectivity among all process participants, efficiency, and adherence to principles of sustainable development.

    Abstract:
    The presented chapter partially reveals the problem of transforming the methods of management of developed and developing countries under the influence of mass application in the economy cognitive and additive technologies. The chapter considers partially changes in the work of financial and construction sectors as having multiplicative effect on other branches of economy. With few exceptions, the names of modern firms, banks, investment funds not used to make the author look interested. The theoretical basis is works of Nobel laureates of last decade on the economy. The author’s estimative opinion is based on methods of synthesis and extrapolation of existing phenomena. The dialectical approach helps to place these phenomena in the unfolding picture of the world. The result of the work is a description of hypothetical directions of transformation of the modern economic model of the world economy in terms of acceleration of capital movement, reduction of inequality and extreme poverty. Rich countries can strengthen their financial groups by integrating intelligent construction with smart contracts and the process of investing in financial markets. Municipalities can manage a city with a clear understanding of the cost of each decision and see all parties involved in the process of transforming the urban environment on the way to reducing pollution. A medium-sized country could address the uncontrolled demand and supply in regional real estate markets and urban slum growth. This may be linked to migration levels and international remittance flows. A smart construction industry for agricultural regions allows people to quickly repair and build their homes after climate change, soil destruction and military upheaval, with poor roads and lack of civil engineers. This can be done through international financial groups and international assistance.

    In this scientific work, the problems faced by the implementation of cadastral projects in Russian conditions are carefully considered and solved. Focusing on the lack of information in the Unified Federal Information System of Real Estate (GKN), the discrepancy between the boundaries of land plots and the widespread impact of cadastral errors on real estate management, the study used a comprehensive methodology based on both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on the provisions of Federal Law No. 221-FZ and related legislation, innovative solutions are proposed in the study. The main problem is the lack of comprehensive information in the GKN, which necessitates the creation of a modern cartographic framework using modern geodetic technologies. It is proposed to amend the legislation giving cadastral registration authorities the right to adjust the boundaries of land plots within the established limits.

    The author's study considers the actual direction related to the "digital transformation" of modern society on the scale of the state. The connection between the global process of digitalisation and the need to introduce changes in the system of personnel training, in particular for the agro-industrial sector, is established. The strengths and weaknesses of digitalisation and their impact on the digital wellbeing of the individual are described. Statistical data reflecting some trends in the development of the digital economy in Russia are analysed. An assessment of the state of digitalisation of agriculture in the country is given, and real examples of the introduction of digital tools in the sector are described. The paper describes the structure of digital transformation of domestic agrarian education, which includes five structural components: technical, software, technological, methodological and organisational-legal. For each component, an overview of existing solutions on the market is given. The opportunities, existing experience and possible problem areas in the training of personnel for agriculture and the formation of digital competences of future graduates are considered.

  • The importance of electronic musical creativity in the training of a music teacher at a university

    The article summarizes the experience of training music teachers, combining the traditional music-pedagogical content of university educational programs with the introduction of students to various forms of electronic music creativity. The relevance is due to the fact that electronic music creativity based on the mastery of music-computer technologies and electronic musical instruments is of great importance in modern music art and education. In this regard, there is a need for special training of teachers for professional activity in this direction, which is confirmed by scientific research of scientists devoted to various aspects of electronic music creativity (I. B. Gorbunova, I. M. Krasilnikov, A. A. Pankova, V. O. Malashchenko, etc.). At the same time, the study of the content of bachelor's degree programs in pedagogical universities of Russia has shown that electronic music creativity is not sufficiently reflected in the educational process. The aim of the research is to provide theoretical grounding and practical confirmation of the need to include disciplines related to electronic music creativity in the educational programs of pedagogical universities. The study, conducted in 2013-2023, involved students of the Faculty of Art and Music Education of the Chuvash State Pedagogical University. Research methods: theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature; analysis of the current state of university practice in the field of the problem under study; empirical research methods (observation, conversation, survey); retrospective analysis of their own teaching experience; analysis of the obtained data. As a result of the conducted work the insufficient attention to the indicated problem in the system of university training of teachers-musicians was revealed, the necessity of introducing students to electronic musical creativity in the process of training in the university was substantiated, the effectiveness of disciplines of this orientation in the development of cognitive interest in learning activities and creative self-realization of students was confirmed, classroom and extracurricular forms of introducing students to electronic musical creativity were shown. Conclusions. Mastering of electronic music creation by future teachers is a necessary condition for the professional training of a modern music teacher. It will contribute to the successful training of teachers who are able to professionally use the possibilities of music and computer technologies in the pedagogical process.
