    Abstract:
    The chapter analyzes the crisis of education as a phenomenon of postmodern culture (the crisis of education is considered as an aspect of the general postmodern crisis). The localization of the crisis is shown as an integral part of the integrity of the crisis status of postmodern culture. A method of phenomenological application is developed, on the basis of which the direction of the exit of education from the crisis status is outlined.

    Abstract:
    The article analyzes the need for an approach to the organization of teaching elements of combinatorics at school, aimed at the formation of cognitive ECD. Based on the study of scientific, psychological, pedagogical, methodological literature, the process of formation of cognitive universal educational actions in mathematics lessons has been studied. The content-methodological aspects of teaching combinatorics to junior schoolchildren are revealed, three interrelated directions of the teacher's work are considered, the stages of teaching the solution of combinatorial problems are highlighted depending on the methods of calculating the number of combinations. Each of the stages serves as a foundation for the formation of the UUD of the next stages.

    Abstract:
    This paper addresses the problem of the "Stability reserve" issue in the "Stability theory" section in the system dynamics, differential equations and other courses for students of technical specialties. The problems of stability reserve determination are examined first of all from the point of view of accessibility of material account and possibility of its practical use when solving applied problems on the base of knowledge obtained by the students of technical high educational institutions in mathematical courses.

  • Positional Vision of Poetic Text Structures as a Tool of Interpretation (Based on the Poems of Joseph Brodsky)

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the application of the positional vision of the structures of a literary text to the categorical apparatus of the functional theory of text. The relevance of the problem under consideration is explained by the need to systematize the methodological concepts of various concepts in modern Russian studies and to develop, on this basis, methodological recommendations that can improve the use of the textocentric approach with focus on school education. The article uses philological methods of modern text theory, in particular, structural theory of text (Yu. M. Lotman), stylistic analysis of a literary text (N. A. Rudiakov), linguistic tool studies (A. N. Rudiakov), methods of highlighting intense positions of text (I. V. Arnold), some ideas of communicative stylistics (N. S. Bolotnova), as well as original author's methods. The study material are presented by poems by Joseph Brodsky: «Vse chuzhdo v dome novomu zhiltcu…» (1962), «V derevne Bog zhivet ne po uglam…» (1964 ) and «Ty ne skazhesh komaru…» (1991), the experience of the interpretation of which made it possible to illustrate the epistemological effectiveness of the positional approach. The results of the research allow us to systematize the ideas about the basic principles of linguistic and hermeneutical description of a literary text. Modeling of the functional relationship between the conceptual information of a poetic text and its significant components, identified when using the concept of "strong position of the text", is possible by applying a General regulatory understanding of language activity, which is based on the approach to language as a tool for speech influence on the individual picture of the recipient's world. The conclusions reached by the author of the article make it possible to clarify the basic concepts of the functional theory of text related to the interpretation of the elements of the individual author's world picture in the literary text and also to offer a methodological basis for applying linguistic knowledge to the issues of text analysis in school practice.

  • Specifics of the Mosaic Reflection Method of Elements of Ethnic Culture

    Abstract:
    The article reveals the specifics of the methodology for studying ethnic elements of culture. The nomological paradigm of reflection of the socio-humanitarian sphere constituted the scientific status of ethno-cultural knowledge, at the same time leveling the subjective aspects, created a unification of forms and content, which inevitably led to a distortion of its actual parameters. As a tool for overcoming the imperfection of the classical principles of reflecting the phenomena of ethnic culture, they proposed a method of mosaic reconstruction that allows us to identify the relationship between elements of ethnic culture on the basis of common values. Mosaic reconstruction of ethnic culture reveals the logical relationship between its elements, forms of manifestation, and the totality of prerequisites and grounds. In a general sense, the method of mosaic reconstructions involves the following procedures, such as fixing specific ethnic elements of culture, creating a complex of links of ethnocultural integrity, determining the principles of interaction of system elements with the external and internal environment, applying the mechanism for restoring cultural integrity based on the principles of a cultural research program, visualizing a holistic image ethnic culture. The methodology of mosaic reconstruction is based on the fact that culture is the product of a social form of existence that expresses itself in the corresponding spheres of social activity, the restoration of which in its entirety is a necessary condition for creating an exhaustive image of culture. The author comes to the conclusion that mosaic reconstruction of ethnic culture reveals the logical relationship between its elements, forms of manifestation, and the totality of prerequisites and grounds.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the problem of the full treatment of the subject “Construction of Lyapunov functions” in the “Lyapunov's direct method” section in the courses on system dynamics, differential equations, etc., for students of mathematical and technical specialties. The authors of the article point out that first of all Lyapunov function method is considered the method useful for studying dynamics of concrete technical systems by mathematical methods. Since for practical use of this method it makes sense to construct Lyapunov functions in simplest form, the methodology for constructing Lyapunov functions in positive definite quadratic forms with given properties, certain features of original problems is proposed by the authors.

    The article is devoted to the problems of preparing future teachers at the university for effective interaction with gifted children. The theoretical basis for successful training is the concept of pedagogical support. The advisability of using ideas and support tools as an alternative to psychological support is proved by the authors. Potential and real risks for gifted pupils are considered. The technology of preparing future teachers to support gifted pupils using the theory of generations has been developed and implemented.

    Abstract:
    The monograph clearly shows three parts. The first part contains a vector analysis of a group of equations often referred to as the «Maxwell Equations». Actually one equation belongs to Maxwell's pen, in which he introduced the so-called «bias current». Analysis shows that this current is an extra postscript and interferes with the mutual consistency of the group of equations. Without this current, the wave properties of the electric and magnetic fields disappear. Electric and magnetic fields cease to be a «special form of matter." In the second part, a brief presentation of the fundamentals of new electrodynamics is given, without the Maxwell equation, a group of equations is written, which has no contradictions. The basis is the equation of potentials, the Coulomb law and the laws of the interaction of currents. The theory of radio signal propagation is subject to further development. The last part provides examples of a detailed, complete calculation of the electric and magnetic potentials of typical sources. The monograph is intended for researchers, teachers, graduate students and senior students of technical universities.
