    Abstract:
    С развитием технологий все более удобным стало собирать, хранить и обрабатывать информацию в цифровом виде. Цифровые объекты, как и их материальные аналоги, имеют определенную ценность и являются объектом гражданских правовых отношений и объектами оценки. В то же время далеко не все цифровые объекты, стоимость которых можно оценить, охраняются законом как объекты интеллектуальной деятельности. Активы такого вида зачастую связаны с результатами интеллектуальной деятельности, которые были созданы в цифровом виде, но форма представления этих результатов коренным образом не влияет на правовую оценку в отношении признания и использования данных объектов. В статье рассмотрена возможность отнесения тех или иных результатов интеллектуальной деятельности к цифровым активам, приводится классификация цифровых интеллектуальных активов. Автором рассмотрена проблематика классификации цифровых активов и оценки их стоимости. При написании работы были использованы такие методы, как классификация, обобщение, статистический и сравнительный анализ.

An increase in efficiency is achieved through more complete data analysis, and cost reduction – by saving on the commission of automated promotion systems. Website promotion through search engines is a very effective method to attract attention to a service or a product. This is a marketing ploy, thanks to which the Internet project becomes profitable and its traffic increases significantly.

The object of research is creative industries in the data economy. The subject is organizational and managerial aspects in the field of remote (online) work, which, in combination with digital technologies, are the basis for the development of creative industries in the data economy. The objective of the research: to clarify the information about the participants of the process, professions of creative industries, digital technologies, efficiency assessment in the field of remote (online) forms of employment in the Russian economic space; formation of the creative industries’ market architecture based on remote (online) forms of work.     Abstract:
    In this scientific work, the problems faced by the implementation of cadastral projects in Russian conditions are carefully considered and solved. Focusing on the lack of information in the Unified Federal Information System of Real Estate (GKN), the discrepancy between the boundaries of land plots and the widespread impact of cadastral errors on real estate management, the study used a comprehensive methodology based on both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on the provisions of Federal Law No. 221-FZ and related legislation, innovative solutions are proposed in the study. The main problem is the lack of comprehensive information in the GKN, which necessitates the creation of a modern cartographic framework using modern geodetic technologies. It is proposed to amend the legislation giving cadastral registration authorities the right to adjust the boundaries of land plots within the established limits.

    Abstract:
    The process of digitalization sets the dynamics of the rapid deanthropologization of the world. Today's culture is the dictate of data, the dominance of fictitious identities. In cyberspace, everything becomes digital, including memory: the article addresses the topic of endless possibilities for storing and preserving digital traces of Internet users, which give digital memory the effect of eternity and destroy the natural cognitive ability to forget. The reflection focuses on the transformations that have taken place in the virtual ecosystem over the past decades (social networks promoting openness and proximity; the transition to Web 4.0; the growing volume of generated data open for identification; the development of neural networks) and the philosophical problem of forgetting. Eternal memory in the digital space “deads” a person and makes time elastic, two-phase. In this vein, the phenomenon of the RTBF is seen as an attempt to resist unlimited, indiscriminate digital memory.

  • The Ethics of visibility in the context of Z. Bauman's Post-Panoptic Society

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the situation of the visibility of subjects (observation of them) in a digital society, which, in terms of Zygmunt Bauman, should be described as post-panoptical. Panopticism has lost its popularity in the era of digital hegemony, post-panoptical surveillance has become extraterritorial, thus spreading far beyond social institutions and expanding the horizons of possibilities for forms of suppression and control. Observation no longer affects subjects directly, but their data, digital traces, and since in the conditions of digitalization virtual self-representation is the dominant way of legitimizing the Self through others, identity completely turns from a long-term, “subjective” substance into an object. Post-panoptical surveillance of “objectified” individuals reveals the paradoxes of visibility and raises a number of acute ethical issues, thereby revealing the need for an ethics of visibility as a regulator of the conditions of mass surveillance.

    Abstract:
    One of the aspects of the implementation of the strategy for the development of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation is the popularization of mass sports. The process of psychological preparation of an amateur team plays an important role. In this regard, the urgency of modernizing the methods of psychological preparation of an amateur sports team is ripe. The aim of the study was the development of methods of increasing the effectiveness of the physical readiness of men of the amateur volleyball team, based on the study and consideration of the level of their psychological preparation. For the psychological diagnosis of the examined volleyball players, such methods as the Spielberger questionnaire, the Eysenck test "Self-assessment of mental states" were used. In the experimental group, a program of psychological training was used, in the preparation of which the authors were guided by the general principles of their conduct, based on existing programs. According to the results of the experiment, the upgraded method proved its effectiveness.

В частности, характеризуется вариант на основе обучения интеллектуального агента, который действует во внешней среде и называется обучением с подкреплением. Обучение с подкреплением (англ. reinforcement learning) – способ машинного обучения, при котором система обучается, взаимодействуя с некоторой средой.
