В работе проанализирован опыт Московского государственного института культуры о введении дисциплины «Эстрадный и патриотический репертуар». Патриотические песни рассматриваются как пример традиционных культурных российских ценностей, посредством которых происходит патриотическое воспитание молодёжи в высшей школе.

В работе выделяются основные характеристики песни протеста, а также описываются наиболее важные исторические этапы развития песни протеста во Франции. На примере одной из современных французских песен авторы предлагают способ работы с песней протеста на занятии по французскому языку на уровне В1. Делается попытка доказать, что использование такого рода материалов не только способствует формированию основных видов речевой деятельности у учащихся, но и даёт им возможность получить фоновые знания о культуре Франции.

    В статье рассматриваются особенности использования песен для развития лексических навыков студентов. При обучении иностранному языку достаточно эффективным приемом является использование современных аутентичных песен. Авторы полагают, что работа с песенным материалом обеспечивает более быстрое усвоение нового лексического материала (слова любимых песен быстро запоминаются, а иногда остаются в долговременной памяти на годы). Использование музыкального материала на занятии позволяет усилить мотивационный фактор, создать благоприятный психологический климат на занятии, повысить эффективность изучения грамматики и лексики.

  • The Phenomenon of Bilingualism in Udmurt Literature (on the Example of G. E. Vereshchagin’s Works)

    Abstract:
    The article describes the phenomenon of bilingualism, expressed in Udmurt literature at the origins of its formation. An analytical insight of this phenomenon is undertaken on the example of the works of the first Udmurt writer G. E. Vereshchagin, namely, on one of his poems. The introductory part briefly describes the various possible forms of a writer's bilingualism, one of which is adopted by the author under study. Several hypothetical versions are proposed to explain the reasons for the Udmurt writer's appeal to self-translation. An analysis of his lullaby “Glaucous, glaucous dovelet!” in Udmurt and its translated version in Russian, carried out by G. E. Vereshchagin himself, is provided. In the course of a comparative study, similarities and differences were found. It is summarized that the formation of a bilingual context in Udmurt literature begins with the works of G. E. Vereshchagin. Through the author's translation, his poetic creativity is also presented to the Russian-speaking reader for the first time. It is revealed that in the translated text the poet successfully embodied the national stylistics and figurative expressiveness inherent in the original. The study of the bilingual creativity of G. E. Vereshchagin contributes to the understanding of the bilingual phenomenon of national literature.

    В слуховом мире современной России нельзя не обратить внимания на грандиозный проект «Галерея нотных портретов» русской поэтической классики, который создал и предложил обществу композитор С.С. Коренблит (г. Москва). Автор книги уже не первый год занимается фундаментальным исследованием этого проекта. В этой книге мы знакомим читателя с описанием результатов четвертой исследовательской программы по культурному следу композитора С.С. Коренблита. Она посвящена теме «экспертная оценка сигнальной звучности поэтического текста и текста вокальных произведений/песен». Предлагается оригинальная математическая модель расчета такой звучности и методика цикла сравнения на ее основе. Экспертная оценка не требует статистической обработки и выполняется на основе специальной авторской компьютерной программы. В рассмотрение взяты несколько вокальных циклов «Нотный портрет» трех условных линий восприятия композиторской музыки со стороны русской поэтической классики: благоприятная (на стихи А.А. Фета), напряженная (на стихи А.А. Блока), сложная (на стихи В.В. Маяковского). Книга адресована всем заинтересованным в глубоком понимании рассматриваемой темы, в том числе: научным работникам междисциплинарного искусствоведения; экспертам и практикам примыкающих направлений («Композиторская песня», «Анализ вокальных произведений», «Музыка слова», «Точная Поэтическая Песня», «Литературная песня или Песня литературного происхождения»); преподавателям творческих дисциплин консерваторий и институтов искусств; участникам и деятелям философской теории познания; фольклористам, песневедам и просто любознательным людям.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is to substantiate the ethno-cultural approach to the formation of the musical and pedagogical repertoire of students of the Chuvash State Institute of Culture and Arts. The implementation of the ethno-cultural approach ensures the orientation of their professional training to the development of culture as a historically determined type of human activity with certain ethnic characteristics. The author examines the potential of Chuvash vocal lyrics in the aspect of an ethnocultural approach, for which he analyzes romance in detail as a genre of Chuvash composer music. Based on the method of stylistic analysis, conclusions are drawn about the derivative character of the Chuvash romance, which goes back through the Russian medium to the medieval European musical tradition. The first Chuvash romances were vocal works based on the words of the classics of Russian literature A. Pushkin and M. Lermontov translated into the Chuvash language. Subsequently, independent Chuvash works with an ethnic sound appeared in the Chuvash musical art (works by O. Agakova, Y. Grigoriev). Romances have enriched Chuvash chamber music with vivid artistic images, they are characterized by a deep insight into the drama of verse, sincerity, lyricism and nobility of utterance, a variety of forms. The musical and pedagogical repertoire of vocal students should be supplemented with works of both the early stage (romances to the words of Pushkin and Lermontov translated into Chuvash) and modern (romances with ethnic sounding accompaniment with a characteristic Chuvash folk music mode and metrorhythmics, with Russian and Chuvash texts).

    This paper considers the problem of the use of contemporary songs during French lessons. Its relevance lies in the fact that reflecting realities of today’s modern life, songs are a source of linguacultural material. Inspired in their scientific method by the competence approach in teaching foreign languages, the authors set a goal to examine the selection criteria of songs and to propose the basic principles of work with songs. Providing examples, the authors show that the use of these texts entails building and firmly establishing all the necessary foreign language skills: listening, reading, writing, speaking, underlining the universal character of the use of this method and its practical significance in future.

  • World War I Through the Eyes of a Cavalryman: an Overview of the Diary Entries

    Abstract:
    The work is devoted to the analysis of the field diaries of the participant of the First World War V.D. Efremov (1890–1978), a native of the Chuvash village of Ilyutkino, Staro-Maksimkinskaya volost, Chistopol district, Kazan province. The purpose of the research is to study the document in the context of historical events and introduce them into scientific use. The work is based on the author's field materials. The document is analyzed from a historical perspective. At the same time, in this work, the author turns to ethnographic and literary approaches. V.D. Efremov (1890–1978) – cavalryman of the 5th squadron of the 14th Dragoon Little Russian regiment. His diary entries were made in Russian in 1915 on the territory of Belarus. The value of this document lies in the fact that it represents the records made during the hostilities themselves. There is not so much evidence of this kind in Russian historiography. The records allow us to trace the movement of a soldier for more than six months and his perception of military events. Interesting in the diary is a poetic text in the Chuvash language, the author of which is K.D. Efremov, brother of a soldier. The song is filled with philosophical content and was written in the folklore traditions of the Chuvash people.

    В статье описаны трудности и предложены эффективные средства разучивания казачьих песен на примере репетиционной деятельности фольклорного ансамбля «Покров». Казачьи песни имеют яркие стилевые и исполнительские особенности, которые ярко выделяют мастеров данного стиля на фоне исполнителей других жанров. Но некоторые исполнительские приёмы, встречающиеся в казачьих песнях, а также трудности, которые появляются при разучивании этих песен зачастую неизвестны для большинства исполнителей, которые не могут справится с правильной техникой выполнения приемов и решением трудностей. Достигнуть максимального соответствия оригинальному исполнению возможно только при тщательном изучении трудностей и приемов первоисточника, то есть при непосредственном разучивании у того или иного этноса в том или ином регионе, в котором присутствует это произведение.

    The article examines the semantic and axiological foundations of «Fly, fly, cuckoo» – the most popular work of Chuvash song folklore. The purpose of the work is to establish the history of the song from the moment of the first recording and analyze its professional processing. The author practices a short generalized description of the most characteristic features of each artistic treatment. This approach allows to clearly feel the individual handwriting of each composer. The research results are based on comparison and generalization methods. The melody of this song inspired the Chuvash and Russian composers to create works of different genres: vocal, choral, instrumental. It is unique in terms of the number of adaptations: there are more than 30 of them – so often composers did not pay attention to any Chuvash song. The article discusses the most vivid and characteristic examples of processing the melody of a song. The author analyzes the works of S. M. Maksimov, A. G. Orlov-Shuzm, G. Khirbyu, A. Petrov, G. Anchikov, V. Bely and others. The inclusion in the educational process of such examples of folk art as the song «Fly, fly, cuckoo», and works created on this topic, contributes to an increase in the level of musical culture, the formation of respect for indigenous peoples and their traditions.
