    В статье представлены особенности воспитания обучающихся в училищах МВД России в рамках евразийского образовательного пространства. Актуальность исследования обусловлена тем, что сегодня в условиях геополитической нестабильности и «западного» санкционного давления система ценностей России поддерживается не только европейской частью стран (Белоруссия, Молдавия, Венгрия и т. д.), но и азиатскими странами (Китай, Индия, страны Центральной Азии). Россия как страна, которая имеет синтез европейской и азиатской культуры, обладает возможностью стать центром евразийского образовательного пространства. Интеграция евразийских ценностей и трансляция их в образовательном пространстве достаточно актуальны сегодня и в перспективе сотрудничества в Евразии.

    В статье исследуется значимость спорта, в частности, секции самбо в контексте физического и психического развития детей в образовательной среде. Обсуждаются успешные аспекты программы и выявляются проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются подобные инициативы. Исходя из анализа опыта реализации секции самбо, делаются выводы о важности интеграции спорта в образовательные учреждения для формирования всесторонне развитых личностей учащихся. Предложены рекомендации по дальнейшему развитию спортивных программ в школьной среде. В статье подчеркивается стратегическая важность интеграции спорта в образовательный процесс для обеспечения физического и психологического благополучия детей, формирования здорового образа жизни и успешной социализации в будущем.

    В статье раскрывается важность дополнительного образования старшеклассников с целью совершенствования их информационных компетенций. Выявлена значимость технологий проектной деятельности в условиях конструирования информационной образовательной среды. Установлено, что участие старшеклассников в проектной деятельности способствует развитию креативного мышления, познавательных интересов, комплекса информационно-коммуникационных компетенций. При разработке электронных образовательных программ, а также образовательных сайтов педагогами дополнительного образования целесообразно опираться на использование инструментальных, межличностных и системных компетенций. В исследовании представлена характеристика данных компетенций и технологии их формирования через систему проектной деятельности.

    В статье обращается внимание на значимость использования интернета в современном образовании с целью активизации интереса учащихся к учебному материалу, развития критического мышления и самостоятельности в обучении. Исследование подчеркивает важность эффективного взаимодействия с онлайн-ресурсами для доступа к достоверной информации как для студентов, так и для преподавателей. Результаты исследования указывают на интерес молодежи к Интернету в контексте общения и самовыражения, что предполагает позитивные перспективы интеграции новых технологий в учебный процесс. Кроме того, анализ показывает, что Интернет играет ключевую роль в современном образовании, способствуя развитию проектной работы, совместной деятельности и интеграции различных учебных дисциплин. В заключении автор подчеркивает, что виртуальная образовательная среда, предоставляемая интернетом, является важным инструментом для улучшения учебного процесса и совместного творчества студентов.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the consideration of relevant issues of forming a strategy for the sustainable development of the regional education quality assessment system. The paper examines the regulatory framework and social challenges associated with this process. The author analyzes the existing approaches to assessing the quality of education in foreign and Russian practice, determines their common features and key problems. The research methodology includes a theoretical review of the regulations governing the field of education quality assessment at the federal and regional levels, as well as the study of the participants' opinions of educational relations based on the results of a sociological survey. The results of the analysis show the need to develop new approaches to assessing the quality of education at the regional level, taking into account the modern requirements of society and the demands of the labour market. The author emphasizes the importance of developing cooperation in scientific and methodological work at all levels of education management and offers a number of practical recommendations aimed at optimizing the existing system of education quality assessment in the entities of the Russian Federation.

    At the present moment education plays a key role in the formation and development of human capital. Taking into account the increasing role of the latter in the modernization of the socio-economic environment, the importance of educational services as the main driving force of the development of modern society is brought to the fore. The purpose of the chapter is to systematize approaches to the definition of the concept of "educational service", as well as to identify stakeholders who are in permanent interaction in the educational service market. The research methods are based on cognitive and systemic approaches. The result is the authors' systematization of the stakeholders of the educational service market with the definition of the expected results from their provision / receipt. The authors indicate the practical significance: the proposed systematization can be used by organizations providing educational services for strategic planning of their activities.

    Abstract:
    The work is devoted to the study of the problems of forming a full-fledged set of competencies of engineers, contributing to their professional implementation and ensuring the personnel sovereignty of domestic enterprises. The necessity of participation in the training of engineering personnel of enterprises of the real sector of the economy, especially the high-tech sector, is substantiated. The role of integration of technical universities and enterprises in the process of personnel training to ensure technological and personnel sovereignty of the Russian industry is shown. The personnel sovereignty of the Russian economy is impossible without attracting a sufficient number of highly qualified specialists who have received education in relevant, practice-oriented programs that include not only basic knowledge, skills and training skills, but also "soft" skills that allow you to choose and apply successful behavioral and communication strategies in various production situations. The main factors that need to be guided by when building an effective system for training engineers are identified. Underestimation of these factors, leading to the exclusion of disciplines such as business planning, resource management, and business communications from the educational programs of technical universities, reduces the effectiveness of training graduates who replenish the personnel corps of enterprises, therefore, special attention is paid in the article to the problem of forming a set of competencies of engineers that contribute to their professional implementation and, ultimately, ensuring human resources the sovereignty of the high-tech sector of the economy.

  • Formation of non-linguistic competencies in teaching latin

    Abstract:
    The methodology of teaching Latin has undergone significant changes in recent years, and traditional approaches do not produce high-quality results. Therefore, the search for new effective methods of teaching this discipline becomes relevant. The teaching of the ancient language at a non-linguistic university should form competencies among students related not only to the expansion of their philological horizons, but also those that will be useful in the future profession. The current methodology for teaching the ancient language is based on the traditional structural approach and does not correspond to the new tasks of learning. Students do not understand the importance of this discipline in the formation of non-linguistic competencies. The main general scientific methods of this research are analysis and synthesis, as well as the comparative method. The practical part was carried out using the survey method. As a result of the study, the authors believe that the emphasis in teaching should be shifted to the wider use of algorithms, exercises, trainings in order to make the learning process more active. A new textbook that meets the requirements of time and psychological characteristics of students must also comply with the new methodology focused on a competency approach in higher education.

  • Formation of reading literacy of modern schoolchildren as a didactic problem (regional aspect)

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the urgent problem of formation of reading literacy of modern schoolchildren, which is interpreted as the most important type of functional literacy, based on the ability to operate various types of texts, understanding their deep meaning and correct interpretation. The authors reveal the specifics of the formation of reading literacy in Russian language classes, using regionally colored texts as a meaning-forming content component. The materials of the article reflect the data of the pedagogical experiment, which allows to adjust the methodological strategies of the teacher in a significant way. The authors state that despite the need to comply with the normative requirements set forth in the updated FSES, modern teachers do not work on the formation of functional literacy in the system. A comprehensive analysis of the educational results of the educational process allowed the authors of the article to argue that the content basis of lessons aimed at the formation of functional literacy can be regionally colored texts that allow building lines of in-depth dialogue against the background of understanding the meanings of the culture of the small homeland.

  • Indicators of adaptation of psychology students to the digital transformation of education during their university studies

    The article is devoted to the study of adaptation of psychology students, their adaptation in accordance with the indicators identified in the process of theoretical analysis, the definition of the concept of adaptation in general and to the digital transformation of education in particular. The study of adaptation indicators of psychology students to the digital transformation of education is relevant, since in the modern world digital technologies play an increasingly significant role in all spheres of life, including education. Digital technologies are a reliable assistant to the psychologist at all stages of the educational process. To study the ability of psychology students at a pedagogical university to adapt in their lives to changing conditions and the process of digital transformation of education, survey and questionnaire methods were used. The level of adaptation was determined using a standardized questionnaire and the author's questionnaire. The paper presents the results of a study of four indicators of general adaptation: neuropsychic stability, communicative ability, moral stability and adaptive ability. Four indicators of adaptation to the digital transformation of education have been identified: interest, readiness to use digital tools, knowledge of digital tools and the ability to use them, ease of learning digital tools. Based on the results obtained, data on the adaptation of psychology students of the Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy of different courses are presented.

  • Tools for developing the life building competence of high students in the educational environment of school

    The article presents the life-building competence of high school students as a guideline for building an age-oriented educational environment at a school. The category of life-building competence is introduced within the framework of the existential approach in psychology, designating a high school student as the subject of his own life path, the author of a life strategy, which in a specific life situation is presented as the development and implementation of a life plan. Life-building competence is understood as an integral property of an individual, characterizing the desire and ability to realize one’s potential (knowledge, skills, experience, personal qualities, etc.) for the responsible creation and implementation of life plans. Based on the analysis of the components of competence of various authors, the components of competence and their diagnostics are considered: motivational, cognitive, value-semantic, emotional-volitional, operational, reflexive, proactive. The article provides characteristics of high, medium and low levels of development of life-building competence of high school students and the percentage of subjects with the corresponding level. For each component of competence, the personal qualities that ensure its development are noted, and specific tools used in the educational environment of the school are given.

    В настоящее время в российской системе образования наметилась тенденция к изменениям, обусловленная рядом факторов, среди которых самые значимые: тенденция к самообразованию, возможность одновременно получать несколько профессий, образование через всю жизнь. Возрастает спрос на качественных специалистов в области коучинга и наставничества. Коучинг стал одним из профилей в бакалавриате и магистратуре. Система обучения современных бакалавров и магистров предполагает, что достаточно большой блок знаний студенты осваивают самостоятельно. В связи с этим становится актуальной проблема формирования высокого уровня самоорганизации и учебной мотивации студентов. Сформированный за время учёбы в вузе навык самоорганизации становится базой будущей профессиональной деятельности, нацеленности личности на самореализацию и развитие. В работе рассмотрена структура самоорганизации, проанализированы факторы, влияющие на её развитие. Отражены результаты эмпирического исследования развития самоорганизации и её функциональных компонентов при помощи программы, основанной на технологиях коучинга.

    Наставничество рассматривается как одно из направлений методической деятельности и возможностей для создания неформальной открытой образовательной среды для личностного и профессионального развития участников образовательного процесса. Выстраивание системы наставничества в районе как открытой вариативной среды происходит с использованием возможностей сетевого взаимодействия, системы повышения квалификации, дополнительного образования детей и взрослых, различных формы индивидуального сопровождения, внедрения различных видов наставничества. В статье представлен опыт организации конкурса в контексте проектного подхода. Проект включает в себя подготовку участников конкурса, взаимодействие с экспертами, презентацию опыта педагогическими коллективами, тематические встречи, индивидуальное сопровождение, участие в образовательных событиях, обучение на курсах повышения квалификации. Содержание проекта определено с учетом особенностей образовательной среды, представляемого опыта, направлений развития наставничества.
