    Abstract:
    The article provides a comprehensive analysis of dental tourism as one of the dynamically developing segments of medical tourism. The key reasons that motivate patients to receive dental services abroad are considered. The analysis of possible consequences on the economic opportunities of the healthcare system is carried out. The positive economic impact of dental tourism on recipient countries has been investigated. The risks for patients related to the quality of services provided, legal insecurity, language barrier, and postoperative follow-up are considered. The directions of repatriation of dental patients in the context of ensuring national medical security have been developed.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the legal regulation of relations in the dynamically developing field of exhibition, fair, and congress activities (EFCA) in the Russian Federation. The relevance of the topic is due to the significant economic and image potential of this field, its role in stimulating entrepreneurship and developing international relations, as well as the existence of significant gaps in its legal support. The purpose of the study is to identify systemic problems in the legal regulation of EFCA and, based on this, to develop proposals for improving the current legislation. The work uses general scientific and specific scientific research methods: analysis, synthesis, a systematic approach, formal legal and comparative legal methods. The author comes to the conclusion about the fragmented and decentralized nature of the legal regulation of VYAKD, which is carried out by the norms of civil, land, urban planning and administrative law.

  • Analysis of youth preferences in the choice of accommodation facilities

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of preferred accommodation facilities in youth tourism. The study revealed a number of new trends in youth tourism: the choice of a minimum set of meals in a hotel (breakfasts); the desire for comfortable accommodation in hotels and inns. 36.1% of young tourists prefer to stay in a hotel, 28.4% value the service, so they choose hotels, less than 3% rest in hostels, camp sites or tents. For 27.5% of travelers, the means of accommodation does not matter, while the amount of spending per day is 3-5 thousand rubles. The results of the study can be applied by marketing departments of the hotel business.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is to analyze ways to improve the efficiency of well construction under the conditions of outsourcing. The most popular business model for organizing well construction is the split service. Unlike general contracting and integrated project management, it involves a more detailed division of the production process into business processes performed by specialized organizations. Three key elements of sustainable development of drilling services have been identified as priorities: competitive selection of contractors, the use of an end-to-end quality management system, and compliance assessment. It has been established that the qualification of technological processes as special is a prerequisite for ensuring the quality of completed wells. In general, the quality of wells can be represented as a combination of their functionality, reliability, safety, and resource intensity. The quality of wells can be ensured through the use of a quality management system. A retrospective analysis of drilling supervision as an element of the quality management system has revealed that the next stage of its development is analytical drilling supervision.

    The article considers the current state of the water supply system of the Krasnodar Territory from the point of view of municipal infrastructure management, special attention is paid to the problem of network wear. Statistical data on the provision of the population with water, the scale and age of the network infrastructure, as well as the dynamics of reducing network wear over the last decade are presented. The main problems associated with high physical wear of water supply networks and its consequences for management were analysed: an increase in accidents, significant water losses, financial difficulties of enterprises and the need for large-scale modernisation. The measures taken by regional authorities to update networks (modernisation programs, investments, concession agreements and national projects) and management approaches to solving the identified problems are described.     The paper analyzes the experience of psychological support for the socio-cultural adaptation of foreign students at universities of the Russian Federation. The relevance of the work is due to the significant socio-cultural, psychological, and academic difficulties that foreign students face when studying at Russian universities and, in this regard, the need to replicate the successful experience of organizing measures to adapt this target group of students in the higher education system. The results of a monitoring survey of psychological services specialists conducted at the sites of 13 universities participating in the pilot testing of the psychological service model in the higher education system in terms of psychological support for foreign students are presented. The results of the design and analytical session organized by the Federal Resource Center for Psychological Services in the Higher Education System of the Russian Academy of Education are presented in order to further replicate successful practices of psychological support for foreign students at the university. A comprehensive program of measures for psychological support of foreign students at the university is proposed. Conclusions are drawn about the expediency of integrating individual measures to accompany and support foreign students into the overall structure of the psychological service of the university.

    The author seeks to expand existing theoretical knowledge and suggest the author's definition of "sustainability" in relation to the consumer cooperation system based on a literary review. Despite the fact that other reviews present a significant number of aspects and characteristics related to sustainability, this study examines additional substantive characteristics, such as digitalization in the field of cooperative graduate education, and the competitive advantages of consumer cooperation. Based on the study of the consumer cooperation sustainability, all the cooperative advantages are combined into multilevel systemic aspects and the most significant for the sustainable development of cooperation are distinguished. Website promotion is an effective way to attract customers, but it is challenging and requires significant time and experience. The system under development is designed to reduce the time and financial costs of collecting and analyzing information necessary for search engine promotion. An increase in efficiency is achieved through more complete data analysis, and cost reduction – by saving on the commission of automated promotion systems. Website promotion through search engines is a very effective method to attract attention to a service or a product. This is a marketing ploy, thanks to which the Internet project becomes profitable and its traffic increases significantly.

    In modern conditions of market economic activity, the process of integration and cooperative interaction often becomes crucial for the country to conduct an effective foreign economic policy. However, it is the very time that this trend has been subjected to numerous challenges and threats from the perspective of multiple packages of unjustified sanctions against the Russian Federation from a number of Western unfriendly states. As a result, along with threats and challenges, strengths and weaknesses of the process, new opportunities for optimizing the trade balance with foreign partners have appeared. The logistics flows of Russian trade have changed the vector of orientation from the western to the eastern sector. The algorithm of trade relations itself is changing. And one of the main parts in this restructuring mechanism is played by the apparatus of the Federal Customs Service (FCS), without whose thorough work success in this matter is simply impossible. In turn, the customs industry, in order to activate innovative management imperatives, urgently needs numerous initial assets and resources to fully ensure daily operations. This means that the role of the logistics support structure responsible for this area is immeasurably increasing. It is the activity of the latter that is the focus of the study. The author sees the improvement of the procurement model and its algorithm as a very effective opportunity. Based on the accumulated statistical information and scientific research, the forecast change in a number of procurement functions in various directions is analyzed. Specific conclusions and recommendations are given.
