    Abstract:
    The current socio-economic situation in the international space poses many challenges and threats to the Russian Federation that need timely and adequate responses. The rehabilitation by a number of unfriendly states of the post-industrial development model forces them to look for (and find) new ways and algorithms of development, reorienting the logistics directions of foreign economic activity from the West to the East Asian vectors of development. In connection with such a restructuring of the foreign economic model of integration relations management, there are many new tools, models and algorithms of activity that have not yet been taken into account in the scientific domestic and foreign literature and therefore require special attention and study in terms of increment of scientific knowledge, which redefines the relevance of this chapter. The Federal Customs Service (FCS), within the framework of the ongoing processes, is a kind of “filter” or “barrier” to unfair competition and illegal economic actions in relation to the Russian Federation. Therefore, it is from the positions and possibilities of its development prospects that the possible positive dynamics of the process of further foreign economic activity is considered. The study was conducted from the stand-point of systemic, complex, situational and process approaches. The materials of monographic studies, statistical reporting data and documents of software and target support served as an information layer. As practical recommendations, reference points for the growth of the effectiveness of the system of foreign economic activity are outlined.

    Abstract:
    The current political situation emphasizes the necessity to maintain the image of the country, Russian culture and language, Russian-language education in the world. In the conditions of the educational process of the university, the problem of maintaining motivation to study among students of the international faculty, which directly depends on the atmosphere in the student group, is topical. The article reflects the results of the research aimed at approbation of the program of work with students of international faculty based on the application of elements of traditional cultures (traditional and folk games, communicative norms and traditions, elements of folk folklore, etc.) as a tool to overcome tension and conflict in student groups studying Russian as a foreign language. The method of questionnaire survey, psychological testing, and expert evaluations were used to assess conflict and distance. Conclusions: the organization of work with students of the international faculty within the framework of the psychological service of the university has its own specificity, different from the work with Russian-speaking students; the use of elements of traditional culture (traditional and folk games, communicative norms and traditions, elements of folk folklore, etc.) is appropriate for solving the problems of psychological support of foreign students during the period of study.

    The author of the article analyzes the didactic and technical possibilities of using Padlet Internet service to organize students' independent work in the study of grammar topic "Vorgangspassiv". The author concludes that Padlet Internet service is the effective tool for forming and developing foreign language grammar competence and increasing students' motivation for learning a foreign language. Online service Padlet allows the teacher to clearly structure the material, connect other digital tools, makes the work of students transparent. The authors gave an answer to the question how to create a prosperous and happy family for officers, taking into account four types of compatibility, presented the results of a survey conducted among female servicemen studying at the Military Academy of Communications, who answered the question: "What factors of well-being of an officer's family in the modern world do you consider the main ones?", gave recommendations for the preservation of prosperous relationships in young officer families.

    Teaching a foreign language of a specialty in the bachelor's system is becoming more and more practice-oriented. The purpose of the study is to develop and scientifically substantiate a methodology for teaching a foreign language with elements of professionalization on the basis of identifying and comparing the national Russian culture code of goods and services and the national code of goods and services of the foreign language culture of the country of the foreign language being studied. The results of the conducted pedagogical experiment allow us to conclude that it is possible to increase the effectiveness of teaching students in the sphere of advertising and public relations by including the presented methodology in the curriculum for the discipline «Professional communication in English», as well as, when teaching other languages in the systems of bachelor's and master's degrees.
