    Abstract:
    The results of testing the model of psychological and pedagogical support for elementary school children with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disabilities who are studying in inclusive education are presented in the article. The main target groups and activities of specialists within the framework of the implementation of this model are identified, and the possibilities of using applied behavior analysis in the organization of support are determined. The importance of interaction of all subjects of the educational environment in creating the conditions necessary for successful socialization of children is updated. Research methods and materials: observation, comparison, analysis of testing the model of psychological and pedagogical support for children with intellectual disabilities. Testing was carried out on the basis of 7 educational organizations in Yoshkar-Ola and rural settlements of the Republic of Mari El. The study involved elementary school children studying in a resource class at a secondary school. Methods of assessment and schemes for identifying the level of social and psychological adaptation of elementary school children are reviewed. Research result. Positive dynamics of indicators of social and psychological adaptation could be observed. The following indicators were improved: emotional and volitional sphere, behavior in general, interaction with peers. All those components characterize the emotional and behavioral components of social competence. It is concluded that testing the model of psychological and pedagogical support for school children with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disabilities, based on the cooperation of all subjects of the educational environment, is effective and advantageous.

    Технологический взрыв XXI в., обусловленный в том числе стремительным развитием ИКТ, основы которого были заложены в ХХ в., создал благоприятную среду для развития новых видов вооружений – боевых автономных роботизированных систем (БАРС), беспилотных автономных летательных аппаратов (БПЛА) и оружия, наделенного искусственным интеллектом (ИИ). В статье анализируется проблема возникновения в XXI веке новых видов вооружений и методов ведения войны как в политическом, так и в экономическом аспекте. Особое внимание автор уделяет экономическим выгодам применения БАРС, во многом детерминирующим расширение масштабов производства, продажи и использования БАРС в вооруженных конфликтах. Автор выявляет причины, обусловившие расширяющееся применение военных роботов в театре военных действий, и выявляет критерии, по которым должна оцениваться законность новых видов вооружений с точки зрения МГП. Анализируются комплексные правовые основы международно-правового регулирования применения БАРС, а также поднимается вопрос соотношения международно-правового и внутригосударственного регулирования применения БАРС. Автор анализирует основания ответственности за применение БАРС в развитие норм международного гуманитарного права и выявляет правовые и этические аспекты.

    The article is devoted to generalization of the first experience of mass distance learning received in the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic. The author of the article points out that a lot of debates in domestic universities about organizing distance learning for students, when diametrically opposed points of view were expressed about its effectiveness and inefficiency, necessity and uselessness, etc. could be observed. It is noted that in the context of the coronavirus pandemic, domestic universities had to switch to using distance learning methods when teaching students. Research methods: reviews and articles of teachers and university specialists on the first results of the organization of distance learning for students in domestic universities in the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic as well as the method of participatory observation and conversations with university lecturers. Results of research. The majority of Russian universities were not ready for such a simultaneous and complete transition to distance learning. This is due to the fact that neither teachers nor students were prepared for such a critical situation, which had never been before and was not supposed to be. Nevertheless, teachers and students since the beginning of the crisis have established communications by their usual means using social networks and e-mail. The transition to information platforms, which were created at the university to control the learning process, led to new problems, as it was necessary to restructure the work of both teachers and students, increasing the tension of their work, often without the possibility of obtaining technical support for the transition to new platforms.

    The article is devoted to the issue of possible prospects for personality development of gifted children. The author’s approach is based on the results of research made by American psychologist L. Terman. Analyzing the subject, the author pays special attention to acceleration in personality development of the gifted children as one the educational strategies. The author is also touching upon the issue of establishing a special school for gifted children. The general conclusion made in the article is that various manifestations of giftedness and a child’s advances in various fields at an early age regretfully cannot guarantee success in his future path of self-realization.

    Abstract:
    Инфекционные заболевания женских половых органов, вызванные микроорганизмами, наблюдаются у большого числа пациентов гинекологических отделений, эти заболевания наносят урон здоровью женщин, нередко мешают или угрожают нормальному протеканию беременности и восстановлению организма после операционных вмешательств. Проведение локального микробиологического мониторинга возбудителей инфекционных заболеваний женских половых органов, а также изучение их антибиотикочувствительности способствуют разработке оптимальной терапии для пациенток с похожими случаями и содействуют изучению особенностей заболеваний женского населения в целом. В статье изучено видовое разнообразие микроорганизмов цервикального канала при гинекологических заболеваниях и проведен анализ антибиотикоустойчивости основных возбудителей бактериальных и грибковых инфекций.

    Abstract:
    В статье представлены результаты анализа отечественных исследователей относительно сущности и особенностей отраслевого и межотраслевого управления. Установлено, что нечеткое представление о структуре отраслей экономики ведет к применению малоэффективных инструментов государственного регулирования, реализации противоречащих друг другу направлений политики управления в рамках отраслевого подхода. В работе раскрыты основные направления отраслевого управления и основное содержание межотраслевого управления. Также обобщены подходы к сущности имущественных и земельных отношений в научных исследованиях. С целью определения особенностей управления в сфере имущественных и земельных отношений Республики Крым вначале охарактеризованы сильные и слабые стороны отрасли, ее возможности и угрозы с помощью SWOT-анализа. На его основе определены основные стратегические цели развития отрасли. Представлен перечень органов управления, занимающихся специальными вопросами в сфере имущественных и земельных отношений в Республике Крым, структурированный по функциям управления. Также в работе сформулированы основные проблемы взаимодействия органов государственной и муниципальной власти в исследуемой области, а также проблемы межведомственного взаимодействия. В заключение сформулированы перспективы дальнейших исследований в области решения обозначенных проблем.
