    Abstract:
    One of the manifestations of subjectivity of university students is their involvement in learning, actively studied in foreign and in Russian pedagogy, psychology and sociology of education. Various components of involvement in learning are distinguished, among which there is a motivational component. The purpose of the study was a comparative analysis of two methods for measuring the motivation of learning, based on different theoretical approaches, as well as an analysis of the relationship between academic performance as an effective component of involvement in learning and the motivational component of involvement measured by two different tools. The methods «Diagnostics of the motivation of students' learning» (Badmaeva, 2004), «Scales of academic motivation» (Gordeeva, Sychev, Osin, 2014) were used. In addition, students gave information on academic performance for past semesters. The study, conducted by an online survey in Google form, involved 115 university students aged 18–25 years. Correlation analysis (according to Spearman) and factor analysis were used in the data processing. As a result of the study, multiple significant correlations between scales of motives of the learning of two methods were obtained; in factor analysis, the scales were evenly distributed between the two factors; it was revealed that in each of the methods there are scales significantly correlating with the academic performance of students as an effective component of their involvement in learning; the motives of the learning are considered in relation to the types of activities of students, within which the actions of the learning are implemented.

    The article substantiates the author's concept of creating and using an elective course for the organization of educational interaction of participants in the educational process when teaching mathematics. The author's elective course on the topic "Functions and their graphs" is presented, which allows students to develop the ability to logical thinking and communication, the ability to generalize and systematize information and material, as well as create conditions for students' design and research activities. The application of the methodological recommendations formulated by the authors will allow mathematics teachers to increase the level of motivation of students, as well as to eliminate gaps in students' knowledge in time when studying the topic "Function".

    В данной статье рассмотрен материал по теме профессиональной деструкции педагогов образовательных учреждений. Вопрос о воздействии специальности на личность многократно появлялся у исследователей, но актуален он и сейчас и остается до конца не выясненным. В результате анализа психолого-педагогической литературы по указанному вопросу обобщили, что при уменьшении адаптационных способностей и силы сопротивления негативному воздействию окружающей среды скапливается утомление, снижается уровень работоспособности и производительности труда, что означает снижение качества и результативности деятельности учителя. Профессиональной деформации подвержены специалисты всех без исключения профессий, но наиболее уязвимыми являются работники образования, чья профессиональная деятельность относится к социальной сфере, характеризующейся интенсивностью межличностных взаимодействий и чрезмерной эмоциональной напряженностью.

    The problem of increasing motivation in learning finds it is place in any subject. An important point in the learning environment is that motivation is a means of increasing the effectiveness of any learning activity, which is also reflected in the study of the Kyrgyz language. We will consider various ways, techniques and methods as a means of increasing educational motivation when learning Kyrgyz language. Turning to the students' own goals and needs, considering motivation as an element of the objective world of the individual, it is important to understand that teachers can only indirectly influence it, create needs and conditions based on interests. Therefore, touching on these beliefs, the article also puts forward such ways in which the people themselves, who learn the language, can independently increase their own motivation to learn Kyrgyz to maintain the effectiveness of learning, for this, the basic rules are presented, with the help of which you can independently formulate your goals correctly.
