    Abstract:
    This article addresses the problem of activating the cognitive activity of high school students in the process of preparing for the OGE, or the Basic State Exam in Mathematics, through the use of digital tools. A review of scientific works dedicated to both the activation of students' cognitive activity and the use of digital tools for this purpose has been conducted. The authors examine three aspects that encourage high school students to use digital tools in their exam preparation: 1) motivational; 2) the opportunity to independently identify problems, formulate hypotheses, and control their actions; 3) the achievement of new educational results that are difficult or impossible to obtain in traditional forms. As a result, a classification of digital tools and platforms such as Uchi.ru, Reshu OGE, Online Test Pad, FIPI, "YaKlass," and "Foxford" is presented, along with their advantages and disadvantages. This will further assist students in more accurately selecting suitable platforms

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is to develop a structural and functional model for training young highly qualified specialists with the necessary knowledge, competencies and practical experience in the area of activity of the enterprise (organization). The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is made up of empirical (expert assessments, study of teaching experience, experiment) and theoretical (system analysis, historical analogy, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision making) methods. Also, when summarizing the research results, the method of statistical indicators was used, as well as methods of visual presentation of information. As a result of the study, analyzed literary sources and reviews of domestic and foreign authors on the formation and functioning of basic departments at enterprises. Based on the analysis, as well as in the interests of implementing the strategic goals of the basic department, the author proposed a three-level structural and functional model for training highly qualified specialists in the «school-university-enterprise» system.

    The chapter is devoted to the formation of stable motivational guidelines among fire service employees in the process of their professional training. The psychological aspects of motivation, risk factors for emotional exhaustion, and methods for improving the effectiveness of rescuers are considered. Special attention is paid to the importance of setting clear goals, developing professional competencies, and fostering a sense of teamwork and mutual assistance. Recommendations are given on creating conditions conducive to the development of personal qualities necessary for successfully overcoming stressful situations and high readiness for emergency response. The necessity of regular psychological support and support for firefighters is substantiated in order to prevent the negative effects of prolonged exposure to extreme labor factors. The mechanisms of maintaining a high level of personal responsibility and awareness of the importance of the mission of saving the life and health of the population are being investigated.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the development and substantiation of a pedagogical model of the educational environment that ensures the formation of prerequisites for engineering thinking of older preschoolers. The main research methods are the analysis of scientific sources on the stated problem, generalization of pedagogical experience, pedagogical modeling. The result of the study was the clarification of the concept of "prerequisites for engineering thinking of an older preschooler", on the basis of which a pedagogical model for the formation of prerequisites for engineering thinking in older preschoolers was substantiated and developed. The theoretical significance consists in clarifying and supplementing the concept of "prerequisites for engineering thinking" of an older preschooler. The practical significance lies in the development of the author's model of the educational environment, which is described by the following components: value-oriented, content-technological and performance-evaluative. The components of the concept "prerequisites for engineering thinking of an older preschooler" allowed us to define a system of organizational and pedagogical conditions that model the educational environment for the development of prerequisites for engineering thinking in older preschoolers. This model can be used depending on the internal and external conditions in which the preschool carries out educational activities.

  • The impact of using chatbots on learning a foreign language in a non-linguistic university

    The relevance of this study is determined by the fact that artificial intelligence and neural network chatbots are playing an increasingly important role in higher education; they often take over traditional methods of teaching a foreign language in non-linguistic universities. At the same time, the issue of the advantages of using artificial intelligence in teaching a foreign language remains open. The purpose of the chapter is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of using neural network chatbots in the process of teaching a foreign language in comparison with traditional teaching methods. To achieve this goal, the author uses experimental teaching of English to first-year future culturologists. As a result of the study, it was found that the process of assimilation of foreign language material when teaching a foreign language using chatbots differs from the process of assimilation while teaching traditionally. Significant differences were noticed at the stages of formation of motivation, presentation of new foreign language material, comprehension and rethinking of the new lexical and grammatical material. Such phenomena as clip thinking, the Google effect, and the devaluation of students’ memory with the constant use of digital devices have a particularly strong influence on changes in the learning process. Techniques are proposed to neutralize the negative impact of neural network learning on students, when implemented, an increase in the effectiveness of teaching a foreign language using neural network chatbots is observed.

    The article addresses the issue of qualimetric analysis of professional self-determination among students within the context of basic general education.     Due to the aggravation of sanctions by unfriendly states towards the Russian Federation, our country is closely facing the need for total import substitution and the introduction of an innovation management system. One of its key tools today is the implementation of priority national projects in business entities. Project management is becoming a priority area of activity in almost all sectors of both production and non-production structures. The direction of culture in the previously planned economy at the state level was often financed according to the system of the «residual principle», which could not but affect the final results.     This study aims to explore the theoretical underpinnings and experimental frameworks of music therapy, particularly when augmented by artificial intelligence (AI) technology. The increasing integration of AI in various scientific domains and daily life prompts its consideration in medical and musical applications. The primary objective is to assess the efficacy of AI-generated music in music therapy settings. To achieve this, a multi-faceted approach combining synthesis, analysis, induction, deduction, and descriptive methods is employed. Additionally, the historical-genetic method is utilized to trace the genesis and evolution of the music therapy-AI intersection. The practical implications of this research are profound, as the findings can inform the development of music therapy practices that incorporate AI. Initial findings suggest that AI enables a more individualized approach in music therapy, which is advantageous. Furthermore, AI-assisted melody creation for therapeutic purposes is significantly faster than traditional methods relying solely on human composition. Consequently, this study underscores the novelty and significance of AI in music therapy research.

    The article reveals the essence and content of the concepts of "moral stability", "moral instability", "variability", forms, methods, and means of formation of moral stability in adolescents. Moral stability is not an innate quality of personality, it is formed by means of purposeful educational work. The core of formation of moral stability in adolescents is internalization, i.e. the transformation of moral requirements of society, moral principles into internal attitudes, personal beliefs of each student. The educational process is based on the principles of science, historicism, humanity, the relationship of socio-cultural and educational values, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of students. The article presents a generalized experience of Chuvashia schools in the formation of moral stability in adolescents (secondary schools No. 10, 40, 53, 62 Cheboksary, Secondary school No. 2 Alatyr, secondary school No. 3 Kanash). The study revealed a number of pedagogical conditions that make it possible to successfully form moral stability in adolescents.

    Abstract:
    The article considers the organisational and pedagogical conditions of formation of general professional competences of a future teacher in the process of mastering additional educational programmes. The author reveals the essence and content of the conditions through the formation of motivational interest in students, ensuring the integration of basic and additional educational programmes, early involvement of students in pedagogical activities. The solution of the problem of formation of general professional competences of the future teacher is considered possible within the framework of implementation of quasi-professional approach in training, which is integrated in the educational environment of the university as a set of methods and techniques of training, forms, means aimed at the formation of pre-professional mobility of students. This approach is possible through the integration of additional courses (electives, studios, creative workshops, clubs, etc.), the introduction of interactive methods, group training and research activities, practices with different purposes as a foundation for laying the basic general professional competences of future teachers. Pedagogical conditions are a necessary component of the process of professional training of students. They should be taken into account in the organisation of the pedagogical process, which will further ensure a high level of adaptation to professional activity.

  • Short-term effect of the Internet use on memory of adults

    The relevance of the research is due to the increasing use of the Internet and the lack of reliable information about the Internet exposure on higher mental functions of the users of different age. The aim of the study is to detect the short-term effect of the Internet use on indirect memorization in adults. The study has been conducted in terms of intraindividual quasi-experiment, that assessed the accuracy of memorization in two conditions: traditional reading (a book), web-search (a mobile phone). The pictogram test in the author’s variant was the main tool to assess the memory of adults. The research was held among teachers during classes of training courses (n=50; 12 males, 38 females; average age 44,56±4,11). To implement a scheme of a positionally equalized sequence of sampling, the sample was divided into 2 groups. In the results, one third of the sample showed the same level of accuracy in memorizing words in different conditions. Most of the participants demonstrated positive trends while reading (р≤0,01). While the number of mistakes was three times more for the web-search.

    The chapter shows that solar battery and storage battery systems are capable of providing up to 70% of the needs of the population of a country located in the «southern» region of the world in electric energy. In conditions of strong sun and favorable wind rose, small-area solar panels and wind generators located in private homes are ways to solve global government tasks of saturating the country with energy. The monograph examines individual countries of Western Asia (Middle East) and the Arab Republic of Egypt. In some Asian states, within the framework of the «road maps», large-scale financing of programs is carried out, including on the terms of public-private partnership, aimed at the development of solar and wind energy. The Russian Federation undoubtedly has the necessary technological resources to help the countries of modern Asia in the development of solar and wind energy.     When developing and entering the market with innovation, the main task of the innovator company is to maximize the profit received. It is possible to assess the potential inherent in innovation using the indicator of the total market quasi- rent, which allows you to identify the company's opportunities to profit from the commercialization of innovation and methods to increase it. The chapter clarifies the concept of «quasi-rent», develops its composition and formation mechanism, gives recommendations for improving the company's innovative strategy based on the redistribution of the total market quasi-rent, and also proposes a system of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of the company's innovative strategy based on quasi-rent.
