    В статье описывается физиологическая и психосоциальная польза физической культуры и спорта для здоровья, обусловленная как физической активностью, так и занятиями спортом как таковыми. Она оказывает значительное положительное влияние на предотвращение или облегчение психических заболеваний, включая симптомы депрессии и заболевания, связанные с тревогой или стрессом. Положительный эффект от занятий спортом достигается в первую очередь за счет физической активности. Поскольку она все чаще осуществляется организованно, роль спорта в обществе с годами становится все более важной не только для отдельного человека, но и для общественного здоровья.

  • “The song helps us to build and to live”: the role and functions of the ethnic song in Moscow Chuvash and Mari diasporic groups

    Abstract:
    The paper studies the role and functions of songs in an ethnic language in the life of representatives of the internal diaspora. The article is based on the results of sociolinguistic surveys conducted in Chuvash and Mari diasporas of the Moscow region in 2014–2017 and 2019–2021, respectively. The researcher employed the following sociolinguistic methods: direct observation, participant observation, structured interviews of respondents, documentary recording of responses, statistical data analysis. One of the blocks in the sociolinguistic questionnaire included such aspects as the language – in – culture and ethnic culture maintenance in the context of the vitality of ethnic language. Ethnic culture, along with the ethnic language, is one of the key markers of ethnic identity in both samples. As the results of the survey demonstrate, songs in Mari or Chuvash occupy a significant place in the respondents’ life. Several functions of the ethnic song were identified: adaptation to new living conditions; co-optation of new members (i. e., through cultural ethnic events); creative self-realization; language learning (i. e., ethnic songs used for educational purposes in language courses); initiation into language and culture for new speakers of Chuvash and Mari. The role of ethnic song in the revitalization of the language has been equally determined.

    The management of information flows (data) of national statistical services requires the development of mechanisms that ensure a broad description of statistical indicators included in the statistical work plan of the relevant organizations, consistent with certain norms (requirements). The article examines the key approaches to the formation of "quality passports of statistical indicators" and assesses the possibility of applying the relevant experience in Russian practice. It is noted that the "passport of the quality of statistical indicators" should be a continuation of the already existing "passports of indicators" presented in the Unified Interdepartmental Information and Statistical System.

    В статье подробно рассматриваются аспекты, связанные с неосновательным обогащением в арбитражном процессе. Этот институт гражданского права становится особенно актуальным, когда одна сторона считает, что она стала неосновательно обогащенной за счет другой стороны, и обращается в арбитражный суд, чтобы защитить свои права. Статья подробно анализирует процесс подачи иска о взыскании неосновательного обогащения, включая необходимость убедительного доказательства факта неосновательного обогащения ответчика и определения размера такого обогащения. Рассматриваются различные ситуации, в которых могут возникнуть споры о неосновательном обогащении, включая действия потерпевших, приобретателей и третьих лиц.

    В статье концептуально рассматриваются цифровые двойники и наземные системы, а также анализируются примеры цифровых двойников в наземных инфраструктурных системах. Цифровой двойник дорожной и транспортной инфраструктуры – это трехмерное цифровое представление инфраструктурных объектов в физическом мире, но которые в режиме реального времени непрерывно обновляются, что делает цифрового двойника «живым» интерактивным цифровым представлением объекта или системы. В интерактивных трехмерных мирах, созданных исключительно для развлечения, не требуется инженерная точность и законы физики. Но для инфраструктуры они необходимы. Цифровые двойники инфраструктуры должны иметь высокую точность, территориальную идентичность, выравнивание и поддержку сложных трехмерных инженерных схем. Цифровые двойники инфраструктуры включают данные модели от концепции и проекта, до строительства и эксплуатации, с конкретизацией реальных данных. Объединяя инфраструктурные цифровые двойники с передовыми технологиями визуализации и моделирования, инженеры геодезисты, кадастровые инженеры, проектировщики и строители смогут использовать эти данные для создания полного эффект присутствия, анализа экологических нарушений, мониторинга загрязнения на землях, где расположены объекты имущественного комплекса транспорта и дорожного хозяйства.

    В статье раскрывается организационно-педагогические условия формирования читательской культуры детей дошкольного возраста, к которым относится создание читательской среды, способствующей «общению» детей дошкольного возраста с книгой, углублению стремления к познанию мира, воспитанию эстетические чувства, формированию любви к родному языку, природе, литературе, музыке; высокая читательская компетентность воспитателя, его способность формировать у детей читательские умения, связанные с восприятием содержания произведения через призму его духовного мира. Решение данных задач, по мнению авторов статьи, возможно при соблюдении последовательности в отборе книжного материала для создания читательской среды и систематичности в процессе приобщения детей дошкольного возраста к читательской культуре.

    Today, during the period of the sanctions impact on Russia by foreign unfriendly countries, the role and importance of the regulatory function of foreign economic activity, the need for its improvement and adaptation to the changed conditions are increasing as never before. In this way, the author considers the tools of currency and export control, as well as tariff and non-tariff methods of regulation to be the most effective. Using the example of the customs industry, scientists conducted a retrospective study of the possibilities of intensification of existing activity algorithms. The reliability of the obtained results is ensured by the use of multifactor analysis, system, complex, process and situational approaches to the reference points of the studied problem. The conclusion is made about non-compliance with the balance of priorities (the predominance of the fiscal function over law enforcement), excessive liberalization of Russian legislation in foreign economic activity, relatively weak interdepartmental interaction. Measures are proposed to correct of imperfections by improving the risk profile and a number of other measures.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of the execution of imprisonment related to labor adaptation as a means of correcting convicts in the context of the provisions of the 2030 Concept, in particular with the problem of the sale of products produced by convicts to introduce them to work, and the conditions of transportation of products manufactured by convicts. The objective of this study was to analyze the need to strengthen the formation and development of labor production in prisons and colonies, through the development of new production capacities, including through new investments by entrepreneurs, for which a targeted state policy providing a certain tax regime for entrepreneurs wishing to cooperate with institutions of the penal system is a pre-requisite. The author comes to the conclusion that the organization of employment in places of deprivation of liberty should be carried out taking into account the requirements of a market economy, as well as taking into account the fact that the work of convicts who have been sentenced to imprisonment should contribute to the socialization of convicts into society, their correction and their preparation for release, by introducing convicts to work, that the creation of the conditions for ensuring the normal functioning of production facilities in prisons and colonies related to the work of convicts, and the establishment of a transport process for the delivery of products produced by them, will not be complete without the development of standard contracts for the carriage of goods, taking into account the peculiarities of the institutions of the penal system. These conclusions suggest that the studies they are based on will allow interested persons to look at the problem of the execution of sentences in the form of imprisonment from a different perspective, taking into account the needs not only of the penal enforcement system, but also at a more global level provided for by the Concept of the Development of the Penal Enforcement System of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030. The main methodology of the author was the method of complex cognition, which allows to determine the value of the labor function of those sentenced to punishment.

В статье рассматривается вопрос необходимости продвижения фиджитал-спорта в области физической культуры. Проанализированы литературные источники, подтверждающие актуальность фиджитал-спорта в студенческой среде. Проведен опрос среди обучающихся 1–4 курсов факультета физической культуры с целью определения потребности студентов в систематических занятиях фиджитал-спортом. Обоснована необходимость создания киберспортивных клубов на базе факультетов физической культуры как основы для развития внеучебной деятельности студентов.
