    Abstract:
    This work is devoted to the problems of identification and analysis of the main aspects of increasing competitiveness, taking into account the growth of the organization's capitalization. The authors studied the existing issues of the definition of competition as an element of market relations, a number of factors affecting on the competitiveness of the organization were identified. Based on the study of the phenomenon of capitalization, the authors draw conclusions about the interconnectedness and interdependence of factors of the organization’s competitiveness and aspects of maximizing its capitalization.

    Abstract:
    Market conditions of management necessitate regular assessment of the competitiveness of the enterprise and the analysis of its defining indicators, but a single well-established methodology for such an assessment in modern conditions is not available. The study shows the implementation of a combined approach (based on the concepts of commercial activity, «4P» and the concept of M. porter) to assess the competitiveness of a commercial organization that sells agrochemical products. The following methods were used for the study: system and logical approach, comparative, economic-statistical and graphical methods. The results of the study were the development of ways to improve the competitiveness of a commercial organization that sells agrochemical products, and forecast calculations of changes in the level of its competitiveness and economic efficiency.

    The article discusses the conceptual signs of a paradigm shift in the modern scientific and pedagogical outlook in relation to psychological and phenomenological aspects of the perspectives of competence-based education. An attempt is made in outlining of the methodological specificities of the educational paradigm in the context of conditions of realization of Federal state educational standards of the third generation. The significance of the psychological aspects of technologies of mass communication in the paradigm of formation of professional competence of the specialist was conclusively determined. The assumption was formulated, according to which the formation of research competences of the student's personality has paradigmatic characteristics, because the educational situation at the level of didactic technologies is characterized by interactivity and integrative.

    The work deals with the problem of the readiness of future teachers to apply a regional approach in professional activities, one of the options for solving which is proposed to use both theoretical and practical orientation in the preparation of students, and which is implemented, on the one hand, through the use of research and design tasks of the relevant subjects in the classroom, in extracurricular and independent work of students. In this regard, the classification of research and design tasks is proposed, and the need to comply with the pedagogical conditions for their application is emphasized. On the other hand, the importance of involving students in the process of interaction of the university with local educational organizations to form the readiness of future teachers to use a regional approach in their professional activities is pointed out.

    The author reflects the tendency of developing innovative strategies in the documents of state and municipal authorities. The classification of innovative strategies in the system of state and municipal management is made from the position of reaction to changes in the external and internal environment. The author's interpretation of the term «innovative strategy» and understanding of the strategic stages of innovative process at the organizational and managerial levels in the system of state and municipal management are formulated. An approach to understanding the tasks and levels of the innovative strategy of the authorities is presented and a procedure is proposed for selecting an innovative strategy and conducting innovative strategic analysis of innovation activities for organizational and managerial levels in present system of management.
