    Abstract:
    The Great Patriotic War is one of the most tragic events in the history of our country. Each region of the country contributed to achieving victory over the enemy, and the Siberian north – Yugra – was no exception. Despite their remoteness and extreme climatic conditions, representatives of the region bravely joined the ranks of the Red Army. During the war years, 17,890 conscripts left the territory of the Khanty-Mansi National Okrug to go to the front, including more than five hundred representatives of the indigenous peoples of the North: Khanty, Mansi, Nenets.тDuring the Great Patriotic War, the district became an important element in the logistical support of the active army. A school for training military and medical personnel has been launched in Ugra. Fishermen worked all year round to supply the army with canned food. Wood was used to make blanks for butts, skis, and shell boxes; In addition, they produced aircraft plywood, pontoon beams, and matches. The district successfully handled fur harvesting. The workers of the North used their personal savings to build combat vehicles. They contributed money, bonds, gold and silver items to the country's defense fund. Front-line soldiers and home front workers made a significant contribution to the common cause of victory over fascism.

    Abstract:
    The article raises the issue of labor patriotism of Soviet youth during the Great Patriotic War as one of the factors of victory. The role of youth in a truly national movement is revealed, testifying to their exceptional devotion to the Fatherland. The issues of patriotic education and the successive transmission of traditions and the heroic past of our country to subsequent generations are considered. The names of the initiators of patriotic initiatives are indicated, conclusions are drawn about the significance of the movement in achieving the Great Victory. The patriotic movement of youth to provide assistance to the front is analyzed. Thanks to the established organization of work by local authorities with the active participation of young people, it was possible to use additional sources of funding for the Red Army. The work examines the patriotic movement of the younger generation, aimed at providing material assistance to the front. Labor activity has been identified that contributes to the provision of financial and material assistance, a truly national movement.

    The article explores the aspects of forming collective memory and the influence of cultural visual information on the development of identity and patriotic education among school students and youth. The victory in the Great Patriotic War is a significant event of the 20th century, uniting people who accomplished feats and defeated the enemy. It is important to understand and remember the events of World War II, as the analysis and interpretation of these events, especially when emotionally charged, leave a vivid impression and impact personal information perception. Modern traditional events and those utilizing digital technologies help create an emotional perception and processing of World War II events, shaping the patriotic component and identity of generations with the victorious people, contributing to the formation of collective memory and self-awareness of the descendants of the victors.

    Abstract:
    В статье представлена методика организации и ведения управленческого учета на основе автономного подхода к подсистеме управленческого учета. Данный подход предполагает параллельную обработку данных финансового и управленческого учета в той части, в которой эти подсистемы учета требуют использования разных методик обработки данных. Это способствует информационному обеспечению предприятия на основе оптимизации усилий и расходов и, таким образом, повышает эффективность управления предприятием. Методами исследования явились общенаучные методы, а также учетные методы: двойная запись, документирование, балансовый метод. В результате сформирована практически применимая методика, которая продемонстрирована на примере конкретной хозяйственной ситуации организации управленческого учета.

    The article considers the method for overseeing the organization's worth based on the equilibrium of the growth equation which was introduced by K. Walsh. It describes the theoretical foundations basing on K. Walsh’s book «Key management indicators», gives the comprehensive outlook on internal and external environment of PJSC «Rostelekom», which in turn will be used as an example for calculating balanced growth equation and giving the essential conclusions based on it. The used methods of research are: analysis, classification, measurement, description, comparison. The article provides the results of calculation of balanced growth equation, its interpretation and suggestions on management of company’s value.

Будущие сотрудники органов внутренних дел будут не только представителями власти, но в идеале еще и примером для граждан. Описаны основные проблемы формирования патриотизма у современной молодежи; рассмотрены компоненты патриотических ценностей. Представлены мероприятия, направленные на развитие патриотического воспитания обучающихся.
