Socio-Cultural and Psychological Problems of the Modern Family: Current Issues of Assistance and Support- Author:
- Svetlana A. Pavlenko

- Legal problems of the modern family
- Abstract:
- The article explores the phenomenon of "twin flames" through the prism of neuroscience and the psychology of unlived emotions. It is proved that the "persecutor-fugitive" pattern is a compulsive reproduction of childhood traumas, fixed at the level of neural networks of the insula, amygdala and prefrontal cortex. The concept of "affective hooks" is introduced, i.e. unexperienced emotions that form an addictive connection through an imbalance of the dopamine and opioid systems. An algorithm of psychotherapeutic work is proposed, aimed at the development of self-control through the internalization of interceptive attention and cognitive reassessment to deactivate these "hooks"

- Abstract:
- In a modern organization, the automation of HR workflow is becoming a key factor in improving the efficiency of management processes, reducing risks, and increasing the transparency of HR activities. Modern approaches cover both full-format and partial-format documents, from recruitment, staffing, and orders to payroll, HR records, and document storage under legally significant requirements. The chapter discusses modern methods and tools for automation, including electronic document management, digital signatures, document archiving and storage, integration with personnel accounting systems, version control and access rights management, and automation of routine operations (automatic generation of orders, notifications, and reminders). The chapter covers the issues of data security, compliance with local legislation and personal data regulations, the implementation of standards and methods for working with documents, as well as the selection and implementation of cloud and on-premises solutions. The chapter analyzes the practical stages of implementation, including setting goals, choosing an architecture, selecting functionality, migrating data, configuring processes, and training personnel, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of automation using KPI and ROI criteria. The chapter concludes with a proposed methodology for implementing HR document automation, which aims to minimize manual work, speed up approval processes, and improve HR operations control.

Identification of econometric models of simultaneous equations and control systems based on machine learning
Book ChapterEffective development of the modern economy: problems and prospects- Author:
- Alina M. Minitaeva
- Work direction:
- Глава 12
- Abstract:
- The chapter proposes a method for analyzing economic systems based on the use of a model of simultaneous equations and machine learning. The architecture of a fully connected neural network capable of reflecting the structure of a discrete-time control system and allowing the identification of a system of simultaneous equations is considered. A method for training a neural network is proposed that allows estimating the coefficients of a set of simultaneous equations. A method for forecasting a multivariate time series based on the estimated structural parameters of the system using a perceptron is presented.

- Abstract:
- The relevance of the study lies in understanding the development of cognitive and regulatory functions in primary school-age children, which is crucial for their adaptation to the modern socio-cultural context. Rapid changes in technology and education require the development of volitional processes such as attention, memory, planning, and self-organization, key for academic and social adaptation. The study was conducted with a sample of 60 children (ages 8-9) from the Municipal Autonomous Educational Institution Secondary School No. 31 in Ishim. Diagnostic techniques assessed various aspects of volitional functions: goal-setting, forecasting, planning, correction, flexibility, adaptability, and reflection. Methods used included "Template," "Running Goose," "Simple Instructions Test," "Circles," and others, with data analysis performed using the φ* criterion – Fisher’s angular transformation. Most children’s voluntary cognitive and regulatory functions are in an active process of formation, with their components developing unevenly. Prediction, adaptability, and mnemonic abilities develop faster and more efficiently than goal setting, planning, correction, flexibility of actions, reflection, and attentional abilities. The study confirms the need for psychological and pedagogical support to enhance volitional functions in younger schoolchildren, aiding their successful academic and social adaptation.

- Abstract:
- At present, the domestic theory of organizational management is going through a difficult period of adaptation to the new conditions of the market economy, to the scientific rethinking and justification of the inclusion of foreign concepts and terms in its conceptual apparatus, giving relevance to modern scientific provisions of the domestic theory of organizational management in their practical activities. It should be noted that today it is important to remove from use a number of foreign terms that have no scientific feasibility for their inclusion in the conceptual apparatus of the domestic theory of management and at the same time to determine the scientific essence and place in the conceptual apparatus of those foreign concepts that are actively used by both researchers and practitioners in their professional activities. And an important condition for the effectiveness of the development of the domestic theory of organizational management in modern conditions is, firstly, the exclusion of «blurring» and «rewriting» by researchers the content of the basic concept of «management» for each specific situation, and secondly, the need for scientific justification of the essence and content of the concept of «management» introduced into the conceptual apparatus of the domestic theory of organizational management, as well as its place in the conceptual apparatus in relation to the concept of «management».

The rapid growth of social media platforms and the rise of online news portals have challenged the traditional notion of news reporting and provided more diverse perspectives. - Abstract:
- Today, during the period of the sanctions impact on Russia by foreign unfriendly countries, the role and importance of the regulatory function of foreign economic activity, the need for its improvement and adaptation to the changed conditions are increasing as never before. In this way, the author considers the tools of currency and export control, as well as tariff and non-tariff methods of regulation to be the most effective. Using the example of the customs industry, scientists conducted a retrospective study of the possibilities of intensification of existing activity algorithms. The reliability of the obtained results is ensured by the use of multifactor analysis, system, complex, process and situational approaches to the reference points of the studied problem. The conclusion is made about non-compliance with the balance of priorities (the predominance of the fiscal function over law enforcement), excessive liberalization of Russian legislation in foreign economic activity, relatively weak interdepartmental interaction. Measures are proposed to correct of imperfections by improving the risk profile and a number of other measures.
