- Abstract:
- This article explores the transformation of China's media landscape, highlighting the shift from traditional news outlets to the emergence of new media platforms. Historically, news dissemination in China was dominated by state-controlled media organizations, limiting public participation and freedom of expression. However, with the advent of the internet, social media, and online news portals, the Chinese population now has unprecedented access to information and the ability to engage in public discourse. The rapid growth of social media platforms and the rise of online news portals have challenged the traditional notion of news reporting and provided more diverse perspectives. Nonetheless, the government's censorship efforts and control of content raise concerns about freedom of expression. This article concludes by discussing the challenges and opportunities presented by the evolution of media in China.

- Abstract:
- Today, during the period of the sanctions impact on Russia by foreign unfriendly countries, the role and importance of the regulatory function of foreign economic activity, the need for its improvement and adaptation to the changed conditions are increasing as never before. In this way, the author considers the tools of currency and export control, as well as tariff and non-tariff methods of regulation to be the most effective. Using the example of the customs industry, scientists conducted a retrospective study of the possibilities of intensification of existing activity algorithms. The reliability of the obtained results is ensured by the use of multifactor analysis, system, complex, process and situational approaches to the reference points of the studied problem. The conclusion is made about non-compliance with the balance of priorities (the predominance of the fiscal function over law enforcement), excessive liberalization of Russian legislation in foreign economic activity, relatively weak interdepartmental interaction. Measures are proposed to correct of imperfections by improving the risk profile and a number of other measures.

- Abstract:
- Currently, computer tools for conducting training courses are being actively developed. Practically in all areas of academic disciplines, simulator programs for real technological processes are being created. However, the creation and organization of training courses using e-learning tools, especially based on Internet technologies, is a difficult technological and methodological task. The industry of computer educational materials is expanding due to their demand and social significance. In this regard, it is relevant to develop the concept of building and using computer teaching aids, in particular training simulators, adequate to modern ideas of the development of education. This chapter discusses the developed simulator program for an automated control system for the catalytic cracking process, written in the C# programming language, presents its capabilities and a description of how to work with it. This simulator allows students to independently learn how to arrange sensors and draw up a specification for instrumentation and control equipment, using the built-in tools for checking the correct placement of sensors. To run the program, you need a computer with Windows 7 or later, NET.Framework version 4.5 or later, optionally MS Word. The program is portable, does not require installation, which allows it to be easily scaled to an audience with several computers, it is also worth noting that the program is small, for the time being, the size of the program is less than 10 MB, which allows it to be sent to students who are unable to attend classes via the Enternet network. The results of the execution can be printed on any computer under the operating system Windows 7 and newer in PDF format, with MS Word installed – in Doc format.

- Abstract:
- The chapter describes the developed program has been developed that allows you to design single-loop automatic control systems, calculate their reliability, while simultaneously checking the user's knowledge in the field of design and ability to navigate in modern technical automation systems. When developing the program, modern software was used, namely «Visual Studio». While using the program, the user designs single-circuit automatic control systems according to such parameters as: temperature, pressure, level, flow. After designing each of the systems, the program allows the user to calculate its reliability. During the use of the program by the user, at each of its stages, if the user does not have enough knowledge, the program reports this, stops working and sends him to study the theoretical material. After completing the work, the user, through the program, must save to the computer an image with all the results obtained during the execution of the work, on which it will be indicated in the form of a watermark that all the work has been done correctly. The image can be saved to the path specified by the user in the «PNG» format. To run the program, you need a computer with Windows 7 or newer operating system, NET.Framework version 4.5 or newer. The program is portable, does not require installation, which allows it to be easily scaled to an audience with several computers, it is also worth noting that the program is small, for the time being, the size of the program is less than 5 MB, which allows it to be sent to students who are unable to attend classes via the Internet.

- Abstract:
- Electronic educational resources including testing, which simplify the process of searching and structuring educational information have been used more often in educational organizations recently. They have made learning more accessible and interesting for students of higher and vocational education institutions, especially in the context of a pandemic. The article provides a brief theoretical justification of the advantages of testing students' academic achievements. The emphasis is placed on the importance of testing as a tool for remote control of students' knowledge, the advantages and disadvantages of using tests both in the educational process of higher and secondary vocational education and in order to control the acquired knowledge are revealed. The study was carried out by the authors on the basis of a comprehensive use of theoretical and empirical methods. The leading theoretical methods were: analysis, generalization, concretization, forecasting, modeling. The work used such empirical methods as conversations, pedagogical observation, questionnaires, expert evaluation, testing, analysis of performance, generalization of pedagogical experience, methods of statistical processing of experimental data. The results presented in the article of the study of testing of students of MPSU at the initial (entrance test), current and final stage of measuring the level of educational achievements of students demonstrated an increase in the values of the effectiveness of testing at all stages of its implementation, an increase in the effectiveness of test control at the intermediate and final stages of the study. The results of the study made it possible to formulate promising directions for the development of problems of testing the quality of education of students of higher and professional education organizations: improving the forms and methods of analysis and interpretation of test results based on the invariant application of test models: improving the psychological and pedagogical orientation of the use of the testing algorithm for personalized learning trajectories in the practice of mass education, etc.
