    В последнее время слово толерантность все чаще внедряется в различные слои общества и разную деятельность. Эта проблема стала чаще появляться в средствах массовой информации, однако уже на государственном и даже международном уровнях. По мнению различных журналистов, такое явление вызвано потерей у людей чувства терпимости к чужому образу жизни, жестокостью в отношениях, неумением тактично и грамотно излагать свою позицию, не задевая значимые аспекты жизни других людей. Самый высокий уровень образования – достижение толерантности. Статья посвящена терпимому отношению к людям как основе инклюзивного образования.

  • The impact of borderline personality disorder on adaptive abilities and the level of academic achievement of students

    Abstract:
    С целью выявления влияния пограничного расстройства личности на адаптивные способности и академическую успеваемость студентов, обследовано 43 студента третьего курса психологического факультета с применением анкетирования и психологического тестирования в дистанционной форме с использованием онлайн-платформы Googlе. Статистическая обработка результатов проведена с использованием программы SPSS 20.0. Применялся критерий Манна-Уитни и анализ ранговой корреляции Спирмена. Результаты показали, что в обследованной выборке студентов частота встречаемости сильной выраженных черт ПРЛ, согласно результатам теста дисфункциональных убеждений Э. Батлера, составила, более 16%. Показано, что, согласно ранговому анализу Спирмена, наличие черт ПРЛ не оказывает значимого взаимного влияния на академическую успеваемость студентов, у них снижаются адаптивные способности за счет низкой нервно-психической устойчивости, межличностной коммуникативности и недостаточно сформированных морально-нравственных качеств личности. Предложено проведение психопрофилактической работы со студентами, имеющими черты ПРЛ, направленной на нивелирование эмоциональной неустойчивости, повышение коммуникативности и морально-нравственных ценностей, что будет способствовать не только повышению адаптации в социуме, но и успешности в учебном процессе.

    The correct selection of elements in the legal composition is the most important part of the problem of choosing the most optimal option for regulating public relations. One of the negative aspects of the implementation of legal regulations is often defective legal facts or compositions that prevent the further implementation of the legal relationship or entail other negative consequences in the legal system. This article examines the significance of defective facts in the mechanism of legal regulation, determines their negative role in destabilizing the operation of legal norms, in failures of the law enforcement process, in violation of the rights and legitimate interests of participants in public relations. The author explores the causes of defective legal facts, analyzes ways to overcome regulatory defectiveness.

    Abstract:
    A strategic study of the socio-economic development of Russia determines significant changes in the vocational education system which is discussed in this chapter. Professional training of workers, employees, specialists is the basis for the reform and modernization of production in accordance with innovative technological equipment. Decisions on how to «tune as much as possible» (V.V. Putin's statement) vocational education to the needs of the economy, to solve the problems of development of individual regions and the country as a whole system of dual education, but also strengthening the country's technological sovereignty, factors of national security and «quality of life of people». In fact, today it is necessary to adjust the model of vocational training in colleges and institutes in line with strengthening its practice-orientation, targeting and mobility. Today, the dual system of professional (German) education has received worldwide recognition, it is the most widespread and recognized form of personnel training, which combines theoretical training (in our country 40%, in Germany 20–25%) in educational institutions and industrial training 75–80% enterprises); 96% of young people who underwent dual training got a job in enterprises, today this is the best indicator in Western Europe.

  • About Modern Factors of Yakut Identity at the Turn of the XX–XXI Centuries

    Abstract:
    In the conditions of the historically established ethnic diversity in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the complex development of market relations and the strengthening of the role of the ethnic factor, the problems of ethno-social adaptation of the indigenous population arises. The purpose of the article is to study the structure of a person's self-identification and to research various forms of identity such as ethno-cultural, linguistic and ethnic. One of the main sources for studying the problems of ethnicity was both various statistical materials, data from an ethno-sociological survey, and field ethnographic materials obtained by the author of the article in the course of expeditionary and stationary work in the uluses of the republic over the last quarter of the XX century – the beginning of the XXI century. When writing the work, the author applied both methods of field research in order to collect initial material, as well as theoretical and methodological ones. The article concludes that if there is a problem with the functioning of the Yakut language and its loss by a part of the urban Yakut population, it does not lead to the loss of Yakut identity. On the contrary, partly the loss of their native language by people of Yakut nationality, as it turned out, leads to the strengthening of their ethno-cultural identity. The dynamic of the number of Yakuts shows that the ethnic factor plays an important role in the identification of a person. The results of the work confirm the thesis that ethnicity, compensating for the weakening of civic identity, becomes a defining stratifying category, acquiring the ethnopolitical rank. In general, despite the influence of various factors, the materials of ethno-sociological studies in Yakutia showed a high degree of manifestation of both ethnic and ethno-cultural identity, and partly linguistic.

  • The Scope and Content of the Notion of Phraseomatic Unit (Based on the English Language Material)

    The purpose of the research described in the article is to further develop the definition of phraseomatic units and find their position in the system of idiomatics. The research methods applied in the work include dictionary definitions analysis, semantic analysis, comparative analysis. The results of the research are as follows: in the course of analysis the authors showed the characteristic features of phraseomatic units against the background of other kinds of idiomatic units of language; characterized the types of meaning reinterpretation in the process of phrases’ semantic transposition in general and in the process of phraseomatic units generation in particular; revealed the predominant sphere of their speech usage (the discourse of professional communication). The prospects of further research are: studying phraseomatisms in connection with their terminological function, their ability to determine the most important quality of the object of nomination, are bound to deepen our understanding of their place in the system of idiomatics, and therefore they are sure to bring us closer to solving the riddle of idiomaticity. Phraseomatic units and other idiomatic units of language must be studied within the framework of a unified theory of idiomatics. All kinds of idiomatic units have not only specific but also common features, which makes it possible to unify them into one structural and semantic class.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the issue of ethnic and civic identity of student youth, the education of a culture of interethnic relations in an educational institution. The article presents an analysis of the literature on the problem under consideration, considers state approaches to solving issues of ethnicity and citizenship. The relevance of the study is due to the reasons that require a timely response to the changes taking place in the modern multi-ethnic space. The multinationality of the Russian Federation, the ambiguity of historically established interethnic relations, the active development in the minds of modern youth of attitudes not only towards material, but also spiritual globalization, allow us to pay special attention to the process of forming ethnic and civic identity of the individual. The purpose of the article is to study the features of the formation of ethnic and civic identity and to identify their relationship in the student environment. The author cites the results of his own empirical studies of the general civic and ethnic identity of university students. The use of the methods of questioning, interviewing, observation and generalization of pedagogical experience helped the author in determining the main directions of ethno-cultural education of students. Ethnic identity is a necessary step in the formation of citizenship of student youth, it makes it easier and faster to interact with representatives of other ethnic groups, unites and helps to adapt to new cultural conditions.

  • The main requirements and risks of digital transformation of education

    In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the economy is in need of professionals with completely new competencies. So, the ability to make decisions based on big data, act in a situation of uncertainty, analyze and critically comprehend incoming information, etc. comes first. A modern employee is required to assimilate a new way of thinking, ethics and attitudes, the formation and development of digital culture and digital literacy. The training of such specialists becomes the most important task of education. However, the analysis of modern research shows that teachers themselves also need tools that would allow them to effectively perform their professional duties in the new economic reality. Based on the review of the requirements and the main groups of risks caused by the digital transformation of education, we conclude that the presence of a well-developed standardized model of digital competencies of teachers can become a reliable support for teachers and teachers. Also, the introduction of such a model in the educational programs of universities and professional development programs will bring the professional training of teachers in line with the requirements of digital transformation.

  • Reconnaissance of Professional Resources and Personal Potential of a Teacher in the Era of Social Turbulence and Transformation of Education

    Introduction. The article defines the teacher's mission in the era of social turbulence and high uncertainty characteristic of the transition of Russian society to the post-industrial stage of development. The authors focus on training a teacher for the future, determined by social conditions and directions of development of the Russian education system. Relevance. The available scientific ideas about the professional resources and personal potential of the teacher, ways to support his development in modern conditions cannot be recognized as sufficient. This determines the purpose of the study: the definition of professional resources in the context of the development of the personal potential of the teacher, the most demanded in the era of social turbulence and transformation of education. Material and research methods: the work uses theoretical methods (analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literature), modeling, generalization of the experience of establishing additional pedagogical education; empirical methods (psychological diagnosis of professional resources and personal potential of teachers, readiness of teachers for professional activities in conditions of social turbulence and transformation of education). Study results and discussion. The authors propose a model of professional resources and personal potential of the teacher, indicate diagnostic methods for their research. A description of the possibility of additional pedagogical education is presented as a condition for the development of professional resources and the personal potential of the teacher. It was concluded that it is necessary to improve the advanced training and retraining of teachers in the context of modern requirements for the teacher's activities. The experience of the Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University named after I. N. Ulyanov in this direction is described. Conclusions. The results of the study can be used in organizing comprehensive support for the development of professional resources and personal potential of teachers in the conditions of further education, managing a teacher's career, developing advanced training and professional retraining programs.

  • Communicative Training as a Method of Overcoming Psychological Barriers that Arise when Learning a Foreign Language

    Introduction. The article discusses the psychological barriers that arise in the study of a foreign language among secondary school students, modern teaching methods to overcome psychological barriers. The article also analyzes the study results of the possibility of overcoming psychological barriers that arise when learning a foreign language with the help of communicative training. Recommendations are offered for the prevention and overcoming of psychological barriers that arise when learning a foreign language among schoolchildren. Literature review. The article provides a theoretical analysis of approaches to the study of psychological barriers that arise in the study of foreign languages. Particular attention is paid to Stephen Krashen's affective filters: confidence, motivation and anxiety. The factors of occurrence of psychological barriers in learning a foreign language among students are also considered. Research methods. At the ascertaining and control stages of the study, we used the "Language Barriers" methodology of the Center for Language Psychology. The purpose of the methodology: to determine the nature of the difficulties that students face in the process of learning foreign languages. At the formative stage, a communicative training was developed and introduced into the educational process to overcome the psychological barriers of schoolchildren. Research results. Analysis of the results of the ascertaining stage of the study allowed us to conclude that students have an increased level of barriers, difficulties in understanding foreign speech, do not always understand the meaning of sentences, find it difficult to use a foreign language, etc. The use of communicative training, gaming technologies in foreign lessons improved performance on all affective filters (anxiety, motivation, confidence), reduced psychological barriers, reduced fear of difficulties and improved students' attitude to the school discipline "English", create a positive attitude to its study, stimulating the independent speech-thinking activity of students. Conclusions. The results of the study led to the conclusion that communicative training, gaming technologies are effective methods for overcoming psychological difficulties and barriers that arise when learning foreign languages.

По мнению авторов, многообразность различных подходов упрощает процесс изучения языка и способствует вырабатыванию положительного отношения.

Универсальные навыки (soft skills) необходимы всем и обеспечивают эффективность человека в любой сфере деятельности. На формирование универсальных навыков, в частности, направлены реализуемые в ННГУ им. Н.И. Лобачевского курсы «Ведение переговоров» и «Развитие лидерского потенциала руководителя». В статье описан опыт их реализации, который показал возможности и преимущества сочетания традиционных и инновационных (тренинговых) технологий в учебном процессе.

    Статья посвящена изучению основных проблем цифровой трансформации образования в медицинском вузе, по мнению студентов и их педагогов, которые и составили 2 группы объектов исследования (по 50 человек). В работе, основанной на анонимном анкетировании, изучалось общее отношение испытуемых к внедрению цифровых технологий в образовательный процесс, к изучению эффективности дистанционного обучения, вызванного пандемией COVID-19, к цифровой трансформации в целом, а также к возможному полному переходу обучения в медицинском вузе в цифровую среду. В дальнейшем проводился подробный анализ основных проблем, связанных с цифровой трансформацией обучения. Полученные результаты представляют интерес для сотрудников профессорско-преподавательского состава, занятых в учебном процессе со студентами.
