    Abstract:
    This article identifies a deficit in the axiological foundation of legal procedural policy, stemming from the absence of a normative hierarchy of absolute and relative values. It argues that justice, human dignity, and the supremacy of the Constitution should take precedence over instrumental principles. A three-tiered model of the axiological organization of procedural law is proposed, aimed at restoring its humanistic dimension and ensuring the sustainability of law enforcement in the face of digital transformation and regulatory instability.

Результаты эксперимента позволили оценить эффективность применения наглядных средств обучения и выявить их влияние на успеваемость учеников.

    The chapter is devoted to the human dimension of the phenomenon of cognition of the world in the historical perspective of the educational process, from antiquity to our time. The paper examines the possibilities of cognition and education, both through the creation of a categorical apparatus and its development in the process of education, and through the power of creative imagination in the framework of the cognitive process. The principles of the connection between spiritual and material, signs, functions, types and essence of these principles are formulated and characterized, the role of human activity as the leading force of the planetary noospheric process is shown.

    Abstract:
    Domestic education in the period of "enlightened absolutism" made a significant step forward. By the time of Catherine II's accession to the tsarist throne, education expenses amounted to only 0.15% of the state budget. By 1794, 1.28% was already allocated for education in the country, and 9% was spent on the maintenance of the Empress's court. At the end of the XVIII century, there were about 550 different educational institutions in the Russian Empire, in which up to 62,000 students studied. Among them there were about 400 public schools, over 60 theological seminaries and about 60 class-closed educational institutions.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the entity and origins of an educational deprivation in military higher education institution. The program of psychological and pedagogical support for cadets to overcome deprivation in the educational environment of a military university is presented. The following methods were used in the study: survey, comparison, and observation. 498 cadets (including 283 first-year students and 215 fourth-year students) took part in an empirical study of deprivation at FSBEI of HE "Military Academic Center of Air Force "N.E. Zhukovski and Yu.A. Gagarin Air Force Academy" of RF Ministry of Defense (Voronezh). The theoretical analysis of the problem and data of an empirical research allowed to draw a conclusion on a possibility of overcoming an educational deprivation and its effects on the basis of a humanization and humanitarization of military education.

    Собрание законов Российской империи представляет собой комплекс законодательных актов, отражающих эволюцию отечественной государственности. Развитие государственно-церковных отношений в карательной сфере в первой четверти XVIII века относилось к разряду узких направлений, но вместе с тем игравших важно значение. В статье ставится проблема оценки информативности законодательных актов относительно участия церкви в карательной политике государства. Результатом исследования является вывод о содержательной полноценности источников, показывающих общую тенденцию утверждения абсолютизма.

    В работе отмечено, что, в связи с ухудшением экономического положения в Российской Федерации, вероятность банкротства значительно возросла. Количество решений судов о признании юридических лиц банкротами в Российской Федерации в первом квартале 2018 года выросло на 5% по сравнению с аналогичным периодом предыдущего года. Устойчивый рост числа банкротств фиксируют и расчеты Центра макроэкономического анализа и краткосрочного прогнозирования. Согласно его предварительной оценке их количество увеличилось на 2,5%. Однако зачастую банкротство предприятия можно диагностировать заранее с помощью ряда показателей финансовой устойчивости. Анализ данных показателей позволяет оценить вероятность банкротства заблаговременно и принять решения, способные предотвратить его.

Исследователи отмечают, что цивилизационными аспектами успешного межрелигиозного диалога должны служить гуманизм и антропоцентризм как основополагающие принципы любого вероисповедания.
