    Abstract:
    The article examines the issues of socio-economic development of the region using the Republic of Mordovia as an example. External shocks that Mordovia faced had a significant impact on the dynamics and results of socio-economic development of the region. The study involved statistical data from the territorial body of Rosstat for the Republic of Mordovia, data from various ratings of Russian regions, and materials from the authorities of the Republic of Mordovia, which made it possible to identify the following most pressing problems of regional development: low rates of economic growth, small volume of industrial production, shortage of investment resources of the workforce, unfavorable demographic situation, low standard of living.

На основе анализа статистических данных оценивается вклад различных видов инфраструктуры (транспорт, энергетика, связь) в экономический рост. Приводятся примеры реализации конкретных инфраструктурных проектов и оценивается их влияние на экономическое развитие. Представлено подробное сравнение показателей развития инфраструктуры России и Красноярского края.

Туризм – это та самая точка роста для регионов, которая может дать толчок в развитии, потому что за этим следует цепочка событий: инвестиции, развитие малого и среднего бизнеса, дополнительные рабочие места и т. д. А так как Дагестан отличается от всех остальных регионов Кавказа своим богатым и многообразным культурным наследием, это делает его еще и уникальным регионом.

    Современная педагогическая деятельность требует высокого уровня педагогического мастерства от педагогов, предполагает высокий уровень владения ими всеми профессиональными навыками и умениями, проявления постоянной активности к творческо-педагогическому труду. Особое место в подготовке будущих педагогов специального образования занимает проектно-исследовательская деятельность в вузе. В процессе научно-исследовательской деятельности и внеаудиторной работы студенты осваивают навыки экспериментальной, конструкторской и исследовательской деятельности. Также формируется творческая личность будущего специалиста. В статье рассматривается проблема организации работы студенческого научного кружка «Перо Жар-птицы». Автор анализирует особенности и возможности формирования навыков проектно-исследовательской деятельности будущих педагогов-дефектологов, логопедов в рамках работы студенческого кружка. В статье обобщается собственный опыт работы со студентами, выделяются критерии эффективности деятельности студенческого кружка кафедры специального образования.

Учитывая региональный компонент, следует делать упор на ознакомление дошкольников с сельскохозяйственными профессиями, с крестьянским трудом. Готовить к труду будущего гражданина России и не привлекать его к трудовой деятельности было бы неправильно. Приобщаясь к труду на грядке, в цветнике, дети начинают осознанно относиться к труду, к его значимости и необходимости.

    Во время проведения специальной военной операции остаются крайне важными ценности и компетенции, которые приобретают студенты на протяжении учебы в высшем учебном заведении. Приоритетными становятся усилия преподавателей сформировать у молодежи духовно-нравственные ценности, придать им ориентиры, с которыми можно идти по жизни. Заметить и своевременно предотвратить развитие псевдо-ценностей, которые формируются в сжатый промежуток времени и значительно ухудшают поведение студентов. Следует постоянно проводить воспитательную работу и поощрять студентов к социализации, создавать условия для духовного роста молодежи. Для реализации поставленных целей необходимо провести работу по подготовке преподавателей в условиях дистанционного обучения и воспитания.

    The article examines the impact of institutional quality on the effectiveness of investments in sports infrastructure in industrial regions of Russia. The key institutional factors determining the success of investment projects in the field of sports are analyzed, including the level of corruption, transparency of public procurement, efficiency of regional management and business participation in infrastructure development. The study is based on a comparative analysis of data on sports facilities and investment programs in the country's largest industrial regions. In conclusion, recommendations are formulated to improve the institutional environment in order to increase the efficiency of investments and maximize the socio-economic effects of the development of sports infrastructure.

    Abstract:
    The work is devoted to assessing the operating conditions of scientific libraries at regional universities in Russia and China and identifying prospects for cooperation to strengthen their educational function. The study summarizes the experience and data from the authors' participant observation of the activities of large university libraries in the border regions of the two countries. Cases are provided that characterize the activities of libraries of large regional universities – Pacific National University and Harbin Polytechnic University. Guided by regulatory documents and taking into account the main areas of interstate cooperation, libraries of regional universities implement and expand their educational opportunities in the face of increasing challenges. We are talking about the impossibility of isolated development and the presence of a high interest in finding partners abroad. The educational function of the university library includes education, information literacy, self-education and individual learning, as well as communication between subjects of the educational process.

    Development of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects

    Abstract:
    The author analyzes the relationship between investments and economic growth, establishes the dependence of the volume of investments in the region on the profitability of corporations, which in turn depends on the conjuncture of world coal prices. Investments in the region are studied on the basis of the investment rate indicator, which for 2015–2022 is presented in the form of a polyline and is in the range of 17–26%. An analytical study of the sources of attracting investments notes significant volatility in both credit and budgetary resources. The share of borrowed funds of credit institutions in 2022 decreased to a historic low of 2.2%. On the contrary, the share of budget funds has increased to 16%, but at the same time remains significantly lower than other regions of the Russian Federation. Mining is the main activity in the Kemerovo region – Kuzbass and over the period under study, the share of investments in the structure of economic activities increased to 47 percent. Over the past three years, there has been an increase in investments by state-owned organizations from 9.2% in 2019 to 15.6–11.8%% in 2020–2022. The share of active investments in Kuzbass significantly exceeds the share of active investments in the Russian Federation at 36.4% in 2022 and indicates the dynamism and efficiency of investments in the region. The dynamism of the investment process in the region is confirmed by a review of major investment projects being implemented in the Kemerovo Region: the plywood mill on the territory of the Angero-Sudzhensk TOR, the four-star Cosmos Sheregesh hotel complex, the BELAZ technical support center, the Kuzbass Broiler mushroom production workshop.
