    Abstract:
    The chapter proves that the inclusion of a regional component in the process of teaching Russian is one of the most effective ways to form students' cultural competence. The educational and methodological aids for schools of the Kola North, providing a regional focus of Russian language teaching, are described in detail. Their structure is revealed, the main content is described, and examples of tasks are given. The results of the survey are presented, according to which the literature on linguistic local history is actively used by teachers of the Murmansk region.

Выявлено как положительное, так и негативное воздействие состояния коммунальной сферы на изменение городской среды. Сделан вывод о том, что улучшение состояния коммунальной сферы повлияло на рост уровня благоустройства городов Свердловской области, что привело к повышению качества городской среды.

    The work is devoted to substantiating the need to develop a course on the basics of financial literacy in elementary school. The article presents diagnostic data on the initial level of financial literacy of 4th grade schoolchildren, the structure of the developed course on the basics of financial literacy with a regional component for Bashkortostan, the thematic planning and duration of the course, and the results of a control study after testing the course, from which it can be reliably concluded that the program developed for 4th grades is effective.     Abstract:
    The paper reveals the development potential of the republican resource platform of continuing professional education as a tool for effective functioning of the system of scientific and methodological support of teaching staff. The article presents the structure of the resource potential of the regional platform, defines its main characteristics and directions, develops proposals for the creation of the republican system of methodological support for teachers and changes in the structure, functional tasks in the field of continuing professional education and professional retraining. These measures are aimed at improving the potential of the regional system in implementing the state educational policy and solving socio-economic problems. The process of gradual change in the system of scientific and methodological support for teachers is presented, in which the basic part is in the competence of the regional institutional structure responsible for the implementation of programmes of additional professional education, and the variable part falls to universities and other entities that are part of the regional segment of the education system. The article formulates further prospects for the development of the proposed structure of scientific and methodological support for teachers, introduction of new educational programmes and technologies, as well as research and analysis of the effectiveness of the applied practices. As a result of the practice implementation, the main vectors of regional policy development in the sphere of additional professional education of teachers and human resources potential of the Chuvash Republic are proposed.

  • Effective methods of teaching regional studies

    Abstract:
    This article provides a detailed analysis of the methods of project and problem-oriented learning. The methods presented by the authors of the article are considered to be the most effective in the process of training students of regional studies in accordance with the requirements of the competence approach of the federal state educational standards. The authors conducted an analytical review of theoretical ideas about regional studies. The article reveals the opposite points of view of domestic scientists on its understanding – these are the studies of V.V. Makarenko and V.A. Gorbanyov. The article presents the teaching methods that are the most effective for the formation of the necessary competencies in students within the framework of the realization of the requirements of the federal state educational standards. Such methods included: "Challenge Based Learning", "Pebble in the Pond", 4C/ID (4 components – 4 components and instructional design – pedagogical design), business game. The result of the study was the conclusion that the basis of regional studies is best reflected in the interdisciplinary approach, which combines both classical methods of training bachelors and masters and modern methods.

    Abstract:
    The creation of a dynamically functioning innovation economy, maintaining its competitiveness in the conditions of geopolitical struggle, unprecedented sanctions pressure from the West are the priority tasks of modern Russia's development. One of the determining factors of an effectively operating innovation economy is the provision of highly sustainable development of regions, including such backbone structures as scientific and technological complexes. The author's interpretation of this aspect of the topic is proposed. The novelty in the continuation of its comprehension lies in the retrospective analysis of a long period, including the second half of XX – the first quarter of XXI centuries, and at the same time continuous in the context of the region's transition to an innovative type of development. The study of experience in creating a modern model of STC in the region is based on the theoretical and methodological units of the theory of regional development, and, above all, the concept of «points of growth» as its special section. It emphasizes the stimulation of «knowledge economy», development of innovation infrastructure, transfer of scientific achievements into production, maintenance of technological security, etc., as such points. The research methods traditional for retrospective regionalism as a branch of knowledge are used: interdisciplinary, periodization, retrospective and prospective analysis, problem-chronological. The indicators characterizing the development of entrepreneurship, its financing and lending in the Republic of Tatarstan over several years were analyzed.

    Статья посвящена вопросу оценки воздействия вложений в социальную инфраструктуру на состояние человеческого капитала. На примере Магаданской области рассматривается региональная практика распределения бюджетных ассигнований на образовательную систему, здравоохранение и социальную поддержку. Приводятся примеры положительного опыта реализации проектов в социальной сфере с использованием передовых технологий, таких как искусственный интеллект. Анализируется структура запланированных бюджетных расходов Магаданской области на период 2025–2027 годов на развитие социальной сферы. Акцентируются существующие вызовы, такие как удалённость региона, нехватка квалифицированных специалистов и зависимость бюджета от федеральных трансфертов. Итоги исследования демонстрируют, что грамотное распределение финансовых ресурсов на социальные программы способно существенно улучшить состояние человеческого капитала региона, что, в свою очередь, способствует экономическому росту и улучшению качества жизни.

    Региональный компонент обучения – необходимая составляющая иноязычной социокультурной компетенции. Аутентичные тексты, созданные носителями языка, сделают данный компонент эффективным, особенно если речь идет о художественных текстах, в т. ч. поэтических. Тем не менее поэтические тексты о России, созданные испанскими и латиноамериканскими авторами, пока недостаточно используются в лингводидактике. Прежде всего это относится к циклу поэм чилийца Пабло Неруды о Сталинграде, который, по мнению автора статьи, содержит полезную информацию и имеет не только историческую, но и художественную ценность. Методы исследования: изучение научной, методической, справочной и художественной литературы, анализ поэтического текста, опрос носителей испанского языка, экспериментальное обучение. В статье приводятся отрывок одного из указанных произведений и предлагаются способы их применения в учебном процессе. Делается вывод о целесообразности включения поэтических текстов П. Неруды о Сталинграде в содержание обучения испанскому языку в вузе.

    To ensure stable development of regions, it is important to ensure regional economic security. The central place in this system is occupied by the internal affairs agencies (IAA). The purpose of the study is to study the role of law enforcement agencies in ensuring the economic security of the region. The article uses the following research methods: analysis of theoretical sources, statistical and comparative analysis. The role of the IAA in ensuring the economic security of the Magadan Region is analyzed. At the same time, it is concluded that the increase in the number of identified economic crimes is a negative fact characterizing a decrease in the level of economic security in the region. To improve economic security in the region, it is necessary to develop education and inform the population about the risks and methods of preventing economic crimes. It is also important to strengthen financial liability for such crimes.

    В статье проводится сравнительный анализ исследования функциональной активности организма студентов, проживающих и обучающихся в различных регионах России. Для определения характера компенсаторно-приспособительных реакций организма рекомендуется использовать индекс Мызникова (ИМ). Были выявлены студенты с крайне высокими и крайне низкими показателями функциональной активности. Студенты с крайне низкими и крайне высокими показателями функциональной активности находятся в состоянии напряжения и перенапряжения адаптационных механизмов. Это может привести к срыву адаптации и заболеваниям. Использование индекса Мызникова позволяет наблюдать за изменением состояния компенсаторно-приспособительных возможностей студентов и регулировать их функциональное состояние. Это может помочь своевременно проводить оздоровительные мероприятия и предотвращать возможные заболевания.

    В статье исследуется процесс диверсификации экономики Уральского региона с акцентом на развитие креативных индустрий в условиях цифровизации. Рассматриваются ключевые социально-экономические факторы, способствующие росту сектора, а также барьеры, препятствующие его развитию. Автор отмечает, что несмотря на значительный потенциал креативная экономика сталкивается с кадровым дефицитом, недостаточным уровнем венчурного финансирования и доминированием традиционной промышленности в структуре региональной экономики. Анализируя официальные статистические данные и кейсы локальных компаний, показано, что динамика роста креативных индустрий опережает среднероссийские показатели. Особое внимание уделяется влиянию государственной поддержки, включая программы субсидирования и налоговые послабления, которые способствуют увеличению числа стартапов и предпринимательских инициатив в сфере IT, дизайна и архитектуры. В работе предложены практические рекомендации для дальнейшего развития сектора, включая совершенствование образовательных программ, создание специализированного венчурного фонда и внедрение новых механизмов поддержки креативных бизнесов. Реализация этих мер может способствовать укреплению позиций региона в качестве центра инновационного развития и привлечению новых инвестиций в экономику будущего.
