    Статья посвящена исследованию морфосинтаксических особенностей швейцарского варианта французского языка, функционирующего на территории франкоязычной Швейцарии, в сопоставлении с метропольным французским языком. В результате проведенного анализа были выявлены морфологические и синтаксические особенности швейцарского национального варианта французского языка. Для отбора языкового материала были использованы данные франко-швейцарских диалектных словарей. Результаты проведенного исследования могут быть использованы в спецкурсах по региональной вариантологии и диалектологии.

    The chapter examines the transformation of Russia’s investment market in the context of achieving technological sovereignty. It analyzes the reorientation of investment flows from Western partners to Global South countries. Special attention is paid to the role of state policy in stimulating investments through national megaprojects aimed at ensuring technological sovereignty. The research concludes that regional investments not only help adapt to external constraints, but also foster the development of domestic technological capabilities.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the effectiveness of youth policy implementation in the Krasnodar Territory. Regional programs aimed at supporting youth were analysed, their goals, main activities and results achieved were disclosed. On the basis of a comparative comparison of planned and actual indicators, the main problems of implementation are highlighted, including insufficient involvement of young people, uneven territorial coverage and poor information accessibility. Proposals for improving the mechanisms of youth policy at the regional level are presented. The findings can be used in the development and adjustment of strategic documents in the field of youth work.

Особое внимание уделяется вопросам создания надежной системы обеспечения населения качественными продуктами питания, минимизации зависимости от импорта, диверсификации аграрного производства, а также внедрению инновационных и экологически безопасных технологий. Особое внимание уделяется значимости контроля за качеством и безопасностью продукции. Делается вывод о ключевой роли сельскохозяйственных товаропроизводителей в формировании продовольственной самодостаточности, создании устойчивых моделей регионального развития и поддержании долгосрочного общественного благополучия.

Новые субъекты безусловно, играют важную роль в стратегии формирования конкурентоспособной экономики на всероссийском уровне. Интеграция новых регионов в экономику Российскую Федерацию открывает перед ними широкие перспективы благодаря их высокой экономической ценности и активной рабочей силе. Эти территории сталкиваются с рядом сложностей, включая демографические сдвиги и отсутствие современной инфраструктуры. Тем не менее их присоединение обещает значительные выгоды на федеральном уровне, в частности усиление транспортной и энергетической отраслей, расширение туристического и рекреационного потенциала, а также рост производительности в металлургии и аграрном секторе.

    В статье исследуется влияние цифровых технологий на когнитивное развитие подростков в условиях Арктической зоны. Проведено комплексное исследование с участием 45 учащихся 8–11 классов, включающее психофизиологическое тестирование и анализ академической успеваемости. Результаты демонстрируют значительную корреляцию между интенсивностью использования цифровых устройств и снижением когнитивных показателей. Особое внимание уделено специфическим условиям Крайнего Севера, усугубляющим негативное воздействие цифровой нагрузки. Предложены рекомендации по оптимизации учебного процесса с учетом выявленных закономерностей.

    The chapter proves that the inclusion of a regional component in the process of teaching Russian is one of the most effective ways to form students' cultural competence. Their structure is revealed, the main content is described, and examples of tasks are given. The results of the survey are presented, according to which the literature on linguistic local history is actively used by teachers of the Murmansk region.

    Abstract:
    The paper reveals the development potential of the republican resource platform of continuing professional education as a tool for effective functioning of the system of scientific and methodological support of teaching staff. The article presents the structure of the resource potential of the regional platform, defines its main characteristics and directions, develops proposals for the creation of the republican system of methodological support for teachers and changes in the structure, functional tasks in the field of continuing professional education and professional retraining. These measures are aimed at improving the potential of the regional system in implementing the state educational policy and solving socio-economic problems. The process of gradual change in the system of scientific and methodological support for teachers is presented, in which the basic part is in the competence of the regional institutional structure responsible for the implementation of programmes of additional professional education, and the variable part falls to universities and other entities that are part of the regional segment of the education system. The article formulates further prospects for the development of the proposed structure of scientific and methodological support for teachers, introduction of new educational programmes and technologies, as well as research and analysis of the effectiveness of the applied practices. As a result of the practice implementation, the main vectors of regional policy development in the sphere of additional professional education of teachers and human resources potential of the Chuvash Republic are proposed.

  • Effective methods of teaching regional studies

    Abstract:
    This article provides a detailed analysis of the methods of project and problem-oriented learning. The methods presented by the authors of the article are considered to be the most effective in the process of training students of regional studies in accordance with the requirements of the competence approach of the federal state educational standards. The authors conducted an analytical review of theoretical ideas about regional studies. The article reveals the opposite points of view of domestic scientists on its understanding – these are the studies of V.V. Makarenko and V.A. Gorbanyov. The article presents the teaching methods that are the most effective for the formation of the necessary competencies in students within the framework of the realization of the requirements of the federal state educational standards. Such methods included: "Challenge Based Learning", "Pebble in the Pond", 4C/ID (4 components – 4 components and instructional design – pedagogical design), business game. The result of the study was the conclusion that the basis of regional studies is best reflected in the interdisciplinary approach, which combines both classical methods of training bachelors and masters and modern methods.

    The creation of a dynamically functioning innovation economy, maintaining its competitiveness in the conditions of geopolitical struggle, unprecedented sanctions pressure from the West are the priority tasks of modern Russia's development. One of the determining factors of an effectively operating innovation economy is the provision of highly sustainable development of regions, including such backbone structures as scientific and technological complexes. The author's interpretation of this aspect of the topic is proposed. The novelty in the continuation of its comprehension lies in the retrospective analysis of a long period, including the second half of XX – the first quarter of XXI centuries, and at the same time continuous in the context of the region's transition to an innovative type of development. The study of experience in creating a modern model of STC in the region is based on the theoretical and methodological units of the theory of regional development, and, above all, the concept of «points of growth» as its special section. It emphasizes the stimulation of «knowledge economy», development of innovation infrastructure, transfer of scientific achievements into production, maintenance of technological security, etc., as such points. The research methods traditional for retrospective regionalism as a branch of knowledge are used: interdisciplinary, periodization, retrospective and prospective analysis, problem-chronological.
