    Abstract:
    The preservation and strengthening of traditional values is the main vector of Russia's future development as a civilizational state. This paper examines the specifics of teaching the course, and reveals the experience of implementing the academic discipline «Fundamentals of Russian Statehood» in 2023–2025 academic years. The author focuses on the evolution of the interpretation of the term «values» and its understanding in modern social sciences and humanities. Attention is drawn to the importance of the education system in shaping the traditional values of Russian students. In this paper, methodological recommendations and discussion problems that emerged during the teaching of the training course are formulated. It is concluded that the key direction of the future development of Russia as a state-civilization is the organization of a system of targeted education and upbringing, especially among Russian students. Higher education as a social institution instills in the younger generation traditional values and ideals that are translated into professional activities and preserve the continuity of generations.

    The article presents an innovative author's approach to the concept of human capital, developed based on years of practical experience in executive coaching and personnel management. For the first time, two key meta-components of human capital—the value level and the team—are introduced into the scientific discourse and HR management practice. These components have traditionally been excluded from analysis in the assessment, development, and retention of an organization's human capital. Through practical case studies, the effectiveness of the author's method is demonstrated, as well as the critical role of the proposed meta-components in the successful integration of executives into the organizational environment

    This chapter examines in detail the value of «service to the Fatherland» and responsibility for its fate. The purpose of the chapter is to analyze the development of ideas about serving the Fatherland in the history of Russia and to identify their modern significance for the development of the Russian state through a comparative analysis of sources that reveal ideas about serving the Fatherland in the development of national culture. The chapter uses the results of publications by Russian and foreign authors, fiction and memoir literature. The linguistic analysis of the concepts associated with the term «ministries» is carried out on the basis of authoritative dictionaries of the Russian language and publications of famous linguists.

    The article presents the results of a study aimed at identifying the relationship between the level of development of critical thinking and the level of formation of an information security culture. The study was conducted among 250 students of the Volga branch of MADI using specialized questionnaires and tests. The data obtained can contribute to the development of more effective strategies to counter modern cyber threats, emphasizing the importance of critical thinking in strengthening the culture of information security.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of a longitudinal study comparing the dynamics of life values development in adolescents with mental retardation and normotypic peers. The study of the dominant values of normal adolescents and adolescents with mental retardation was carried out at the municipal autonomous educational institution secondary comprehensive school No. 157, Yekaterinburg, in the period from 2021 to 2023. The life values of adolescents were diagnosed using two methods: "Methodology for the Study of Value Orientations" (M. Rokeach), "Hierarchy of Life Values" (G.V. Rezapkina). The study showed that adolescents with mental retardation and normotypic peers have similar life values, but with some noticeable differences. These differences emphasize the importance of providing individual support to adolescents with mental retardation, which will contribute to their personal growth. The obtained data will also be of interest to teachers, parents and specialists who organize and implement correctional and developmental work, ensuring the well-being of adolescents with mental retardation. The study of the dynamics of the development of values of adolescents of the norm and mental retardation allowed us to conduct a comparative analysis and determine the trends in the formation of values in these categories of adolescents.

    The study reveals the specifics of teaching basic art disciplines in the junior courses of the undergraduate direction of the Design 54.03.01. Modern conditions are presented that form the sphere of professional activity of future designers. It reflects the importance of introducing students to moral, ethical and aesthetic values. Attention is focused on creating an artistic image as the fundamental principles of compositional tasks. The fundamental significance of the Propaedeutics discipline is revealed. Didactic teaching principles in the context of design education are outlined. The author's set of propaedeutics exercises is disclosed, which have increasing complexity, coordination of interdisciplinary ties and the development of the emotional sphere of students. The logic of interaction and continuity of disciplines can be traced. Features of training using computer tools and the use of neural networks in training are disclosed. The conditions for the further development of the designer in the professional field on the basis of fundamental knowledge are formulated.

They were formed in connection with the process of formation and strengthening of statehood. This led to the formation of Russia as a civilizational state. This quality captures the current state of Russian statehood, which, unlike a national state or a nation-state, accommodates an entire civilization that arose as a result of the unity of people who are different in their ethnic, confessional, cultural affiliation, but united on the basis of common spiritual and moral values.

    Upbringing is the basis of educational environment. During the modern information age upbringing as a social phenomenon stands as one of the essential sides of geopolitics, it forms the core of cultural and spiritual tradition and practice of education. Upbringing is as a rule the foundation for the creative attitude to the systems of life-affirmative values, yet it can become a tool for the reframing these systems into something else, sometimes absolutely alien to the spirit and nature of a human, his social and biological essence. Upbringing is much more than adaptive socialization; it is the social and cultural tool for keeping or rebuilding society and social relations. They feed up heroes, defenders, creators but the others feed up cowards, destroyers and parasites. Our world has entered the times of irreversible global changes with non-defined historical perspectives. Author of this book connects the problem schedule of modern education within the context of deep, truly revolution changes in human attitudes to the possibilities and spheres of adaptation of high technology to the high humanitarian strategies and ideas about human anthropology. He also connects these ideas and strategies with the geopolitical crisis of the modern world, global problems and global order where Russia has to not only self-define in the foremost 20-40 years, but also adopt leadership functions to elaborate a new spiritual vision of the moral world order. They should help to overdue its own symptoms and consequences of deep system social crisis and overcome such system threats of the inflicted insane world order, that is possible to lead humankind to the biological dead-ends of anthropogenesis, that is why it is necessary for the citizens to beat these tendencies back.     The article presents the results of a study of the peculiarities of the information security culture of students of technical universities. The relevance is due to the globalization of digital technologies penetrating into all spheres of human life, both socio-political, state, professional and personal, which clearly determines the need for the formation and development of an information security culture. This issue is especially relevant in relation to students of technical universities – future specialists in the engineering industry, since they will work with technical systems and information that may be subject to various threats in the field of information security. The effectiveness of programs for the formation and development of an information security culture is largely determined by the study of the features and specifics of the manifestation of its components (technical, cognitive, behavioral, and value-semantic). The study was carried out in the form of a ascertaining experiment using the author's diagnostic questionnaire "The level of information security culture". 781 students of the Volga branch of MADI took part in the study. Based on the highlighted structure of the information security culture, the study established the specific features of the formation of its components among students of a technical university, namely, the results of the study revealed insufficient fixation in the minds of students of a technical university of the values of information security culture, a low level of patterns of safe behavior, with the general development of technical literacy in the digital space.

    The article considers the method for overseeing the organization's worth based on the equilibrium of the growth equation which was introduced by K. Walsh. It describes the theoretical foundations basing on K. Walsh’s book «Key management indicators», gives the comprehensive outlook on internal and external environment of PJSC «Rostelekom», which in turn will be used as an example for calculating balanced growth equation and giving the essential conclusions based on it. The used methods of research are: analysis, classification, measurement, description, comparison. The article provides the results of calculation of balanced growth equation, its interpretation and suggestions on management of company’s value.
