    Abstract:
    The relevance of studying the Russian language as a mother tongue for the formation of national identity, spiritual and moral values, and communication and speech skills in younger schoolchildren is reviewed in the article. The purpose of the article is to identify ways to overcome the problems of a substantive and methodical nature in teaching of the new subject “Native Russian Language” by primary school teachers. Methods. Methods of analyzing the content of the basic course of the Russian language, a generalization of pedagogical practice and research activities of the Primary Education Department of SBEI of SVE “Nizhny Novgorod Institute of the Education Development” on the problem of the formation of communication and speech skills in primary schoolchildren and the development of communicative competence of a teacher, allowed identifying priority tasks, substantive blocks, practice-oriented and regional orientation of the program of the subject. Results. As a result of the study, the feasibility of the national and cultural and regional nature of the content and effective technological methods are highlighted. It is concluded that taking into account the specifics of the program, correctly selected by teachers relevant and appropriate content of educational material that meet the needs of younger schoolchildren, as well as effective teaching methods and tasks, contributes to solving problems, awareness of the national identity of the Russian language, cultural traditions and spiritual values of their people by students, and preserving the linguistic diversity of our country.

    Abstract:
    The article reveals some features of the innovative specialization «Ethnophonics». The purpose of the article is to actualize its significance for education and culture in Belarus. Based on the methods of generalizing pedagogical experience, the scientific and methodological activity of the Department of Ethnology and Folklore of the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts in teaching students authentic folklore was studied and generalized. The research results revealed the actual content of students' professional training and determined the priority pedagogical task – the development of the spiritual values of traditional culture. Conclusion: it is necessary to teach students authentic sound through the disclosure of the semantics of traditional rites and their practical reconstruction.

    The aspects of the main segments activity of the Kazakhstan financial security system, its criteria and indicators, the problems of the financial system stability of the country, real and potential threats to its security are considered in the article of the monograph. Special attention is paid to key priority orientations of the policy that ensure the financial security of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Based on the analysis of the security criteria of the budget system, the monetary system, the banking sector, foreign economic activity, positive and negative factors and their impact on the financial system security of the country were identified.

    Abstract: the article discusses the need for the introduction of financial planning as the main management tool in a competitive and unstable environment. Several definitions of the term "budgeting" from different points of view are given. The goals and functions through which the economic content of budgeting is revealed are considered. The current budgeting model, its advantages and disadvantages are also described. The key problems of traditional budgeting are identified, new tools and methods for its replacement are proposed. Each proposed method, its features and principles are described in more detail. In conclusion, the article describes the positive impact of new budgeting tools as a method of financial planning.

    This article focuses on the students' value orientations, modernized in the context of globalization; the necessity of a conscious approach development to the values of society, to their choice and the conscious expression of a subjective attitude towards them is noted. Purpose of the article is to receive the information about the students' value orientations as well as develop methods of values awareness and master them. Applied methods: modeling, reflection method, estimated categorization, interiorization. Results of the research: the students' value orientations were clarified, methods of their conscious choice were proposed, the attention was focused on values for the students' spiritual development. Conclusion: for the conscious choice of values and the manifestation of a positive or negative attitude towards them, one should have an idea of their structure.

    In present article valuable components of social potential are considered.     Under the organization's obligations to employees traditionally understand the arrears in wages and dividends, which is classified as short-term. However, the development of the financial market, the search for incentives for human capital, causes the emergence of additional types of rewards, leading to the formation of long-term pension and option obligations.
