    The capitalization of a company and its valuation are one of the most important factors for the successful implementation of various sustainable development strategies. The choice of methods and models for assessing the value of a company, as well as the indicators used in them, is an urgent problem in the modern domestic and global economy. Due to the fact that valuation is an integral tool in a market economy, there is an increasing need for a correct and objective assessment of the value of companies and business as a whole. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to analyze modern methods of assessing the value of the company and multipliers for assessing capitalization, as well as to provide this information to managers of Russian companies in order to choose effective strategies for sustainable development.

    The development of the electronic economy, due to the widespread use of information and communication technologies, and the emergence of new specific types of virtual business operating on the Internet, require a revision of the theoretical and methodological concepts traditionally used in the analysis and evaluation of a typical business. Therefore, the study of a virtual business as an object of valuation is quite relevant, since it has special value factors and risks associated with the specifics of this business. Particular attention is paid to such a representative of a virtual business as advertising exchange, since it is important to take into account the specific factors and risks of this type of electronic commerce when conducting a valuation, which is a promising goal of the author in his further research.

    Abstract:
    The paper considers the main directions of multiculturalism policy in the modern multicultural space. The purpose of the article is to reveal the specifics and main characteristics of the conditions and principles of living and adaptation of migrants and refugees; to characterize the basic principles, value-semantic attitudes that harmonize ethno-cultural contacts in the modern multicultural space. On the basis of the comparative method, the main positions of the state policy of multiculturalism in the field of education, culture, social security, mass media, etc. are presented., as well as the main priority areas for more effective implementation of this policy in modern conditions related to the migration crisis around the world. The conclusions are drawn based on the analysis of the material of the carrying out and implementation of the multiculturalism policy, that demonstrate the correctness of the placement of priorities in the multiculturalism policy, contributing to the formation of a tolerant attitude of representatives of the titular ethnos to ethno-cultural groups, as well as the prevention of interethnic and inter-national conflicts, namely: the granting of rights and the adoption of laws that guarantee civil equality of ethno-cultural groups; taking into account the value-semantic attitudes of ethno-cultural groups in the context of social, economic, informational and educational policy; monitoring issues of intergroup interactions by special state and public organizations and associations in the territory of the host country; implementation of socio-cultural, political and legal support for ethno-cultural groups; coordination of local community organizations of ethno-cultural groups that provide the necessary assistance in adaptation; implementation of projects and programs focused on conflict prevention.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is a theoretical understanding of the problem of the formation of professional and value orientations of future psychologists of professional activity at the stage of university training. Probably, these factors themselves can be considered «the same» for all universities, however, the goals and objectives of training specialists, the content of educational programs in «departmental» and «civil» universities will differ, setting the «vector» of personal and professional formation of students. Methods – theoretical analysis and generalization of approaches to the consideration of this problem. It is shown that professional value orientations are understood in modern psychological literature as an integrative personal structure that determines the professional consciousness of a specialist, characterizes his attitude to the profession, reflects the content side of the personality's orientation to the values of professional activity, including in the aspect of the value of education and profession. The cognitive, emotional and behavioral components are distinguished in the structure of the PCE, while the content features of the PCE of the future psychologist of professional activity can be revealed through the study of professional attitudes, professional motives and professional values. The main functions of the PCE are semantic, evaluative-regulatory and socially-oriented. As a result of the study the model for studying and forming professional value orientations of future psychologists of professional activity, which can be used as the basis for both empirical research and recommendations for the formation and correction of professional value orientations of future psychologists of professional activity in different training conditions has been developed.

    The purpose of the article is to present the practical experience of educational organizations of the Chuvash Republic in bringing the basic educational programs into compliance with the requirements of the Law on Education No. 273-FZ (as amended on July 31, 2020), in particular, on the development and implementation of the work program of education and the calendar plan of educational work as an integral part of the basic educational program to the pedagogical community; to describe the mechanism of organizational and managerial, informational, methodological support of educational activities of educational organizations of the Chuvash Republic. Methods. The study of the dynamics of the readiness of educational organizations of the Chuvash Republic to implement work programs of education was carried out using a comparative comprehensive analysis based on the results of monitoring studies, the compilation of ratings of educational organizations, discussions. Results. The need for organizational, managerial, informational, methodological support of the activities of educational organizations for the development of work programs of education and calendar plans of educational work led to the development of a republican model of methodological support of educational activities. Local activities, as well as the distributed responsibility of the subjects of the republican education system, including methodological support systems, for the preparation of teaching teams for the development and implementation of work programs of education and calendar plans of educational work, provided quantitative and qualitative indicators of the readiness of the regional education system to implement educational activities in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Education No. 273-FZ (as amended on July 31, 2020). Conclusion. The conducted research revealed the existence of an appropriate level of quantitative and qualitative indicators of the readiness of the education system of the Chuvash Republic to implement educational tasks and determined the further direction of its development - methodological support of educational activities of educational organizations, ensuring the quality of this area of work.

    The actual problem of our time at the enterprises of the Kuzbass coal industry is the moment of ensuring the psychological security of the employee's personality. Psychological security is a fairly broad concept that includes many components and is exposed to various factors [2]. The aim of the study is to consider the importance of self-regulation of the individual as a condition for ensuring the safety of the subject of professional activity. The following methods and techniques were used in the study: The method "Style of self-regulation of behavior" by V. I. Morosanova; Test "Meaning-life orientations" by D. A.     The article deals with the issues of constitutional and legal regulation of the family institution, which ensures the continuity of generations, natural repro-duction and harmonious transformation of social experience, historical and cultural traditions in modern conditions. The author emphasizes the special role of constitutional guarantees of support for family values with their determining influence on the formation of a fully developed humanistic personality, harmonious spiritual, moral, intellectual and physical development of the child. The article defines the special significance of the constitutional norms established as a result of changes approved at the all-Russian vote on July 1, 2020 on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation for strengthening the institution of marriage and family relations and raising the status of the family as the basis of society.     Abstract:
    The article presents the generalized results of a comparative empirical study of the manifestation of desires and ideals in the structure of the value sphere of the personality of younger school choldren in secular (n=218) and orthodox (n=212) schools. The orientation of meeting the needs of younger schoolchildren and its classification is shown. The analysis of the identified ideals and role models of modern younger schoolchildren is compared with the results of a study of the ideals of children in Germany and America conducted in the early twentieth century. General and specific results of comparative analysis of empirical data are presented. The author proves the need to develop and implement in the practice of spiritual and moral education programs of psychological and pedagogical support for the development of the structure of the value sphere of the personality of younger schoolchildren in cooperation with the school, family and Church. At the same time, the methodological significance of the anthropological principle of education with its religious-philosophical, psychological and pedagogical aspects is emphasized.

The principles of methodology, that reflect elements of conceptology, hermeneutics and general philology are used in the study. It is concluded that the Chuvash language (more broadly, the Chuvash culture) is an integral part of the ancient Turkic world, therefore research in this direction expands the framework of understanding the philosophy, history, theology and everyday life of the Chuvash people.
