- Abstract:
- This chapter attempts to philosophically and ethically understand modern technologies that are rapidly transforming the education system in the digital age. The educational approach is not only a complex of instrumental methods for transferring knowledge, but also a space for the formation of values, meanings and the personality of the student. Analyzes the philosophical foundations of the concepts of «education» and «technology», as well as the ethical challenges that arise in the process of developing digital platforms, artificial intelligence and distance learning. Particular attention is paid to issues of international justice, confidentiality, alienation, as well as preserving the humanistic potential of education in a technologized environment. In conclusion, proposals are put forward for the ethical and philosophical support of educational practices and an emphasis is placed on the need to humanize digital technologies.

- Abstract:
- The study focuses on adapting successful metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of corporate coaching used in the United States to the countries of the CIS, taking into account cultural differences (Golvy, 2019; Whitmore, 2020). The novelty lies in identifying and adapting metrics that consider the specifics of cultural codes and social identity in CIS countries (Hofstede, Hofstede, Minkov, 2019; Trompenaars, Hampden-Turner, 2020). Metrics are viewed as tools for assessment and methods to deepen client work, enhance awareness of the process, improve its measurability, and foster professional growth for coaches (Tajfel, 1979; Burns, 1978). The study examines international experience in measuring coaching effectiveness, with a particular emphasis on adapting American approaches to the corporate environment using online platforms, as well as analyzing results (Bass, 1985; Seligman, 2011).

- The article is devoted to the analysis of the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in chemistry lessons at school. The theoretical foundations, forms and methods of ICT implementation are considered: virtual laboratories, interactive tables, multimedia presentations, electronic textbooks and online platforms. Special attention is paid to the impact of ICT on the educational process: increasing student motivation, deepening understanding of complex topics, developing independent work and solving emerging problems. Practical recommendations on the choice of tools, teacher training and support from the school administration are provided.

- The chapter examines the main aspects of the integration of digital technologies into the educational process and their impact on the personal development of students. In the era of rapidly developing technologies, educational institutions face challenges and opportunities related to digitalization. The research focuses on technologies such as virtual and augmented reality, interactive platforms and mobile applications that are changing traditional approaches to learning. Both the positive and negative sides of their use are analyzed, including increasing motivation and student engagement, developing critical thinking and self-organization skills. Particular attention is paid to the risks associated with the deterioration of social interaction and the physical consequences of prolonged use of gadgets. In conclusion, recommendations are offered on the optimal implementation of digital technologies in the educational process to maximize the personal potential of students.
