    Abstract:
    Использование цифровых технологий, которые значительное время решали стоящие перед системой образования задачи, не всегда успешно справляются с требованиями высшего медицинского образования. Применяя дистанционные образовательные технологии, мы используем информационные и телекоммуникационные ресурсы при взаимодействии обучающегося и преподавателя. При этом происходит снижение социальных рисков и успешное противостояние негативным тенденциям современного мира. Прогрессивной тенденцией дистанционного обучения является существенное расширение границ традиционной образовательной работы: использование программного обеспечения и методик визуализации биологических объектов. Но есть и значительные недостатки при этом методе обучения: отсутствие наглядности биологических объектов изучения, навыков самостоятельного обучения без живого общения обучающихся и преподавателя. Это аспекты, которые могут привести к потери интереса к предмету обучения и, что самое главное, к будущей специальности.

    The present article examines the strategy of interaction of the state and small business as a factor of innovative development – which is a very topical issue, since small innovative businesses are enterprises that are on the balance of industrial property applied objects (patents, utility models, industrial designs), as well as those that systematize and protect intellectual property from commercial secrets. At the same time, the innovation activity of small business, according to the authors, is not a custom-made industry, as a rule, this industry requires more development than funding. In this connection, for the formation of innovative forms and the implementation of their activities, commercialization, expansion of strategic management, and the accession of subjects of state innovation institutions, it is necessary to create an adaptive environment for the development of small business.

    Instruments for developing super-professional skills, such as entrepreneurial activity, creativity, teamwork, communication skills, are especially necessary for graduates whose professions are at risk of a decrease in employment opportunities in a changing labor market due to a pandemic. The problem is especially acute for graduates of areas related to services, tourism, catering and others. The paper presents the Lobachevsky University experience in the implementation of mass education competition of projects with use online platform i-generation. Such tools are important for gifted students, which motivation depends on the recognition and validation of their high results, from professional and behavioral content that help identify giftedness.

Today, e-learning is quite different and is widely used in both academic and corporate environments. It is described as one of the educational challenges of the modern age and is argued with the progress of information technology.     The article is devoted to a particularly important problem for higher education: the possible risks in the interaction between the university lecturer and the students in the conditions of the pandemic caused by COVID-19. Views of various university professors on the problem are presented. Special attention is paid to several possible risks in the interaction between university lecturer and students: disruption of normal human communication; the state of modern technology – the Internet and the computer; the readiness of the two subjects – the university lecturer and the students to communicate optimally in the Internet space, realizing the two main forms of education: online learning and distance learning; the identification of the two forms of organization of the interaction between the university lecturer and the student in the conditions of a pandemic – online learning and distance learning; the overcrowding of the university lecturer when using online learning or distance learning, which has a negative impact on his health.
