Авторами отмечается, что при исследовании развития «неонатицида» в России рассматривается отсутствие детализации важных элементов его состава, медицинских критериев определения вменяемости женщин в послеродовый период при совершении ими противоправных действий, подпадающих под понятие «неонатицид». Сделан вывод о недостаточности знаний о таком виде преступления, как «неонатицид», об отсутствии медицинских и правовых критериев в особенностях совершения женщинами «неонатицида».

В статье представлен практический опыт функционирования медиацентра, в котором идет сотрудничество детей и взрослых, воспитанников и родителей. Приведен перечень необходимых программ для создания качественного контента. В результате работы старшие дошкольники, погрузившись в неизведанный мир телевидения, радио, мультипликации с его внутренним содержанием, познакомившись с малоизвестными и привлекательными для них профессиями: журналист, фотограф, редактор, диктор, оператор, а также с их орудиями труда, приобрели навык – ясно, четко, понятно изъясняться; преодолели робость, стеснительность, повысили самооценку, раскрыли свой творческий потенциал.

    Abstract:
    The chapter deals with the problem of developing didactic materials using digital technologies in the context of medical education. The key aspects of using digital tools to create training resources aimed at improving the quality of training specialists in the field of medicine are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the experience of introducing digital didactic materials into the educational process of natural science disciplines. Examples and a brief description of didactic materials developed using digital technologies are considered. The advantages of using digital technologies are discussed, which consist in the adaptation of teachers and students to modern educational technologies, the effectiveness of the organization of the educational process, the individualization of learning and the formation of practical skills among students. The issues of methodological support for teachers necessary for the effective use of digital didactic materials are discussed, and the impact of digitalization on traditional forms of education is discussed. The results of research demonstrating the effectiveness of the introduction of digital technologies in medical education are presented. The positive influence of digital tools on the formation of clinical thinking and research skills among medical students was noted.

    Abstract:
    This scientific research is devoted to the development of an innovative technology for the formation of adequate professional self-esteem among students of secondary vocational educational institutions (SPE) as a fundamental factor of successful professional socialization and career growth. The study is relevant in the context of the implementation of the federal project «Professionalism», aimed at the close integration of education and the real sector of the economy, which places increased demands on the level of training of specialists. The main hypothesis of the study is that the targeted impact on the formation of professional self-esteem of students at the early stages of their studies in vocational education and training significantly increases their adaptation to future professional activities and contributes to a more informed choice of a career path. The research analyzed the existing scientific approaches to the formation of professional self-esteem, as well as the concept of professional identity. The analysis revealed key factors that have a significant impact on the formation and functioning of professional self-esteem: parenting style in the family, previous professional experience (if any), the level of support from teachers and peers, success in educational activities, the presence of clear professional goals and plans. In addition, the influence of the student's personal qualities, such as self-motivation, stress tolerance, sociability and critical thinking, was determined.

Несмотря на то, что традиционные учебники остаются наиболее распространённым способом освоения иностранных языков, XXI век открывает перед нами новые горизонты с помощью мультимедийных инструментов. Средства не только способствуют обучению английскому языку через разнообразные виды заданий, но и развивают навыки критического мышления, расширяя возможности учащихся. Проведённые исследования учебных мультимедийных материалов подтвердили их эффективность и убедительность в контексте современных уроков. Мультимедиа становится неотъемлемой частью образовательного процесса, обогащая его и превращая изучение языка в увлекательное и продуктивное занятие.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is a historical analysis of the formation and development of Russian legislation governing the provision of medical services. The main regulatory legal acts regulating the healthcare sector throughout its history, from the time of Kievan Rus to the present, are presented. During the study, three key periods of development of legislation in the field of medicine were identified: pre-revolutionary, Soviet and post-Soviet. An analysis of sources and modern publications showed that this problem has worried the rulers of the Russian state since ancient times and has not lost its relevance in our time. For a long time, medical activity existed in isolation from law. Over time, society and the state as a whole began to understand the seriousness of the adverse consequences of medical activity. In conclusion, the authors conclude that with the development of law in the modern world, there is every reason to recognize the existence of medical law and create a single set of laws that will regulate relations between medical organizations, their employees and patients.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the study of some economic (financial) aspects related to continuous medical education (CME). This topic is currently very relevant, due to the fact that currently in our country there are a number of consistent changes in the health care system aimed at optimizing and modernizing the above-mentioned system. The purpose of the work was to study some aspects, mainly affecting the financial sphere of CME. The objects of the study were 150 people, practicing doctors of various city hospitals, divided into 3 groups of 50 people, depending on the number of certificates they have (1, 2, 3 and more). The study is based on a questionnaire specially developed by the authors, including a number of questions about various aspects of CME. In particular, the following were studied: the experience of undergoing advanced training «according to the old» and «according to the new» rules; various aspects of satisfaction with the above systems were assessed; further, all subjects were asked to highlight five, in their opinion, the most important positive and negative aspects of CME, etc. At the same time, one of the most interesting parts of the presented study was the «financial» analysis of training in the CME system, taking into account the cost and aspects of payment for training for doctors of various groups – with one or several certificates. The data obtained allow us to take a new look at some aspects of the CME and determine the vectors of studying this topic, and also allows us to draw the attention of the medical community to a number of financial aspects of extending certificates. All of the above may have a positive effect on the CME system in the future.

    Digital technologies make it possible to automate the processes of disinformation and information warfare, launch fakes promptly and on a large scale, organize information interventions to shift public attention from one information agenda to another, to conduct information and psychological operations, and to have a certain impact on the consciousness and behavior of target groups. Fakes circulate not only in pop media and propaganda channels, but also penetrate into journalism, educational content, and scientific discourse, not only as a subject of scientific research, but also as a result of falsification; the phenomenon of fake journalism and journalism that ignores the high standards and principles of the profession has emerged. In the dense flow of rapidly updating information, attentive perception is difficult, it is difficult to distinguish between truth and falsification, and to obtain reliable information about events; Society is under unprecedented pressure from digital media disinformation, undermining trust in social institutions and social communication channels. These circumstances actualize the issues of improving the methodology and tools for verifying information and recognizing fake content in online media. The purpose of the study is to analyze the signs of fake media content and improve methods of countering disinformation in the media space. Results: the goals and motives of fake creators and distributors, signs and technologies of digital content falsification are investigated, approaches to combating fakes and falsification of information in online media are analyzed, the effectiveness of various technologies for detecting fake content and countering its influence is assessed. The concept of a comprehensive system for countering fakes in the digital space is outlined. One of the conclusions of the study is that countering the influence of fake online media content is not limited to technical and regulatory solutions, since the mechanisms of this influence are socio-psychological; cognitive sciences can provide a methodology for effectively countering deception and manipulation. The study is aimed at media security specialists.

Анализируются сложности, возникающие при разрешении конфликтов в семьях с тремя и более детьми (разновозрастность, конкуренция за родительское внимание, неравномерное распределение обязанностей и высокий уровень эмоционального напряжения). В статье описываются адаптированные для работы с многодетными семьями методы медиации, включающие работу с различными возрастными группами, учет индивидуальных потребностей каждого ребенка и создание долгосрочных стратегий для предотвращения будущих конфликтов. Особое внимание уделяется роли медиатора в установлении доверительной атмосферы, развитии эффективной коммуникации и поиске компромиссных решений, удовлетворяющих интересы всех членов семьи. Автор предлагает практические рекомендации по подготовке к медиации, выбору подходящих методов и организации последующей поддержки семьи.

    Медицинская терминология служит неисчерпаемым источником различных метафор, ассоциаций, аллюзий, поэтому в данном исследовании сделана попытка выделить в профессиональной лексике термины, содержащие прямую ассоциацию или намек на античные апотропеи. Анализ исследуемых терминов дает возможность рассмотреть семантическое поле лексем и понять сохранилось ли апотропеическое (защитное) значение термина в наши дни. Также анализ апотропеических метафор помогает понять функцию и роль органа или медицинского объекта, содержащих рассматриваемый защитный символ. Данная работа может быть интересна и полезна для студентов медицинского вуза, интересующихся историей профессиональной терминологии, желающих принять участие в работе студенческого научного кружка и повысить уровень своей гуманитарной культуры.

    В современном сообществе увеличивается общественное расслоение людей и семей, меняется система нравственных ценностей и ориентиров обучающихся, рынок заменяет ее потребительскими ценностями, деградирует культура. Семья есть важнейший общественный институт, принимающий участие в образовании системы отношений детей и подростков, влияющих на формирование личности и благополучие детей, претерпевает колоссальные изменения. Процветает культ насилия, агрессивность, конфликтность, отсутствие чуткости, сострадания, глубинные деформации человеческого общения (например, социальные сети) и многое другое оказывают крайне негативное влияние, прежде всего на детей. Вся эта обстановка говорит о необходимости профилактики предотвращения конфликтов во внутришкольной среде. Для предотвращения негативизма и конфликтности в образовательной среде необходимо применение медиации. В школах работой по разрешению и урегулированию конфликтов занимается школьная служба медиации, которая показывает свою эффективность и актуальность.

    В работе представлена оценка приверженности студентов Башкирского государственного медицинского университета (БГМУ) и Российского национального исследовательского медицинского университета имени Н.И. Пирогова (РНИМУ) к ДО на основе социологического опроса обучающихся. Целью исследований явилось изучение мнений студентов медицинских вузов по различным аспектам дистанционного образования (ДО). Выявлены основные достоинства, недостатки методов ДО. Показаны основные трудности дистанционного обучения и направления развития.
