- Abstract:
- The strategic resource of the state-civilization should be tightly coupled with the main functions of the state, primarily with its security, which directly depends on the life support system of its citizens. To do this, it is necessary that the assessment of the effectiveness of the raw materials and industrial sectors of the economy, as well as government actions to reform them, be carried out mainly on the contribution of these sectors to the development of the health and education of the nation, to an active demographic policy, to comprehensive support for the younger generation, to the development of national entrepreneurship, and the preservation of the potential of the natural environment. It is in these areas that the lion's share of rental income and income from the economic exploitation of state property should be directed.

The main mechanisms of ecosystems
Book ChapterPrinciples of building a new ecosystem: Economic, legal and social aspects- Author:
- Olga A. Ushakova
- Work direction:
- Глава 7
- Abstract:
- The chapter of the monograph is devoted to economic mechanisms that influence digital ecosystems. Modern ecosystems and mechanisms for justifying their development, content, and the benefits they bring to the country's economy have been studied very little from an economic point of view. Modern digital ecosystems describe dynamic and constantly evolving communities (companies, corporations, enterprises, organizations, etc.) that create new value through convergence, cooperation, and competition. At the same time, new value appears as a multiplier effect from the symbiosis of technological innovations, digital IT technologies, and legislation (which acts as both a regulatory mechanism and an influencing factor).

The Quality of Life of the Population as the Main Indicator of the Socio-Economic Process at the Regional Level
Book ChapterDevelopment of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects- Authors:
- Vladimir N. Kruglov, Dmitrii V. Tiutin
- Work direction:
- Глава 6
- Abstract:
- The chapter examines such a fragment of socio-economic relations of the meso-level as the distribution and redistribution of income of the population depending on the fields of activity, economic situation in general, average wages of the territory and much more. The indicators of nominal and real incomes of people, their structural composition, and the impact on the growth of quality of life are taken into account. By interpreting the statistical material accumulated by the Kaluga Region over the past fifteen years in this direction, a search is underway for a more effective model (its contour) of socio-economic management at the regional level. The designated range of priority problems also includes the issue of the fight against poverty, reducing the number of people below the subsistence level. The graphic schemes created by the researchers help to decode the submitted text sufficiently and intelligibly. Intermediate conclusions, in turn, (linked to separate graphs) make it possible to polemize already in the course of reading the developments made. The increment of scientific knowledge is seen in the great generalizing power of the analysis made, which can be useful to almost any meso-level system in terms of improving the motivational policy of the real sector of the economy.

The Use of a Hand Wrestler in the Tactical Achievement of Success in a Duel over an Opponent
Book ChapterPedagogy and Psychology of Modern Education- Author:
- Akhmedzhan I. Rakhmatov
- Work direction:
- Глава 11
- Abstract:
- This article discusses the importance of the formation of interrelationship in solving tactical tasks using success mechanisms in the process of forming tactical thinking for the application of fighting techniques in duels. It is well known that in the theory of armwrestling, it is customary to single out tactics for achieving success, in which patterns of contact interaction with an opponent in a duel are accumulated, allowing purposefully changing and controlling competitive actions to achieve victory. The purpose of the study is to identify, influence, education of psychological qualities of hand wrestlers on the results of competitions with the use of sports equipment. The results of the study are an indicator of the development of tactical thinking by athletes at competitions. Conclusions. The allocation of tactical skills, success mechanisms and tactical tasks in tactical thinking allows you to concretize the tactical thinking of a hand wrestler. Applying tactical skills, a handyman can apply techniques of technical actions intentionally and at the same time not being late, but even ahead of the opponent. Thus, the means and methods used in the training process to develop tactical thinking at the initial stage of preparation had a positive effect on performances. Biomechanical mechanisms of success are, first of all: 1) deliberate or reciprocal movements of the wrestler, which the opponent uses to his advantage; 2) the relative positions of the wrestler (body, arms, legs) in grapples, stands, etc. – which gives spatial advantages when conducting wrestling techniques; 3) inertial characteristics of movement, which set an irreversible character when performing actions and while the athlete can change them, he will already lose the confrontation. They also include mechanisms for the use of distance, tempo, rhythmic and other characteristics of biomechanical interaction of wrestlers. Psychophysiological mechanisms of success are based on the use of psychomotor, coordination and emotional reactions of the opponent, and also include hidden and open influence on his mental mechanisms of orientation and movement control.

The sociometric structure of a small social group is the result of its development and has a significant impact both on the functioning of the group itself and on the socio-psychological development of its members. On the one hand, personality traits along with other factors of psychical development and socialization contribute to or hinder the acquisition of favorable sociometric statuses. On the other hand, the possession of a certain sociometric status has an impact on the development of socio-psychological characteristics of the individual. Children with unpopular statuses are situated at the zone risk. The aim of the work was to study the socio-psychological characteristics of children with unpopular sociometric statuses. The study was conducted in preschool educational institutions of Petrozavodsk, Prionezhsky and Medvezhyegorsky districts of the Republic of Karelia. We used some methods to test the hypothesis. These are the «Secret» method, «Observation of children's communication», the Rosenzweig test, the «Monitoring aggressive behavior of children» method. The results of the study. The study found that neglected and ignored children have got by aggression and anxiety; demonstration of aggression and anxiety in children with unpopular sociometric statuses are determined by the strength of the need for communication (initiative). These qualities are inherent in children who have a high need for communication. In rejected and isolated children with low need for communication, these qualities are not expressed. Anxiety differs in situations of interaction with peers or adults. The results of the study determine new tasks and the direction of correctional and developmental work with unpopular children.
