    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются современные технологии в образовании с позиции учителя технологии. Актуальность обусловлена вызовами, стоящими перед технологическим образованием: необходимостью интеграции традиционных материальных технологий с инновационными – аддитивным производством, робототехникой, автоматизированным проектированием и цифровизацией экономики [5]. На основе анализа научных публикаций и статистических данных 2024–2026 гг. обобщены структурные компоненты цифровой образовательной среды, проведён сравнительный анализ эффективности традиционных, проектных и смешанных технологий обучения, представлена динамика внедрения электронного и дистанционного обучения в российских школах. Особое внимание уделено практическим аспектам применения VR, 3D-моделирования и робототехники на уроках труда (технологии), а также проблеме развития цифровых компетенций педагогов.

    В публикации исследуется влияние предметно-практического творчества на социальную адаптацию учащихся. Рассматривается потенциал внедрения методов «вытынанки» и «паперкрафта» в воспитательную систему образовательного учреждения. Акцент сделан на реализации социально ориентированных инициатив, в частности акции «Окна Победы», как инструменте становления гражданской идентичности через прикладной труд. На базе практического опыта преподавателя технологии демонстрируется эффективность симбиоза традиционных ремесел и цифровых технологий для развития инженерных навыков и социальной ответственности школьников.

Проводится анализ следующих аспектов: внесение изменений в национальные цели развития до 2030 и 2036 годов, переход к клиентоцентричной модели государства, масштаб нововведенных национальных проектов, цифровизация, кадровое обеспечение в проектной деятельности его влияние. Делается вывод о необходимости единого стандарта методологического сопровождения проектной деятельности на всех уровнях его использования.

    В статье рассматривается понятие государственно-частного партнёрства (ГЧП) как институционального механизма долгосрочного взаимодействия государства и частного сектора, основанного на объединении ресурсов, распределении рисков и взаимной ответственности. Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью поиска внебюджетных источников финансирования инфраструктурных и социально значимых проектов в условиях экономической нестабильности. Целью работы является уточнение содержания категории ГЧП и выявление перспектив его развития в отечественной экономике с учётом макроэкономических ограничений. Методологическую основу составляют институциональный, системный и сравнительный подходы, а также анализ нормативно-правовой базы и практики реализации концессионных соглашений.

    В статье рассматривается проблема реализации метода проектов в литературном образовании обучающихся 3–6 классов на этапе перехода от начальной школы к основному общему образованию. В работе применялись методы анализа педагогической и методической литературы, обобщения педагогического опыта, систематизации и моделирования. Раскрыта сущность проектного метода в контексте требований ФГОС, предложена типология учебных проектов по литературе для 3–6 классов с учётом возрастных особенностей, описаны этапы проектной деятельности и педагогические условия её эффективной реализации. Основными выводами являются положения о том, что метод проектов обеспечивает непрерывность литературного развития ребёнка, превращая чтение из репродуктивного процесса в творческую и аналитическую деятельность. Показаны примеры реализации проектной деятельности, направленной на преодоление разрыва между начальным и основным образованием.

На примере двух конкретных исследований демонстрируется практическая реализация метода проектов, который развивает у студентов самостоятельность, критическое мышление, практические навыки, экологическую грамотность. Теоретическая значимость исследования заключается в разработке подходов к экологическому просвещению молодёжи. Практическая значимость состоит в формировании у студентов навыков применения химических знаний для решения реальных жизненных задач, что способствует их конкурентоспособности на рынке труда и воспитанию бережного отношения к природе.

Методика проектов в рамках духовно-нравственного воспитания позволяет гармонично объединить образовательные и воспитательные задачи, что способствует успешному решению заявленной в статье проблемы.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines priority directions for the development of the Russian economy under conditions of deep structural transformation caused by sanctions pressure, fragmentation of global markets, and technological restrictions. The methodological basis of the study is formed by systemic and institutional approaches, which allow economic policy to be considered as an integral system of interrelated decisions; the empirical basis includes official strategic planning documents, data from federal executive bodies, and analytical materials from expert organizations. Central attention is paid to technological sovereignty as a system-forming priority, mechanisms for financing national technological leadership projects, spatial development and the formation of the country's supporting framework, as well as human capital development and labour productivity growth. The dynamics of non-resource non-energy exports, investment activity, digitalization of financial infrastructure, including the launch of the digital ruble, and the results of the federal project «Labor Productivity» are analyzed. Conclusions are formulated regarding the systemic nature of economic policy and the persistence of structural imbalances in exports and the investment sphere. Promising directions for further research related to assessing the effectiveness of implemented measures under conditions of continuing external uncertainty are also outlined.

    The study examines the current conditions for the development of industrial ecosystems within the context of the economy's digital transformation. The research is driven by the pervasive trend toward digitalization in the Russian Federation, which spans a wide range of industrial and economic sectors. The aim of the study is to identify trends in the development of industrial ecosystems and to develop a formalized model for selecting an optimal development strategy, taking into account available resources. The theoretical and methodological framework of the study relies on both empirical methods (expert assessments, analysis of industrial experience) and theoretical methods (systems analysis, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, and decision-making). The chapter describes the tools that enable the functioning of digital industrial ecosystems and presents examples of their successful implementation. Based on an analysis of publications by Russian scholars, the study formulates principles, outlines development strategies, and proposes a formalized model for selecting an optimal development strategy for an industrial ecosystem, considering available resources.

    The innovative renewal of the real sector of domestic production implies high positive rates of dynamic development and increased competitiveness both in the Russian Federation and abroad, which speaks not only to its necessity, but also to its lack of alternatives. At the same time, innovative management has recently significantly improved the existing tools and models at its disposal. This means that there is a need for additional research in this area. In the chapter, on the example of LIR LLC, the parameters of the development of one of the component enterprises of the automotive industry are given. Taking into account the market conditions, ways of improving process support in various (alternative) directions are proposed. Models of mathematical calculations help to choose and offer the most effective innovative solutions for further implementation in everyday activities.

    The chapter examines the history of lotteries as a mechanism for the random distribution of assets and a fundraising tool, as well as their role in financing socially significant projects. The evolution of lotteries is traced from the first European draws of the 15th century in Burgundy, Flanders, and Italy to the national lotteries of the modern era. The contradictory reputation of lotteries is demonstrated: from Adam Smith's “tax on ignorance” to Thomas Jefferson's “voluntary tax.” Using the example of the United States, the article reveals the use of lotteries to finance cities, roads, schools, and militia, as well as the struggle of reformers for their prohibition in the 19th century. Special attention is devoted to the Soviet experience: the prohibition of lotteries after the revolution, their return during the famine of 1921, and the activities of the “Avtodor” and “Osoaviakhim” societies. The financial parameters of the draws and the role of lotteries in popularizing motorization and strengthening defense capacity are shown. Contemporary trends are analyzed: the normalization of lotteries, their connection with charity, the concentration of gambling among the poorest strata, and the dependence of service financing on ticket sales. A conclusion is drawn about maintaining a balance of financial, public, and state interests. The material is addressed to researchers of economic history, sociologists, and specialists in the field of fundraising.

Проводится теоретико-методологический анализ концепции «предпринимателя самого себя» и феномена «предпринимательства как стиля жизни». Проектное мышление рассматривается как социальный феномен и базовый когнитивно-деятельностный фундамент современного субъекта. Выявлены специфика и особенности проектного мышления различных социальных групп, включая гендерные аспекты. Проанализированы условия реализации проектов в индивидуальном, корпоративном и жизненном контекстах с актом на учет интересов стейкхолдеров. Обоснована эффективность современных методов формирования проектного мышления, в частности коучинговой модели GROW.

    В статье рассмотрен метод структурно-функционального проектирования интеллектуальных систем промышленного интернета вещей, основанный на поэтапной декомпозиции объекта и рациональном распределении вычислительных ресурсов между Edge и Cloud уровнями. Пятислойная архитектурная модель интегрирует сенсоры, коммуникации, распределённые узлы, ML-модули и прикладные сервисы; критерий L = αT + βC_r формализует баланс отклика и ресурсоёмкости. Обосновано значение метода для экономики цифровизации: масштабируемость, модульность, ресурсная эффективность как условия устойчивого развития.

    В статье рассматриваются методология и ограничения современных стратегических инструментов планирования крупномасштабных проектов по добыче природного газа в российской Арктике. Проводится критический анализ с использованием DCF, ROA, LCA, BSC, ESG и сценарного планирования, выявляются существующие проблемы и общие недостатки статических моделей, непригодных для арктического региона и способствующих относительной зависимости России от западных технологий. Предлагается гибридный подход, включающий динамическую оценку геофизических и инфраструктурных рисков, оценку технологического суверенитета, гибридную систему показателей устойчивого развития и схему моделирования сценариев в реальном времени в геополитически нестабильных условиях. Результаты могут быть использованы для разработки стратегий устойчивого развития арктических проектов по добыче природного газа с международным участием.

    The scientific study conducted a comprehensive analysis of the existing entrance test programs for the direction 03/54.01 Design in the fields of «Graphic Design» and «Costume Design» at leading universities in Russia. Two main models of applicant selection have been identified: traditional, focused on academic skills, and modern, focusing on project training. It is established that the current competitive selection system requires modernization due to general trends in higher education and society as a whole. Research has shown the need to shift the focus from assessing the professional skills developed to identifying the adaptive potential and conceptual thinking of applicants. A model for the modernization of the entrance test program is proposed, integrating traditional methods of assessing artistic literacy with modern diagnostic tools for project competencies. The developed concept aims to attract a contingent of students who meet the requirements of modern design education, and provides an objective approach to evaluating work, taking into account the diverse training of applicants and their professional self-determination.

    The chapter justifies the relevance of establishing an art museum at the Institute of Creative Industries (ICI) at Don State Technical University (DSTU) in Rostov‑on‑Don. Drawing on the long‑term experience of university museums in Russia and abroad, as well as on modern educational approaches, the author proposes considering the museum not only as a repository of cultural values, but also as a multifunctional educational and exhibition space integrated into the educational process. Special attention is paid to the potential role of the museum in shaping the professional competencies of future designers. At the stage of designing and creating the museum space, it is planned to actively involve students from various faculties, which will make it possible to implement interdisciplinary projects and ensure practice‑oriented learning. The university museum is considered a representative model reflecting the scientific achievements of teachers and the creative successes of students, which makes it an important element of the university’s corporate identity. The social mission of the planned museum is substantiated: its openness to a wide audience, active promotion and popularization among city residents and tourists. Integrating the museum into the city’s cultural space will enable it to fulfil an image‑building function, helping to enhance the university’s visibility and shape an attractive cultural image of the city. Thus, the art museum of the IKI DGTU can become a focal point for the professional community, student youth, and residents of Rostov‑on‑Don, combining educational, enlightenment, and socio‑cultural objectives within a single project.

    This chapter substantiates the relevance of an empirical study of the emotional and personal sphere of adolescents, which is characterized by a high level of latent anxiety, aggression and internal conflicts. The results of the diagnosis using the projective test «Non-existent animal» are presented, which allows to identify the unconscious nuances of self-esteem, emotional state and behavioral tendencies. The process of interpreting the key features of the drawing is described in detail: the location on the sheet, the size, the nature of the lines, the presence of protective fragments and symbolic details. Based on the analysis of empirical data, typical emotional and personal profiles of adolescents are identified and practical recommendations for psychologists and educators on correcting the identified disorders are formulated. The work demonstrates the high diagnostic value of the method and its suitability in the context of school psychological counseling and group assessment.

    Abstract:
    The article describes the concept of an "EdTech project", its types and functions in the educational process, and provides examples of large EdTech projects by well-known companies. However, due to the process of digital transformation of the education system today, every teacher can and should become a developer of their own EdTech project. The article presents the process of designing the content of teaching the basics of creating and managing EdTech projects, and describes the appropriate methodological training system for current and future teachers. The result of the training of students of the Digital Education master's program was the development of three EdTech projects: "Learn to manage stress!" for graduate students, "Tax Literacy" for primary school students, and "The Digital Footprint of My Homeland" for students in grades 7-11. The initial testing showed that choosing a chatbot as a promotion tool ensures the viability and effectiveness of the EdTech project.
