    Abstract:
    The chapter discusses the mathematical apparatus of statistical analysis used in pedagogical research on physical culture and sports. A software solution for estimating the deviation of the empirical distribution of experimental data from the normal distribution based on the Scilab software package is presented. The technology in question implements the GOST R ISO 5479–2002 for checking the deviation of the probability distribution from the normal distribution based on the graphical method and using the criteria of moments: skewness and kurtosis. The paper presents the implementation of the results of computational experiments that solve the research goal.

    The relevance of the topic is related to the fact that the amount of information accumulated by mankind in various fields of science is growing at a tremendous rate every year. There is a need to reduce the time for processing information content in the activities of organizations and companies when working with their development projects. The purpose of the chapter is to analyze the use of information technology in project management and develop a set of measures to improve activities in the administration of the Kuibyshev District Municipality of the Kaluga Region. The subject of the study is the impact of the introduction of new information technologies on project management in the administration of the Kuibyshev District Municipality of the Kaluga Region. During the work on the material, systematic, complex, situational, process approaches, as well as elements of multifactorial analysis were applied.

The main goal is to improve the stability of technological processes and reduce the amount of defective products. The economic effect lies in reducing the costs associated with defective items.     The management of information flows (data) of national statistical services requires the development of mechanisms that ensure a broad description of statistical indicators included in the statistical work plan of the relevant organizations, consistent with certain norms (requirements). The article examines the key approaches to the formation of "quality passports of statistical indicators" and assesses the possibility of applying the relevant experience in Russian practice. It is noted that the "passport of the quality of statistical indicators" should be a continuation of the already existing "passports of indicators" presented in the Unified Interdepartmental Information and Statistical System.

    The article describes the technical means used in the inspection of the scene of a traffic accident. The advantages and disadvantages of the technical tools used are presented, as well as the prospects for further development. In the opinion of the authors, the use of 3-D scanning in combination with quality photography at survey of a place dorozhno-transport incident very wisely and effectively that will further enhance the quality and accuracy of plans of the place of committing an administrative offence (volume 3-D diagrams), which subsequently will lead to faster reconstruction of events of the accident and the conviction of the perpetrators.

    Abstract:
    In pedagogy, there is a problem of increasing the students' motivation for learning. A possible option is to motivate students to study voluminous educational material - to provoke a personal interest. In the course of medical genetics, personal interest can be brought about by self-examination to identify small anomalies of development and study their inheritance in their pedigree. At the beginning of the educational process, students received Excel files containing a formalized clinical phenotype clinical file, PowerPoint files, 1) instructions for its design, measurement and calculation of anthropometric indicators, and 2) an instruction for compiling a clinical genealogical pedigree. A medico-statistical study was conducted of the incidence of small anomalies in a heterogeneous population of students. Gender differences in the frequency of inheritance of some small developmental anomalies are established, without any connection with the nationality and place of permanent residence.
