  • Some problems of the teaching staff quality work as a criterion for the effectiveness of educational services at the university

    Abstract:
    The article contains the analysis of the activities of the teaching staff of the higher educational institution, as well as examines both general theoretical and practical problems based on the author's observations that hinder the effectiveness of this activity. In particular, the author analyzes the basics of Russian native speaker’s perception of the content of the words “labor” and “work” and phrases based on them. Next, legal and professional problems that do not contribute to the improvement of the quality of their activities by university teachers (the Effective contract, scientometric indicators and distance learning) are considered. The paper contains proposals, the implementation of which will allow the university to evaluate the creative potential of the teacher and, in general, to increase the effectiveness of the educational services provided.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the attitude of medical students to the educational process in the “remote” and “post-remote” periods. The topic of the article is extremely relevant in view of the fact that only recently yet another period of distance learning in universities has ended, due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation caused by the new coronavirus infection COVID-19. In addition, the study can also be considered relevant in view of the fact that the practical part of the educational process was relatively “weakly expressed” during the period of “distance learning” at a medical university, and now, during the period of “post-distance” learning, there is a need to catch up on the development of practical skills, which certainly should be carried out taking into account their need for mastering the curriculum and, in some cases, the wishes of students. The objects of the study were 300 students of a medical university: 100 2nd year students of the Faculty of Dentistry (Group 1), 100 3rd year students of the Faculty of Medicine (Group 2), 100 students of the 6th year of the Faculty of Medicine (Group 3). The study was based on an anonymous survey that touched upon the general questions of the attitude of future doctors to the practical and theoretical parts of the integrated learning process at the university. In addition, general satisfaction was studied with the practical and theoretical part during the period of classical, traditional education and during distance learning. An interesting component of this study was the study of student attendance at practical and theoretical classes, both during full-time education, and during periods of distance and post-distance learning. The data obtained are of interest to teachers of various departments of a medical university, as well as to head teachers of departments, since the data presented can help plan the educational process more effectively.

    Abstract:
    The paper considers the educational process built with the help of practice-oriented technologies. It brought academic railway disciplines studied by higher education students closer to their future profession. Necessary conditions for purposeful formation of competitiveness of participating students as future specialists were created. Students master the profession of railway engineer not only from textbooks and drawings, but directly including in its simplest forms. The students, participants of this educational process have formed: system thinking; developed skills of teamwork in the mode of discussions to find ways to solve assigned tasks; developed the ability to think independently; increased interest in the profession of a railway engineer. These qualities, necessary for a specialist, were manifested and consolidated by the students who participated in the research work on strengthening the railroad track at 6101 km of the Trans-Siberian Railway.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the results of a study conducted on the basis of an educational institution on the formation of health-saving technologies in the youth environment. On the histograms presented in the paper, you can see the positive dynamics in the course of the pedagogical experiment conducted in the experimental classroom. During the experiment, various pedagogical methods were used in a complex, including active discussion, watching videos / presentations, testing. The methods of analytical review, selection of experience, analysis of theory and educational practice, methods of mathematical data processing using the Mann-Whitney test were used in the work.

    Abstract:
    The content sets out the theoretical foundations of the problem of developing the intellectual potential of modern children in the information world. Emphasis is placed on interactive learning as a condition for the development of mental cognitive processes in children of primary school age. An analysis of the presented program “Sherlock” is given; the results of the introduction of this program into the practice of the educational process in the primary grades of the school are presented. The study shows that the presented project can be successfully used to develop the intellectual potential of younger schoolchildren in the process of interactive learning.

    Abstract:
    The author of the article analyzes the didactic and technical possibilities of using Padlet Internet service to organize students' independent work in the study of grammar topic "Vorgangspassiv". The author concludes that Padlet Internet service is the effective tool for forming and developing foreign language grammar competence and increasing students' motivation for learning a foreign language. Online service Padlet allows the teacher to clearly structure the material, connect other digital tools, makes the work of students transparent. The use of this work format corresponds to the ideas of differentiated approach in learning, allows you to implement in practice the principles of personal orientation and autonomy of students, allows students to get a guaranteed positive result.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассмотрено влияние различных типологических свойств нервной системы на развитие невротических расстройств у педагогов и студентов. Результаты исследования показали, что невротические расстройства в большей степени были выражены у педагогов, чем у студентов. При этом большую роль играли личностные особенности педагога. У таких педагогов был отмечен низкий уровень самоактуализации, а также ярко был выражен синдром «эмоционального выгорания». Невротические расстройства студентов в большей степени были связаны со стрессом и соматоформными расстройствами, а также с частым недосыпанием, неправильным питанием и вредными привычками. На основании проведенного исследования были даны рекомендации педагогам и студентам, которые помогут улучшить их взаимоотношения.

Авторами разработаны критерии и показатели социальной активности обучающихся (лидерские качества, мотивация достижений, коммуникативные и организаторские способности, самооценка) и приведены результаты эмпирического исследования. Также представлена программа развития социальной активности студентов через привлечение их к событийному волонтерству, состоящая из четырех блоков: установочный, командообразующий, практический и рефлексивный.

    The chapter of the monograph highlights effective models of activity in the field of innovative educational activities based on the best practices of the federal innovation platforms.     Abstract:
    The state and level of use of material resources are the consequence of the impact of all aspects of financial and economic activity. Taking into account the specifics of the printing house's activity as a system and as a process, recommendations are proposed to accelerate the turnover of material resources from the point of view of the production cycle. The results of the work have methodological value for commercial organizations in the practice of material resources management, in identifying reserves for increasing the efficiency of their use. The structural and logical scheme of the stages of the complex analysis of the material resources of the enterprise, taking into account the industry features, has been compiled and proposed. The method of analysis has been tested on the example of one of the printing enterprises. Recommendations are given to improve the efficiency of the use of material resources.

    In the materials of the section of the monograph, a model of innovative development of enterprises is formed, according to which the existence of stable links between the competitiveness of products, the competitiveness of the enterprise (at the level of order availability) and the direction of innovative development for changes in the competitiveness of products is proved. This cycle «competitiveness – innovative development – competitiveness» has a different nature and the level of significance of the links between individual private parameters in different industries, but the stability of reproduction of the entire cycle has been proven for all branches of Russian industry.

    The research is based on the methodology of assessing the potential of the tourist complex of the region. The application of the methodology made it possible to conduct a qualitative expert assessment of the reproduction of the tourist resources of the region on the example of the Ivanovo region, a single destination. SWOT analysis was chosen as the main method, which made it possible to conduct a comprehensive strategic analysis of the industry and its external environment. The assessment of the potential of the tourist complex is aimed at identifying the most promising tourist destinations in the region and the formation of information resources in tourism.
