    Abstract: In the course of the study of the problems of legal regulation of the ethno-conflict sphere, the author of the article conducted a survey (using the methods of questionnaires and in-depth interviews) of 20 experts who are highly qualified specialists in the field of countering ethno-national conflicts, studied the results of mass sociological research, analyzed scientific works and media publications. As a result, the most effective legal measures for regulating the prevention and suppression of ethnic and national conflicts were identified, and the main directions for their improvement in the interests of strengthening the Russian statehood were identified.

    Abstract:
    The author has studied the sociolinguistic experience of conducting regional studies among the titular ethnic groups of Ugra. The purpose of the article is to to find out the need to study subjects with ethno-cultural content in Ugra schools by using the questionnaire survey among the indigenous small-numbered peoples of the Kondinsky district. The subject of the study is the indigenous ethnic groups of Ugra – Khanty, Mansi, Nenets. Research methods. The theoretical and methodological foundations of ethno-cultural education are studied. The work used sociological data obtained by questionnaire collection of material. 684 questionnaires were systematized on the basis of the software for processing and analyzing sociological information «Vortex». The article emphasizes the importance of preserving, supporting and using the native languages of the titular peoples of Ugra. As a result of the study, a picture describing the vitality of the indigenous languages of the study area was obtained, and the need for educational subjects with an ethno-cultural component was established. The problem of preserving native languages is acute. In the teaching the subjects with the ethno-cultural component, the motivation and ethnic self-consciousness of the participants themselves (representatives of indigenous small-numbered peoples) are important, who, by their own will, can positively influence the socio-cultural processes of ethnic communities, the linguistic stability and prospects of national languages.

    Abstract:
    The article considers the need of educational institutions of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra (on the example of the cities of Kogalym and Langepas) to teach ethnocultural subjects. This problem is also relevant for the region under consideration, where the indigenous small peoples of the North of Khanty, Mansi and Forest Nenets live. The purpose of this work is to study the state of studying the native language and ethnocultural subjects in general education institutions of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra, the request of parents of schoolchildren from among the indigenous small peoples of the North for ethnocultural subjects. The tasks of the work are to identify the state of study of the native language and ethnocultural subjects in general education institutions and to determine the need of parents of schoolchildren from among the indigenous small peoples of the North for ethnocultural subjects. The object of the study was the parents of schoolchildren from among the indigenous small peoples of the North living in the cities of the Autonomous Okrug. The main method of our research is questionnaire. Results: just over half of respondents (50.9%) believe that teaching their native language and subjects with ethnocultural content will to some extent help preserve the traditional culture of the indigenous minorities peoples of the North. Among the respondents in Langepas, pessimistic assessments prevail; in Kogalym (68.9%), the majority of respondents believe in the role of teaching ethnocultural subjects. Only 36.8% of respondents want their children to study ethnocultural subjects at school.

    В статье рассматриваются особенности процесса становления, формирования и развития эмоционально-личностной сферы ребенка, который начинается в старшем дошкольном возрасте. Выявлено, что в старшем дошкольном возрасте у детей формируются способности к эмоциональному предвосхищению, иерархия мотивов, получает развитие чувство долга. Мир их эмоций становится шире и более разнообразным, а содержание эмоций – богаче и глубже. Ребенок 6–7 лет начинает осваивать такие формы выражения эмоциональных нюансов и переживаний, как жесты, мимика, интонации, взгляды.

    В статье рассматриваются специфические особенности развития образа «Я» у младших школьников с задержкой психического развития. Показано, что младший школьный возраст является сенситивным периодом для формирования образа «Я», а задержка психического развития ка к стойкое психопатологическое  проявление , соответственно, привносит специфические особенности в процесс формирования образа «Я». Автор путем теоретического анализа эмпирических данных определяет эти особенности, подчеркивая, что образ «Я» под негативным влиянием внешних и внутренних факторов является когнитивно простым, неполным, недифференцированным и неадекватным. Делается вывод о том, что необходима разработка и внедрение в практику коррекционно-развивающей программы, направленной на формирование адекватного, полного, когнитивно сложного и дифференцированного образа «Я».

    The article gives overview on problems and solutions of enriching the socio-cultural image of Russia with the help of theoretical studies and opinions of experts on the state's modern cultural sphere. Export potential, priority directions and opportunities for the development of culture were discussed, as well as the problem of insufficient popularity of modern Russian culture in the West, ways of possible stimulation of its attractiveness and political benefits from this process were considered. There is also emphasized the importance of combining sociological and culturological approaches in creating conditions for a productive dialogue between the state and artists, art marketers, art historians for the formation of an attractive, worthy and wholesome image of the country.

    Определяется влияние семейных фольклорных коллективов на формирование этнокультурной идентичности, основные средства и формы работы. В настоящее время интерес к культуре казаков возрос также в связи с процессом возрождения казачества, который протекает и в нашей станице Добринке Урюпинского района. Песня, игравшая важнейшую роль в поддержании казачьих традиций, являлась самым распространенным фольклорным жанром. Она сопровождала казака везде, была его непременным спутником в горе, в радости, в военном походе, домашних хозяйственных делах. Среди обычаев и традиций народов России фольклорная культура казаков занимает достойное место. Интерес к ней вызван самобытностью и разнообразием, а также той важной исторической ролью, которую сыграло казачество в истории России. Лирические песни, танцы казаков с интересом смотрят миллионы зрителей. Фольклор – важнейшая составляющая казачьего менталитета, форма народной памяти об исторических событиях, форма закрепления и передачи накопленного социального опыта, важнейшее средство сохранения и передачи бытовой культуры и боевых традиций, а также неотъемлемая часть и средство казачьей народной педагогики.

    The outbreak of the new coronavirus-COVID-2019 at the end of 2019 had a great impact on the global oil market, especially on the Russian energy market, in the first five weeks of 2020, oil prices continued to fall, this is the most unfavorable trend since November 2018 [1]. Coupled with the oil price war caused by Saudi Arabia, it has had a huge impact on the Russian economy. But with China's successful control of the coronavirus, China's economy has gradually recovered and oil demand has returned to normal. This article examines the state of the Russian oil market under coronavirus, introduces the oil price war between Russia and Saudi Arabia, and analyzes the impact of the gradual recovery of China's economic activity on the Russian oil market.

    In the development of modern ethnic cultures, there is a paradoxical situation: the more powerful the onset of comprehensive globalization, aimed at the destruction of national cultures, the more actively they develop. “To blame”, in our opinion, is the ethnocultural code, which rebelled against the dominance of the virus of the death of national cultures and thus led to the flourishing, boom of ethnic cultures. Convincing evidence of this is the deep fundamental processes of revival taking place in the Chuvash national culture. Thus, the unique Kokelev International Plein Air has rightfully become a synthesis of the picturesque national schools of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. The national TV and radio company “Chavash En” was established. Recreated “Chuvashkino”, designed to develop their national culture. There is a return from oblivion of the runic writing of the Chuvash people. A program for the development of the Chuvash language was adopted. And, as it were, the apotheosis of the renaissance of the Chuvash ethnic culture was the establishment of the Chuvash Embroidery Day on November 26 by the Decree of the Head of the Chuvash Republic. Globalization pressure is also causing an increase in interest in learning about other cultures. we tell about this phenomenon on the example of Chuvashia and Azerbaijan. In soviet times in Azerbaijan, few people knew that the Chuvash were a Turkic people. Tatarstan knew, Bashkortostan knew, and the Chuvash – the Turkic people – didn't [6]. The aim of our work is to study the interaction of Chuvash and Azerbaijani cultures in historical retrospect, as well as to draw the attention of scientists of Chuvashia, Russia and Azerbaijan to this problem, which is of great cognitive and scientific importance. The author comes to the conclusion that scientists-humanitarians of Chuvashia, Russia and Azerbaijan can and should combine their efforts to create a comprehensive study of the interaction of the cultures of the Chuvash and Azerbaijani nations in historical retrospect.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the problems of the formation of ethnic self-awareness of university students in the process of teaching the discipline «Theory and methods of ethnocultural education». The relevance of the study is determined by the state policy that elevates culture to the rank of national priorities and recognizes it as the most important factor in the harmonization of public relations, the guarantor of the preservation of a single cultural space and territorial integrity. The purpose of the article is to consider the issues of content-methodological and educational plan in the formation and development of ethnic self-consciousness of students of higher educational institutions in the process of teaching the dissertation "Theory and methodology of ethno-cultural education". The analysis of normative-legal and legislative acts in the field of culture and education, observation, and the method of generalization of pedagogical experience allowed us to identify effective forms and means of ethno-cultural education of students. The data of a sociological survey conducted before and after studying the discipline "Theory and methodology of ethno-cultural education" among students of the training direction "Folk Art Culture" of the Chuvash State Institute of Culture and Arts are presented in the article. Based on the data obtained by such criteria as the level of formation of ethnonigilism, ethnic indifference, positive ethnic identity, ethno-egoism, ethno-isolationism, ethno-fanaticism, conclusions were drawn about the positive result of the study and recommendations were made for the development of ethnic self-knowledge of students in the course of studying the discipline "Theory and Methodology of ethno-cultural education".

    За последние несколько десятилетий высшее образование пережило стремительный рост. Тем не менее, значительной доле выпускников трудно найти работу по специальности, в то время как работодатели говорят о том, что не могут найти кандидатов с необходимыми навыками. В данной статье автор рассуждает о том, что сектор высшего образования должен пройти «перезагрузку», чтобы дать студентам понимание ответственности за свое обучение – как, когда, где они учатся, способно ли их обучение удовлетворить завтрашний спрос на знания и навыки необходимые для рынка труда.
