the main problem of maintaining efficiency in the conditions of teleworking is that for enterprises and workers who previously did not have experience of working from home-office, this situation is a certain stress. The authors of the article presented the organizational mechanism of team management in the conditions of remote work, as a set of tools for making managerial decisions. One of the main aspects of the mechanism is to improve the efficiency of motivating employees, while it is recommended to use the investment motivation model.

Innovative Aspects of Personnel Management in a Service Organization



this chapter examines the relevance of the introduction of personnel innovations, the types of personnel technologies and the principles of their adaptation in the process of working with personnel. The research is based on the reports of the real estate agency on working with employees and their perception of innovations in the management of the personnel system, based on questionnaire and survey methods.
