the main problem of maintaining efficiency in the conditions of teleworking is that for enterprises and workers who previously did not have experience of working from home-office, this situation is a certain stress. The authors of the article presented the organizational mechanism of team management in the conditions of remote work, as a set of tools for making managerial decisions.
