the chapter discusses general issues of preschool education management from the perspective of regulatory legal regulation and ecosystem theory. A number of conclusions are drawn about the key directions of the transition from a classical kindergarten to a single ecosystem of preschool education: physical and territorial accessibility of preschool educational organizations; quality and comfort of preschool education infrastructure; alternative forms of preschool education; combating corruption in the ecosystem of preschool education, etc.
