    Abstract:
    In the context of the digital transformation of education, accounting for learners’ individual characteristics has become especially important. This article explores the opportunities and limitations of digital technologies as a tool for personalizing contemporary education. It examines the theoretical foundations of the personalized approach and analyzes practical applications of personalization through digital educational platforms. The study is based on an analytical approach, including a review of publications on digital personalization in education and a comparative analysis of empirical studies on the effects of digital technologies on learners’ motivation, engagement, and academic outcomes. The article also discusses the main limitations of personalization technologies. It concludes that integrating digital technologies into education can improve learning effectiveness.

    Abstract:
    The article summarizes the practical experience of integrating digital tools into mathematics education in face-to-face, remote, and extracurricular formats. Based on empirical data, the article examines the capabilities of interactive whiteboards, dynamic environments (GeoGebra, Desmos), video conferencing platforms, and neural networks (GigaChat, YandexGPT, DeepSeek). It is proven that the effectiveness of ICT depends not on technical characteristics, but on the didactic validity of their inclusion in the educational process. The article substantiates the need to create a unified digital ecosystem for teachers that ensures the continuity of different forms of education. The article concludes that a teacher's methodological flexibility is a crucial factor in the successful digitalization of mathematics education.

    The article discusses the current issues of introducing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into the training process of students specializing in Land Management and Cadastre. It analyzes the key areas of AI application in the educational environment and provides examples of integrating neural network algorithms into academic disciplines. Special attention is given to a practice-oriented approach, with the presentation of an author's development - a detailed plan for a practical lesson on automatic object recognition for land surveying purposes. The article concludes that the role of future specialists is transforming from an executor to an analyst-strategist.

    Abstract:
    This research article, a collaborative effort, examines the results of a study examining the transition of Russian higher education to the Bologna system, as well as materials from previously published research articles. The article emphasizes that the introduction of a two-tier system of higher education has led to mixed consequences, such as a decline in educational quality, an increased financial burden on students, and an imbalance in the student-faculty radio. Experts are divided between supporters and opponents of this system, expressing different opinions regarding its effectiveness. The article also examines Russia’s withdrawal from the Bologna system and the transition to developing a unique educational structure that takes into account the country’s national interests and needs. The article concludes that Russia’s integration into the Bologna system could have negative consequences for Russian education and the economy, as it would lead to standardization of programs, influence the domestic political environment, and increase the “brain drain”. Ultimately, Russia’s decision to withdraw from this system and develop its own structure focused on national interests and economic needs was an important step.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to a theoretical analysis of the problem of post-traumatic stress reactions in children whose parents are involved in a special military operation. Clinical manifestations of PTSD in children of different ages, features of its course in the context of an abnormal family crisis are disclosed. Based on the analysis of modern research and regulatory documents, methods of psychological diagnosis of PTSD in children adapted for use in an educational environment are considered. Strategies for early psychological assistance to children of SVR participants in the conditions of a general educational organization are justified, including the creation of an injury-informed environment, primary response algorithms and psychocorrection interventions. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the systematization of approaches to diagnosis and early help for children with post-traumatic stress reactions in an educational context.

    The article discusses the changes in the functionality of a teacher's mentor in the context of digital transformation in education. The key functions of a mentor are highlighted, including the methodological integration of digital tools, psychological support in the face of digital stress, navigation in information overload, and the development of digital pedagogical thinking. New formats of mentorship are described, including the analysis of video lessons, support in messaging apps, and data-driven mentorship. Special attention is given to the risks, such as the dictates of "digital modernism" and the substitution of live communication, as well as the mentor's own zone of proximal development.

    Abstract:
    The article considers the relevant problem of insufficient development of stabilizer muscles in high school students, which reduces the efficiency of performing control standards and overall physical fitness. The author analyzes modern approaches to training this muscle group (unilateral and bilateral exercises, working on unstable surfaces, statodynamic loads). The results of a pedagogical experiment confirming the effectiveness of the developed set of exercises are presented. A strong positive correlation was found between the development of stabilizers and results in basic strength tests (push-ups), as well as a negative correlation indicating compensatory patterns in pull-ups. It is proven that the targeted development of stabilizer muscle strength can significantly improve strength indicators and helps prevent musculoskeletal disorders in high school students.

    The chapter considers the regional education quality system as a complex social construct. Through the prism of a sociological approach, the interests and interactions of key actors (the state, educational organizations, teachers, students, parents, employers), institutional frameworks and value orientations that form ideas about quality are analyzed. Based on theoretical analysis and empirical data (questionnaires, interviews, document analysis), the latent functions of the system, social contradictions and risks are identified, recommendations are given on the development of an education quality management system, the authors propose a conceptual analysis model that can be used to develop targeted management decisions at the regional level.

    The chapter examines physical culture and sport as a specific sector of the national economy, possessing a dual nature – socially oriented and commercially significant. The need for a transition from a sectoral understanding of physical culture to its interpretation as a multifunctional sector generating direct and indirect economic benefits is substantiated. The objective of the study is to systematize the criteria for the effectiveness of the physical culture sphere and to reveal the mechanisms of the multiplier effect arising from the implementation of sports programs and projects. As a result of the work, the author’s system of performance assessment indicators, differentiated by management levels (federal, regional, local) is proposed. A structural and logical model of the multiplier effect has been developed, reflecting the relationship between investments in physical culture and the growth of related industries: tourism, construction, the entertainment industry, the production of sporting goods, as well as social effects (reduced morbidity, increased labor productivity, improved demographic indicators). Key factors limiting the realization of multiplier potential are identified, and areas for improving management decisions are proposed. The chapter's materials can be used by government agencies in developing strategies for the development of physical education and sports, as well as in research and educational activities.

    The chapter presents a theoretical analysis of the concept of resistance in the context of adult learning and its connection to manifestations of subjectivity. Scientific approaches to understanding the nature of resistance have been systematized. The evolution of interpretations of resistance – from classical psychological theories to modern cognitive, motivational, and pedagogical concepts-has been traced. It is shown that resistance may function both as a barrier to learning and as an expression of autonomy, the striving to construct personal meanings of learning, and the preservation of the learner’s identity. The study proposes a conceptualization of resistance as a significant attribute of the manifestation of learner subjectivity in the context of continuing professional education. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of applying its findings and conclusions to the design of continuing professional education programs and courses, as well as to the organization of psychological and pedagogical support for adult learners within the university educational process.

    Abstract:
    This chapter examines the transformation of the physical education system in higher education in the context of global sustainable development goals and national priorities of the Russian Federation. It notes the limitations of traditional models of physical education classes, which are primarily implemented indoors and do not utilize the potential of interaction with the natural environment to develop students' environmental awareness. The aim of the study is to theoretically substantiate and empirically test the effectiveness of an innovative model of physical education that integrates the principles of sustainable development. The author's model shifts emphasis from a normative approach to the development of a holistic, environmentally oriented worldview, where concern for personal health is inextricably linked with concern for the environment. The methodological framework consists of an analysis of modern pedagogical approaches (the concept of «green» education, the theory of cumulative environmental risks, research on the ecological self-concept of individuals) and data from cross-sectional studies. The study involved 210 first- and second-year students, divided into control and experimental groups. The experimental group participated in a semester-long program developed by the author, which included regular outdoor training sessions (outdoor training differentiated by environmental conditions), theoretical lectures on the impact of environmental factors on health, and campus improvement projects. The results showed statistically significant improvements in physical fitness (endurance +14.3%, speed-strength +11.8%), mental well-being (+15.2%), and a significant increase in environmental responsibility (+40.7%). A direct correlation was found between program participation and commitment to a healthy lifestyle (r=0.782). A block model for transforming physical education is proposed, including target-based, content-based, organizational-activity-based, and evaluative-performance components. The practical significance of the work lies in the development of scientifically based recommendations for the implementation of adaptive, environmentally oriented physical education programs in the curricula of universities, which contributes to the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 3: Good health and well-being; SDG 4: Quality education; SDG 13: Climate action) and the implementation of the National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation.

    The chapter discusses the current problem of digital transformation of the higher physical education system. The author substantiates the need to review approaches to the training of future physical education teachers who, in their professional activities, face a generation of students who grew up in a digital environment. There is a contradiction between the need of educational organizations for teachers who possess modern information and communication technologies, and the lack of development of methods for the formation of such competencies in universities. The chapter analyzes in detail the pedagogical conditions necessary for the successful integration of digital skills into the educational process: the introduction of a digital component in specialized disciplines, the creation of a modern material and technical base, improving the digital skills of teaching staff, as well as strengthening the practical orientation of learning through pedagogical practice and the use of gamification methods. Special attention is paid to the ethical and legal aspects of working with students' personal data and the formation of future teachers' attitudes towards continuous self-education in conditions of rapid technology obsolescence. In conclusion, it is concluded that the formation of digital competencies is a complex, multifaceted task that requires an integrated approach. The implementation of the described conditions will make it possible to train in-demand specialists who are able to effectively interact with students of the "digital generation" and use modern technologies to increase motivation, motor density of lessons and general health promotion of the younger generation.

    This paper provides a retrospective analysis of physical education, health improvement, and sports activities in a rural secondary school over a period of thirty-six years. It demonstrates the continuity of one of the main activities in the school from one physical education teacher to another, without compromising the quality of physical education for students and maintaining a high level of academic, extracurricular, and after-school activities. It has been shown that in rural areas with underdeveloped infrastructure and long distances from the city, physical education and health activities at a secondary school are a factor that not only contributes to the preservation, improvement of health, and socialization of the younger generation, but also to the development of the village. This chapter provides a description of the practice of introducing physical education and health activities in the rural Novo-Dmitrievskaya Secondary School in the Radishchevsky District of the Ulyanovsk Region, covering the period from 1963 to 2009, and the impact of physical education and health activities on the socialization of students, their physical fitness, and their athletic performance.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines psychological and pedagogical conditions for personality development of students in a children’s music school within the context of musical activity. The paper presents the results of a longitudinal study conducted on a sample of students enrolled in pre-professional music programs at a children’s music school. The study employed methods aimed at identifying motivational tendencies, anxiety level, self-esteem, attitudes toward learning, and value orientations. The findings show that musically gifted children maintain a positive attitude toward music studies throughout the learning process, while cognitive and educational-professional motivation remains pronounced; adequate self-esteem and generally favorable anxiety dynamics are also observed. It is demonstrated that the most important conditions for personality development are a supportive music-educational environment, trusting teacher-student relationships, and family support. The authors conclude that the combination of these conditions contributes not only to the development of musical abilities, but also to the formation of the child’s personality, especially during the transition from primary school age to adolescence.

    Abstract:
    This article examines the problem of managing young teachers' adaptation through the lens of an educational institution's social capital. It argues that contextual professional difficulties faced by young professionals can serve as empirical markers of a deficit in the components of a school's social capital: trust, the density of professional connections, access to information channels, and norms of mutual assistance. Diagnostic procedures and management solutions aimed at developing professional networks and trust within the teaching staff as a resource for the successful adaptation of young professionals are described
