    Abstract:
    The article explores current issues in the development of cross-disciplinary (meta-subject) learning outcomes among school students in the context of digital transformation in education. A brief pedagogical overview of the concept is provided, as defined in Russian federal educational standards. The paper presents findings from a sociological survey of schoolteachers aimed at identifying challenges in achieving meta-subject goals, such as lack of instructional materials, limited time, and the need for digital tools. The study reveals that teachers' methodological competencies and their use of ICT tools vary depending on teaching experience and subject area. As a practical solution, the article proposes the development of a digital assignment constructor platform to support teachers in creating tasks that foster meta-subject skills.

    The influence of board games on the development of intellectual, communicative and creative abilities is investigated. Their role as a tool for the formation of personal and professional skills is analyzed. Special attention is paid to the process of self—designing games, viewed through the prism of a step-by-step approach - from the idea to the creation of a prototype. It is emphasized that the development of game products contributes to the development of analytical thinking, the ability to work in a team and the development of game design as a pedagogical method used in education, project activities and digital technologies.

    Abstract:
    National self-consciousness is structured in such a way that it is based on historical memory. The past must be presented to the present and experienced by contemporaries. National self-consciousness is formed not so much by science, but rather by the political will of the ruling and intellectual elite. The core of national self-consciousness is formed by the epic mythos. Preservation of national mythology is no less important for the country's sovereignty than preservation of natural resources. Among the most significant political events that determine the national self-consciousness of the current generation of Russian citizens is the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War over Nazi Germany. The chapter analyzes the attitude to Victory Day in different periods of Russian political history: from military heroism to labor enthusiasm (Stalin and Khrushchev periods); giving state status to Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War, as the second most important national holiday after the Great October Socialist Revolution (Brezhnev, Gorbachev periods); under the slogan «war without embellishment» – denigration of the results of the Great Patriotic War» (Yeltsin period); the establishment of Victory Day as the main national holiday (Putin period).

    The article examines the features and challenges of developing digital educational content (DEC) in the modern educational process. A definition of DEC is provided, and its advantages—such as flexibility, personalization, and accessibility of learning—are highlighted. The article analyzes the main difficulties arising in the creation and implementation of digital content, including technological, methodological, and psychological issues. Special attention is paid to the age-related and pedagogical aspects of applying DEC at different levels of education. The study is based on an analysis of scientific publications and the author’s personal experience. In conclusion, the article offers proposals for improving the quality and effectiveness of digital educational content in Russia.

    Abstract:
    In the modern information society, the development of information literacy is becoming one of the key tasks of school education. Information literacy is the ability to effectively find, analyze, evaluate and use information from various sources. The article discusses current approaches to the formation of this competence among students in grades 5-9. The main strategies for the development of information literacy are presented: integration into the educational process, project-based learning, the development of critical thinking and the use of digital tools. Examples of digital resources and online platforms that can be used by teachers in educational practice are given. Special attention is paid to the diagnosis of the level of information literacy formation and the role of the teacher in its development. The results of the study can be useful to teachers, methodologists and developers of educational programs.

    The article examines the problem of speech disorders in younger schoolchildren studying in rural schools in the period from 2010 to 2025. The current state of the prevalence and structure of speech disorders is analyzed, and factors influencing their occurrence and development in rural areas are identified. The results of an empirical study aimed at studying the peculiarities of speech development of younger schoolchildren in rural schools are presented. The prospects of correctional work with children with speech disorders in rural schools, including the use of modern technologies and methods, are substantiated.

    Abstract:
    The article describes an educational project aimed at increasing student engagement and consolidating educational material through the practical use of secondary resources. The author describes the experience of creating thematic dioramas as a means of visual representation of the studied sections of the program. Special emphasis is placed on the possibility of children with disabilities participating in the project, which made it possible to implement an inclusive approach to learning. The project was implemented as part of optional classes on the Sverdlovsk Children's Railway for five months. The participants used recycled materials such as cardboard boxes, old brushes, wires, book covers, etc. – as well as elements of modern technologies, including 3D printing. The work contributed to the development of creative, engineering and environmental thinking, communication skills and teamwork. The results showed the effectiveness of the method: children were actively involved in the learning process, showed independence and initiative, and also increased the level of understanding of the educational material. The project confirmed the potential of using accessible materials and inclusive practices to form sustainable knowledge and value orientations among students.

  • Analysis of methodological approaches to teaching biology at a medical university

    Abstract:
    We studied 30 years of experience of traditional medical school, as well as some trends in reforming the methods of teaching natural sciences. The importance of teaching biology to medical students remains undeniable; currently, there are current debates about the methods of teaching theoretical disciplines, including biology. We described various approaches to teaching: a teacher-oriented approach, a student-oriented approach, problem-oriented learning, discipline-based learning, integrated learning. According to the results of the student survey, it was revealed that 93.2% consider the discipline «biology» to be necessary in a medical university, 75% are satisfied with their results in studying the discipline, 82.4% consider a conversation with a teacher to be the preferred format for studying the discipline, 51.1% of respondents prefer an oral survey as an assessment tool, 79.1% of students are satisfied with practical work with a microscope. For optimal work, it is recommended to practice each of these approaches and apply them in everyday teaching activities. An individual approach to students, combined with the use of up-to-date teaching technologies, takes the teaching of fundamental disciplines to a new level, where classical and modern teaching methods are combined.

    Аbstract The chapter examines key aspects of development, socialization and psychological well-being of adolescents in the modern educational space. The role of the main factors of adolescent socialization is analyzed, including the role of family, school, peers and the digital environment. Particular attention is paid to the competencies of specialists working with adolescents, their ability to create a supportive environment for the formation of the adolescent's personality. Based on the conducted study of self-assessment of the competencies of specialists, strengths and development areas were identified, such as working with crisis states, the use of interactive methods and digital technologies.     The article examines the concept of continuing education in the context of modern socio-economic changes and technological development. The main focus is on the role of continuing education in training professionals who are able to adapt to rapidly changing labor market conditions and requirements. The impact of technological progress on society and the education system is analyzed, and the main functions of continuing education are highlighted: professional, social and personal. The work emphasizes the importance of developing students' independence, responsibility and determination in the process of continuous professional education. The necessity of updating the knowledge and skills of specialists in various fields is emphasized in order to maintain competitiveness. The article considers the role of learning foreign languages in professional training and their impact on the expansion of human opportunities in education, work and communication. Theoretical research methods were used to analyze the problem, including analysis of scientific publications and official documents, such as the Concept of Technological Development of Russia until 2030. As a result of the analysis, the key competencies necessary for successful professional, family and social life in the context of the transformation of the socio-economic sphere have been identified. Among them are computer skills and foreign languages, technological literacy, entrepreneurial skills and social skills. It was also noted that Nizhnevartovsk State University (NVSU) pays special attention to the study of English in the framework of the program "English for academic mobility". It is emphasized that academic mobility contributes to the expansion of educational horizons, the formation of intercultural competencies and the creation of employment potential for graduates.
