    This article examines the problem of managing young teachers' adaptation through the lens of an educational institution's social capital. It argues that contextual professional difficulties faced by young professionals can serve as empirical markers of a deficit in the components of a school's social capital: trust, the density of professional connections, access to information channels, and norms of mutual assistance.     At the present stage in Russian society, the number of anti-sexual attitudes among teenagers in high school is increasing, the problem of interaction with difficult teenagers is becoming more urgent, which necessitates the study of their personal characteristics.     This article analyzes the growing role of animation as a powerful tool for conveying cultural meanings in teaching Russian language and culture to primary school students from foreign families. Animated films are considered a unique cultural phenomenon, known for their global distribution and broad impact on students' conceptual worldviews. Animation is analyzed as a special type of polycode discourse, which represents a unique linguacultural phenomenon. A linguacultural analysis of animated discourse is conducted, revealing the specifics of the interaction between language and culture.

    The article explores the pedagogical and organizational work of I.N. Ulyanov, one of the key figures in public education in 19th-century Russia. Based on a historical and pedagogical analysis, the author shows how Ulyanov's efforts led to the establishment of a network of primary schools in the Simbirsk province, the improvement of teaching methods, and the increase in literacy among various ethnic groups in the region. The article emphasizes the humanistic nature of Ulyanov's approach, emphasizing the importance of equality in education and respect for the culture of local peoples.     The textbook, developed by the staff of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of the Faculty of Medicine, is based on the sample and working programs of the discipline of "Obstetrics and Gynaecology", providing training for general physicians who possess certain knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology, taking into account further training and professional activity in the speciality "Medicine". The purpose of gynaecology classes in the 4th and 5th year of university is to study the main clinical and physiological features of the reproductive system of women, the features of normal menstrual function and its disorders, symptoms of inflammatory diseases of female genital organs, benign and malignant tumours, genital endometriosis, neuroendocrine disorders, anomalies of development and position of female genital organs, as well as various emergency conditions in gynaecology, requiring emergency medical care. Students should master the principles of examining patients, learn to recognise physiological and pathological processes in the female genital sphere on the basis of anamnesis and objective examination, refer to a specialist in a timely manner and, if necessary, provide emergency gynaecological care in a typical situation. The manual provides a plan of clinical history of the disease, a list of basic and additional literature on the speciality. The manual is recommended for independent work of students of the 4th and 5th year of medical faculties of medical institutions of higher professional education.

    Modern medical education is focused on the formation of students' stable professional competencies that ensure readiness for clinical activities. One of the key problems remains the gap between theoretical training and practical skills, due to the fragmentation of academic disciplines and the predominance of a subject-centered learning model. The purpose of this article is to substantiate and describe a methodological and analytical model of interdisciplinary educational modules as a tool for integrating theory and practice in the pre-graduate training of medical university students.     This article examines the pressing issue of transforming interactions between families and preschool educational institutions in the context of digitalization and social uncertainty. The authors explore the phenomenon of increasing parental control and resource constraints in modern families, which conflict with growing demands on adult educational competence. The study focuses on the methodological gap between the current challenges of "late modernity" and traditional asymmetrical models of informing parents, which fail to adequately coordinate educational strategies.     Abstract:
    The article examines the traumatic experience of an individual in an educational environment as a systemic phenomenon that arises at the intersection of individual vulnerabilities, interpersonal interactions, and institutional practices of an educational institution. The educational environment is analyzed as a set of norms, relationships, communications, and digital channels that can both support personal development and exacerbate chronic stress and re-traumatization. The article explores the main sources of trauma and their psychological consequences. Special attention is given to the multi-level system of psychological assistance, which includes prevention, early detection, counseling, and crisis intervention. It has been shown that, with psychological safety, social support, and appropriate educational practices, the educational environment can become a space for not only recovery, but also post-traumatic personal growth.

    The article theoretically substantiates and describes a model of pedagogical consulting for parents aimed at forming patriotic values and a sense of statehood in children aged 5–7 years through the integration of resources from municipal cultural institutions. The model is constructed as a continuous educational line from the reflection of a child’s cultural experience (the «Cultural Diary of a Preschooler») to family value-based search (parental workbook and modular consulting program). The methodological basis includes cultural-historical, activity-based and systematic approaches. The empirical base consists of the results of the regional innovative project implemented in 2021–2023 at MBDOU №. 8 in Leningradskaya stanitsa, and 2023 monitoring (parent questionnaires, analysis of performance results, observation).     This article examines the age-related dynamics of academic motivation in students aged 10–17 in a modern school setting. The relevance of the study stems from the persistent decline in academic motivation during basic general education, despite the recognition of academic motivation as a key factor in success and personal development. The aim of the study was to identify characteristics and statistically significant differences in the structure of academic motivation among students at three levels of general education: primary (10–11 years old), middle (12–15 years old), and high school (16–17 years old). Ninety-nine students participated in the study. For diagnostics, the method of studying educational motivation by A.K. Makarova and N.V. Kontseva was used, which allows for the assessment of external motivation, cognitive motives, communicative motives and motivation for self-development, as well as the general level of motivation.     Abstract:
    The article analyzes evidence-based research on the potential of cognitive-behavioral coaching (CBC) for preventing professional burnout among leaders of educational organizations. Drawing on meta-analyses and empirical studies from 2017–2025, the author identifies key burnout factors for educational administrators, describes CBC mechanisms and techniques, and presents data on the high effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral interventions. The possibility of transferring results obtained from related samples to the educational sphere is discussed. Strategies for implementing CBC in the system of support for educational leaders are proposed. It is noted that the number of direct studies for this professional group is still limited, indicating the need for further controlled research. The materials are intended for psychologists, coaches, heads of educational organizations, and HR specialists.

    The advantages of using DER, such as the activation of perception, the increase of motivation and the individualization of learning, are considered. At the same time, the potential risks associated with the dependence on external stimuli, the deterioration of concentration and the negative impact on the physical health of children are outlined. A list of key recommendations for the effective implementation of DER in the educational process is given, aimed at maintaining a balance between traditional teaching methods and modern digital tools.
