The article analyses Russian-language articles on the application of coaching in children's and youth sports. The case of application of coaching technologies in the situation of emotional burnout of young female athletes engaged in rhythmic gymnastics is described.
The article proposes the use of Balint supervision in coaching practice. Using two case studies, the article demonstrates how group work can help restore professional resilience, reduce emotional stress, and provide a different perspective on the coach-client relationship. The article also discusses the possibilities and limitations of this method in the coaching environment.
The article presents some results of a pilot study on the perception of coaching in the sports environment and the willingness of coaches to use coaching approaches in their professional practice. The data was collected using a snowball sampling method. The questionnaire was completed by 8 coaches (48 variables) representing various sports. The limited sample size does not allow for statistically significant conclusions, but it provides initial hypotheses and directions for further research.
